1.12岁的年龄原本应该在学校度过无忧无虑的美好时光，可江苏男孩邵帅却背负起比他年龄沉重更多的责任。1岁时父母离异，12岁时母亲身患白血病。为了照顾母亲，邵帅休学后来到北京，并决定为母亲捐献骨髓。邵帅这一举动，感动了千千万万的人。在他们住院治疗期间，社会各界送来了许多的食物、玩具等慰问品，邵帅则和母亲商量后，决定将其中的大部分转赠给sos国际儿童村，他说“这也是对社会的一种回报”。

2.功夫皇帝李连杰是家喻户晓的明星，他的一生可以说是成功辉煌的。然而在2004年一场海啸，差一点夺去了他一家人的生命，就在那一刻他对自己说：我剩下来个人没什么梦想，我剩下来的梦想就是怎么样用感恩的心去回馈我们社会，不仅是中国，其实是整个人类的社会。后来，他成立壹基金，以此来回馈社会，来帮助更多的人。所以懂得感恩的人才是真正成功的人。

梨是甜蜜的，纯洁无暇的，就像妈妈对我的关爱一样。小时侯，妈妈对我精心呵护，总是想方设法满足我的心愿。我那时特别爱逛公园，可爸爸又时常不在家，只好妈妈带我去公园。在公园里，总会看到一位妈妈拉着一个胖乎乎的小孩蹦蹦跳跳。我们的足迹几乎遍布了北京所有的公园。

香蕉是甜蜜而细腻的，正像在我病中待我非常体贴的妈妈。小时，我患上了“传单”(一种疾病)，幼儿园没上几天便住进了医院。别的小朋友在童年时糖吃得多，在幼儿园的时候多;而我的童年中有两年是呆在医院和家里的，取代糖的是治病的苦药汤。妈妈好不容易把我拉扯大，现在我是又结实，又能吃了。打球游泳，把我的身体锻炼得更强壮。而妈妈却憔悴了许多，仿佛她把她的健康给了我一样。

酸奶嫩滑、纯洁，把三种水果融合在一起。我把它献给妈妈。虽然我只回报了母亲对我如大海一般付出中的一个点滴，但却包含我一片心意。我把沙拉放在桌上，看看母亲，她正在熟睡哩!

我还要感谢警察叔叔是他们在天天竖立在十字路口的中央来指挥交通，因为没有了他们我们就没有很好的交通，而且还会死亡好多的人，我要好好的遵守交通规则。

老师是我最需要感谢的人了，因为他们教给了我做人的道理，和各种知识，我要在老师的教导下，认认真真地学习，长大了要做像老师一样的人。

感恩是人最朴实、最真诚的一种情感，也是一种高尚的价值观和人生观的体现。我们应该学会感恩，去感谢那些为社会做出贡献的人们，给他人一份温暖，给他人一份快乐。能够给别人带来快乐的人，同样也是很伟大的，大家就会更加喜欢你，尊重你。给别人带来痛苦的人，是遭人唾弃和厌恶的，没人会愿意接近他，跟他做朋友。

那么，我们该如何感恩别人呢?其实很简单。比如，你去面包房买早餐，对卖早餐的叔叔阿姨说一声”谢谢“，一个温柔的微笑，就能给别人带来快乐与成就感，从而感恩别人。再比如，走在路上、吃着零食的时候，把包装袋随手扔进垃圾桶，就是对清洁工们的一种感恩。这是很容易做到的小事，却能给别人带来快乐，是一件多么有意义的事情!

我们心里都要有一个念头：我要感恩，我要成才!来报答身边值得感恩的事物。

And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale.
