班会有三环节即“回顾篇走进亲情、拥抱篇体验亲情、行动篇回报亲情”，以“情”带动贯穿始终。同学门积极参与响应，表现形式多样，有小品，有讲故事，有诗文朗诵，有小合唱等，特别是最后同学们用对爸妈的祝福做成的“感恩树”将班会的气氛推向了高潮。表现了同学们对这一活动的重视，展示了他们的内心丰富的一面。

二、从班会课的氛围来看，感情真挚，天地动容。

孟老师把主题转化成任务，并分成了一个个活动，引领学生的认知，提升情感。既重活动生成又重情感体验，体现学生的认知规律。

学生结合自己的实际生活，讲述自己被父母感动的故事，让老师和同学们一起分享他们的感动!从学生们平凡而又真实的故事里，我感受到了这些学生的内心的激动，生活中一向不爱向父母说声谢谢的学生们，这些生活中的琐事，他们却讲述得那么真切，生动，使得在场的同学们都潸然泪下。这个场面使我们在座的班主任都感到心酸，为之感动，心灵仿佛也受到了一种震撼。让学生在参与中体会父母的恩情，在平凡的小事中接受思想教育，完成感情的升华，从而来端正自己对父母的态度尊敬孝顺自己的父母。这使我受到了启发和感悟。

三、从班会课的目的与意义来看，切合实际，引起共鸣。

本次班会主题以感恩父母为主，目的要让同学们懂得父母付出的艰辛，学会理解他们，体谅他们，并学会如何感恩父母，从而激励同学们勤奋学习。我相信，通过此次班会，加强了同学们的感恩意识。能够更加全面的思考问题，设身处地地为父母着想。这次班会之后，同学们的思想认识又上升了一个台阶。我们要感恩于父母，是他们赐予我们养育之恩，其实回报于他们的并不一定非要做出轰轰烈烈的大事，从帮他们做家务开始，抑或是平常日子里一句贴心的话语都是最好的形式。感恩不只是口头的，更重要的在于行动，感恩从现在开始。

班会课是学生展示自我的平台，作为班主任应该多些指导，多些鼓励，多些支持学生参与其中，亲身感受。一节好的班会课，不在于排场要多铺张，形式要多丰富，而在于学生能否从中有所体会，有所感受，有所收获。班会课后，班主任应该就该班会进行必要的，点出重点，或给学生一个温馨的提示，或给学生一个正确的指引，或给学生一个暖和的祝福，这样会取得更好的效果。

以上就是我对此次“拥抱亲情感恩父母”主题班会观摩课的一些感受与体会。这是一次感人的、优秀的、成功的班会课，我从中学到了很多，希望今后能够把本班的班会工作做好，通过班会让学生达到锻炼自我的目的，从而增强班级凝聚力。

Dear mom and dad,

How time flies! And it has been really seven years since I entered the middle school, during which time I spent the unforgettable time with my friends; what’s more, the most precious ages with my family. Instead of calling you regularly, I thought I’d write a letter to tell you exactly what I want to say.

To be good parents is by no means an easy job as I imagined before. It includes patience, responsibility and affection. Through these years, I here really gained a lot from your experience. I still remember when I failed in maths and even wanted to give it up, you just patted me on the shoulder and encouraged me to have another try. Later, you praised me for my progress and earnest effort, which really gave me a sense of achievement. Looking younger children, I suddenly saw myself in teenage years. I was so rebellious and inconsiderate at that time. You must have gone to a lot of troubles for me. I am really sorry for the time I made you irritated.

Mom and dad, thank you for being firm with me when I went through my rebellious stage. I do appreciate what you have done for me. I love you forever.

Is who Im grateful for my parents. I dont know what words to describe them. I only know that they since the childhood is the most hurt me. On that occasion, I do not know is I do wrong, or if they do wrong. I dont know how they love me, and I know, how they education I.

Since the childhood, my father often said to me: "good good study, you will have a way out, dad believe you." I dont know how to answer. Only she complains and chagrin. Now, I grow up, is no longer that easily to "swept" my dad; Is no longer the only a day I will cry; No longer is that the I couldnt climb up. Experienced a lot of things, I understand a lot.

Do you understand the heart? I dont know my heart is warm is cold. Because, I too cold to parents, and they are still to me every possible way to caress. Maybe every parents to their children! Sometimes you will because and their contradiction and conflict, sometimes you will because of his capricious caused you and their relationship broke down and sometimes, you will be an exam because they blame you angry.

Now, lets cherish every second, learn to be grateful, starts from oneself.

从小，爸爸就常常对我说：“好好学习，你会有出路的，爸爸相信你。”我不知道该怎样回答。只是一句句的埋怨与懊恼。现在，我长大了，再也不是那个动不动就对爸爸进行“批斗会”的我;再也不是那个每天只会哭鼻子的我;再也不是那个跌打了爬不起来的我。经历过很多事，我懂得了很多。

你懂人心吗?我不知道我的心是暖的是冷的。因为，我对父母太冷，而他们对我依旧是百般呵护。也许每个父母都会这样对他们的子女吧!有时候，你会因为和他们的一次矛盾而起冲突，有时候，你会因为自己的任性而导致你和他们的关系破裂，有时候，你会因为他们埋怨你的一次考试而愤怒。

让我们珍惜现在的每一秒，学会感恩，从自身做起。

俗话说：“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”。仅仅是一场风筝比赛，也让我学会了如何感恩。

暑假的一天下午，我和朋友们约好在花园里比赛放风筝。我的“战斗机”已准备就序，就等裁判员文娟说开始了。一声令下，大家手一前一后地牵着风筝线向不同的方向奔跑、放线，想要夺得这次的冠军的称号，因为这样就可以赢得20元的人民币。我也不甘示弱，我拼命地向前奔跑。瞧，子涵用她的红蝴蝶在快乐旋转着，多么令人陶醉呀!

不好!光顾着看美景，一不小心让“毛毛虫”追上来了。我拼命追赶，没看见脚下的石头，“扑通”一声，我重重地摔在了地上，我仔细一看，自己的手已经擦破了头，我坐在地上，“哇哇”地哭起来，眼泪像断了线的珠子一样。珍珍听到我的哭声，赶紧从远处跑过来，她用两只小手把我慢慢地扶起来，并拿了纸巾把我手上的灰尘擦干净，问这问那的，这时我的心涌起一阵温暖。想着想着，朋友已经把我慢慢地扶回家了……

此时此刻，我要对我的朋友们唱“感恩的心，感谢有你，伴我一生，让我有勇气做我自己……”

有一种爱，总是感恩，是一种崇尚的境界，是一种博大的爱;有一种爱，是悲天悯人，侠骨柔肠，有一种爱，是同仇敌气，坚守信仰;有一种爱，总是感恩，愧疚与奉献，有一种爱，充满骨气，慷慨和信念。爱不需要华丽的修饰，只要我们用真心去回报。

感恩是一种情感，是一种责任，是一种生活态度，是一种生存方式。落叶在半空中盘旋，谱写一曲曲感恩的乐章，那是对滋养它的大地的感恩;白云在天空中飘荡，描写出一幅幅感人的画面，那是对不与他的蓝天的感恩。小草吸收雨露的甘甜，向辽远的平野吐露一片苍翠;小鸟沐浴东风的温柔，在高阔的天空唱响一片欢歌;自然因拥有生机而气象万千，人间因充满温情而美丽无限。

在一片荒漠的戈壁滩上，有一棵小草，在做垂死挣扎，它饥渴难耐，靠身体的养分维持着生命的最后一刻钟，它艰难的伸着脖子看看四周有没有人，它多么希望此时有人过来能给它一口水喝，可是没有，它绝望了，它知道离死亡已经不远了，它静静地躺在那儿。此时，忽然刮起了大风，天空乌云密布，下起了倾盆大雨，这棵生命垂危的小草终于得救了，它大口大口地吸吮着甘甜的雨水，它高兴地叫起来“我终于得救了，我又获得了一次新的生命。”它美美地喝足吃饱之后，伸长了它的脖子看了看远方，远方依然一片灰白没有绿色，于是它在心里默默地想，我要让生我的这一片土地长满绿色。吸收着阳光雨露，它慢慢的生长起来，它的根也长得越来越多，日子一天天过去，由原来仅有的一棵小草变成一簇，这棵小草它暗暗下决心，它要将它的翠绿吐露整个平野，它既然吸收着阳光雨露，吸收着土壤的营养，那么它就要懂得回报，懂得感恩，因为是它们给了它一个新的生命。几个月过去了，荒凉的戈壁上出现了一大片绿色，这些小草个个看起来生机盎然，它们向哺育它们成长的原野吐露着自己的苍翠，几年过去了，荒凉的戈壁滩变成了绿洲，小草顶住他的子孙后代，一定要牢记哺育成长的土地，用一生去回报它。

滴水之恩当涌泉相报别人给我们一个小小的帮助，也许值得我们用一生去感激，就如一颗小草它都是到感恩，而何况是我们人类呢。希望我们没一个人都能常怀感恩之心，让感恩这颗种子在我们心中生根、发芽、成长。用心去感恩我们的父母，感恩我们的老师，感恩所有帮助过我们的人。

老师们，同学们：

大家上午好。今天我演讲的题目是《师恩如泉》，在即将迎来第**个教师节之际，我谨代表所有爱你们的同学向你们道一声：教师节快乐。

每当我的心灵被伟大的灵魂所牵动时，记忆里总有一首歌在唱：难忘恩师，师恩难忘，父母生育，恩师培养，以沫相濡，以心相帮，严冬昼短，酷夏日长，月光星光，朝霞夕阳，难忘恩师，师恩难忘......

从中华煌煌五千年历史长河溯流而上，曾有多少先贤大德发出“朝闻道，夕死可矣”的感慨，悠悠一叹中流露出多少寂寞与无奈。于是冥冥中注定出现了这样一群人，他们使“道”不再虚无飘渺，使灵长更加灵长，文明更加文明。他们承继千年前先圣叮嘱的使命，卫护着文明火种，代代相传。他们是诺亚的使徒，代表着希望的力量。是的，他们就是老师!

同学们，让我们的目光注视到讲台上，看到那普普通通的三尺讲台，你的心是否也和我一样撼动!你看到了老师工整优美的板书，可曾看到他们湿透的衣背;你看到了他们激情的讲解，可曾知道粉笔末飘泄的秘密;你看到老师在一节课中由浅入深，由深而浅，游刃有余时，你怎能不为之折服!他们常年站在那里，迎来朝霞，送走夕阳!不知送走多少个春秋冬夏，流水年华!从黑发青春到白发飘扬，在那个平凡的讲台上，他们躬身弯膝，叩问大地。黑板是土地，板擦是铁犁，白色的粉笔像一个跳动的精灵，播撒着希望的种子。他们用汗水浇开桃李的芬芳，用心血收获金秋的丰硕!

同学们，今天，你站在秋老虎的烈日下，盼望着早点回教室享受空调。你可曾知道，在空调尚不普及的从前，在较贫困的地方，学生坐着听讲，老师却一堂又一堂课地站着，那又是多少汗水，多少汗水啊!师恩如泉!

感谢您——老师，您让我们成为自信的，能超越自己的人。您用事实向我们证明：学习并不是一种负担，而是一种快乐和责任。您教会我们用自己的头脑和双手大胆探索，去寻找和发现，让生活充满惊喜!

感谢您——老师，您是一个我们能永远信赖的人,一日为师，终身为父。这使我们在生活中遇到了麻烦，便会去求助于您——我们的老师。您让我们知道：只要我们愿意，能把一切向您倾诉。

感谢您——老师，是您让我明白：我们能从失败中吸取教训，在困难中积聚力量，在黑暗中寻找光明。您将美放在我们心中，给我们教诲和想象，使我们开阔视野，由此去塑造我们的一生。不管我们建造什么，你总帮助我们垒好基础，您为成长的我们做到了最好!用语言播种，用粉笔耕耘，用汗水浇灌，用心血滋润。您工作在今朝，却建设着祖国的明天;您教学在课堂，成就却在祖国的四面八方。

感谢您——老师，您从不对我们冷嘲热讽，在我们尝试创造时，您总是殷切关注着，即使结果是那么微不足道，也总是让我们明白您已看到了我们的成绩。是您让我们懂得生活能像一张纸一样轻薄，也可以像大海一样深邃，向天空一样辽阔。您带领我们所经历的每个问题，每个发现，每种体验都令我们着迷，让我们看到了智慧在知识的海洋中闪烁。

都说老师是红烛。红烛啊，你摇曳的烛焰就像您疲惫、瘦弱的身躯那么飘摇，可在学生的眼里却是那么的坚定：您滴滴的眼泪流湿了您的衣裳，您可知道在学生的眼里，它在您的脚下铸成了世间最完美的雕塑。

师恩如泉!同学们，让我们发自肺腑地再次道谢：老师，谢谢您。

My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

complaining.

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young,

she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes

silver white, but she works as hard as ever.

Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. If you do

not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society." What piece of good

advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.
