我的妈妈中等身材，很喜欢笑。她有一头乌黑光亮的头发、水汪汪的双眼，还有喜欢唠叨的嘴巴。因为妈妈经常唠唠叨叨，我曾经非常讨厌她。可是，经过了那天的事情，我改变了自己的看法。

“那怎么行?!做事情不能半途而废啊!”妈妈的唠叨神功又发威了：“坚持才会胜利，如果现在放弃，那你以前的努力不都白废了吗?再说了……还有啊，都说了几遍了，骑自行车的要领是……”我的天啊!我怎么会有这么一个妈妈呢?没办法，我只好继续练习了。终于，在又摔了无数次之后，我能踉踉跄跄地骑出几步远了，这时妈妈紧锁的眉头才松开。

看到我身上摔出很多伤口，妈妈赶紧带我回家擦药。药擦到伤口上，感觉火辣辣的，我痛得大叫起来。妈妈温柔地安慰我：“宝贝，是不是很痛?妈妈会轻一点的，这样就不会痛了……”我安静下来，觉得伤口真没有那么痛了，再看看妈妈着急但温柔的双眼，我觉得惭愧极了。

没有妈妈的唠叨，就不会有我自己的坚持，今天我就不可能学会骑自行车。虽然唠叨让人烦，但是妈妈都是关心我才会唠叨的!想到这，我情不自禁地想哭：妈妈做的每件事也许很琐碎、很平凡、很烦人，但是却包含着数也数不清的爱啊!

一缕缕阳光，洒向校园，显得那么温暖明媚，微风迎面吹来，还略有几分寒意，但已不那么刺骨了。噢!春天来了，校园里万物复苏，到处生机勃勃，美景如画。

一进校门便看见一排卫士似的白玉兰全然没有往日的威严，一朵朵雪白的玉兰花给它增添了许多温柔，还不时发出一阵阵沁人心脾的清香。行政楼旁迎春花的丝丝头发上，仿佛戴着许多黄色的小发夹，又仿佛用千万个小铃铛摇啊摇，向路人昭示着：春天来了!它可真是个报春使者。花坛里的粉红的桃花羞答答地开了，像娇羞的小姑娘，羞得满脸通红，使我不由的想起了“人面桃花”。教学楼旁的海棠花，开得灿烂，红得鲜艳，点缀在绿叶中，从远处看，正可谓是万绿丛中点点红。校园里最美的花要数是小巧玲珑的红叶李。它艳丽的花朵非常吸引我，有的上下错落，有的左右依偎，有的单枝绽放，有的隔树相望，有的全然怒放，有的正含苞欲放，有的还是花骨朵——学校各个角落里的奇花异卉也都像赶集似的聚拢来，那些不知名的花儿也都争芳吐艳，互相比美。

同学们也显得生机勃勃，他们早已脱去厚厚的冬装，大都穿上了漂亮的毛衣。俗话说“一年之计在于春”，同学们都在珍惜这美好的学习环境，刻苦学习。

我爱校园的春天，校园的春天处处充满生机与希望。

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

Mid-autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals for Chinese

people, which even occupies the same position with Spring Festival. It is said

that the festival originated from a love story. A man with great strength shot

nine suns and left only one, while his wife ate the pills by curious heart. At

last, she flied to the moon and had to be separated with her lover. Nowadays,

the meaning of Mid-autumn festival is to let the families get together and enjoy

the time to appreciate the full moon. My families always prepare for some

snacks. When we finish the dinner, all the members will come to the balcony and

sit down, appreciating the full moon. We talk and enjoy the chatting hour. I

have a good time with my families.

昨天下雪了，下雪的时候我们可以在雪地里打雪仗、滑冰，真是太好玩了!我喜欢冬天，我喜欢下雪!

我和母亲一起出去玩，在车里我看见了小雨点。小雨点象一串一串的小水珠.小雨点落在草地上、树上、还有我们的车上。小草更绿了，小树长大了，我们的车更亮了!

我家有许多王国，那就是蚂蚁王国。

今天我就来观察一下小型蚂蚁王国，我用牙咬掉一个米粒大小的苹果。把它放在了地上。过了一会一只蚂蚁走了过来，把比他还大10倍的东西尝了一口。啊!真好吃!蚂蚁就回去报告了!

cicadas have stopped crying. The hot summer went by at last. The favorite season

in the year is coming.

Everywhere we can see the scene of bumper crops: on the fields is golden

rice,on the trees are ripe fruits. The farmers faces are full of smiles. They

are now expecting a good harvest through a summers hard work.

The autumn evening is especially beautiful. When the setting sun goes

slowly down to the west, the sky over the mountains is covered with red rays of

evening sunlight, which shines upon the blue sky and floating clouds, just as

the maple leaves fall onto the sky.

It is getting cool at dusk. The wind blows, the moonlight shines on the

ground,the frogs croak and insects chirp in the fields. Such a situation will

make you forget all the unhappy things in the daytime.

I love the beautiful season.

成长的步伐到来了，成长的烦恼也紧随而来。让人整天都笼罩在忧郁中。 The pace of growth has arrived, and the troubles of growth follow closely.People are shrouded in melancholy all day.

“你怎么这么粗心，英语的大写字母写成小写字母;数学不是小数点忘了加，就是死脑筋转不过弯;语文也是，不该错的总是错……成绩总是没有提高!”从上初一开始，这类话就常常在我心头萦绕。有时候是父母批评的话语，有时候是我的自训，有时候却是妹妹的挖苦。

我也想要把成绩提高上去，不过总不能称心如意。不是这一科失手，就是那一科败下阵来。这些都是我始料未及的。谁不想考个好成绩，可是每个人的能力不同，所尽的努力也不同，所以收获的“果实”也有干瘪和饱满之分。因此我也只能说一身一声：“尽力而为!”了。

人生有竞争才会精彩——这是我安慰自己的话。但尽管如此，仍有不少烦恼让我挥之不去：作为一名学生，我告诉自己成绩不能太差;作为女儿，我告诉自己不能让父母大失所望;作为姐姐，我告诉自己要给妹妹一个好榜样……因此，烦恼也就日益增多。

可是反过来想想，如果好成绩那么容易就让我得到，那岂非大失它本身的意义，也失去了人们想要拥有它吗?这样想想，烦恼固然减少了许多。却有另外一种看法在脑海中形成——这以上的话虽具有一定的道理，但未免太过于幼稚，就有点像吃不到葡萄就说葡萄酸。没有努力争取，好成绩是不会送上门来的。所以，烦恼仍像一个影子，无时无刻都在跟随着我。这也许是庸人自扰，但的的确确，这应该是大部分同学所面临的烦恼。

要解决这个烦恼的办法是学习，学习，再学习。“最近比较烦，比较烦……”我现在终于明白这首歌曲实际上唱出了我们青少年面对学习的烦恼所表现出的无助与茫然。成长的烦恼在不断涌来，希望我们能招架住所有烦恼的“袭击”，学着在烦恼中健康成长!

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Well, thats all for now. Next time I write I hope Ill have better news for you.

The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students,

they sit in the class and dont show any passion to learn knowledge. They like

to do something that is against what teachers tell them to do. Such as when the

teacher is presenting knowledge, they choose to read novel, or when it is the

time for them to do some exercise, they sleep. They dont care about study. It

is so negative for them to treat study. We are young and should be full of

energy. It is the best time for us to gain knowledge. What we learn today will

help us to realize our dreams, so lets fight for our goals.

蔑视规则的伤害，往往附着没心没肺的“戏谑”。2017年1月宁波雅戈尔动物园老虎咬人事件一时间风波大作，相关的报道更是在社交媒体上铺天盖地地袭来。人们对此众说纷纭，莫衷一是。探其根源，有如此惨剧的发生，还是游客对“明码标价”的规则的视而不见。僭越规则，把白纸黑字的入园须知当儿戏;逃票入园，置猛虎的獠牙于不顾，最终生命的悲剧避无可避。正如约翰。多恩说的那样：“不要问丧钟为准而鸣，它就为你而鸣!”是的，谁对神圣的合理规则不抱有半点敬畏之心，丧钟便会为谁而鸣。

老虎咬人事件不是第一次发生。2016年7月几名自驾游游客在北京八达岭野生动物园游玩时，因违反园方规定，中途私自下车，被一只老虎突然袭击，酿成一死一伤的惨剧，让人唏嘘不已。这样的悲剧着实令人痛惜。细思之下，“老虎咬人之殇”，谁之过?谁之责?如此活生生血淋淋的案件为何依然如魔咒接踵而至?溯本追根，这其实是由于生活中人们常常有意无意地忽视身边大大小小的规则。家有家规，国有国法，不以规矩不能成方圆。禁必欲止，令必欲行。一只强有力的作战部队就是靠严明的纪律将一盘细碎的散沙凝聚成一记无坚不摧的铁拳。一个强大的国家靠的就是公正无私的法律惩击罪恶，保国兴邦。诚如程颐所说“人无规矩，不可立于世。”每个人都应有自己所爱之外的良知和准则。

在物欲横流的今天，由于人类自身素质所存在的或多或少的缺陷，我们无法很好地保护自己不受外界侵害抑或是伤害他人。规则便应运而生。规则就好比一根准绳，强有力的束缚住人性的阴暗。而当人一旦试图挣脱这根准绳的束缚，灾难的种子就悄然落土生根。当规则的准绳被人性的不完美粗暴地拧断时，可怕的灾难便喷薄而出，最终吞噬我们自己。

孔子说：“君子讷于言而敏于行。”一个完整的人，不应只有欲望，还应有良知和准则。遵守规则，时不我待!请以一颗虔诚的心去敬畏规则、践行规则。规则面前，我们都不是局外人。

it has been 2 days since i didnt come here and write my diary.today is the totally holiday for the first time. i got so much fun.i went to meet a friend who i didnt know before.she is my colleges girlfriend in the future.hehe.but unfortunately, when we get there,she wasnt there.we got a little depress .

I went to Beijing on vacation with my parents last month and we stayed there for a week.

To my surprise, Beijing is such a modern city that my parents and I all admire the development of it these years. We visited many wonderful places there, such as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. What impressed me most was that people there were all very friendly and some of them could even speak Enlish. But still I think that there are some problems of this city, which I dislike. Those are too many people there and the heavy traffic. If there were fewer people and less traffic, it would be better.

每个人都有自己的烦恼，有的是家庭不和谐，有的是近视眼，还有的是考试不理想……而我的烦恼就是这双不争气的近视眼。 Everyone has their own troubles, some are family discomfort, some are myopia, and some are not ideal for the exam ... and my troubles are these uncompromising myopia.Eye.

在我读三年级的时候，看见学校有许多人戴眼镜，五花八门。有白色的，有蓝色的。还有粉红色的……我很羡慕，觉得戴眼镜很有学问，很酷，自己也想戴。可爸爸妈妈却不答应，还说：“戴眼镜会给生活带来很多不便的。”而我一点儿也不在意。看书时，不是躺着，就是趴着，再加上看电视太近和玩多了电脑，眼睛越来越模糊了。

记得有一次，我去外婆家。远远看见一个人，长得好像外婆，我就叫了声：“外婆!”可话一出，别人一转身，我就后悔了，原来不是外婆。我怕别人骂，只好迅速逃跑。后来，妈妈带我去测视力——三百多度，不得不给我配一副眼镜。现在我虽然满足了自己的心愿，可心里依旧空缺着什么。

尽管我配了眼镜，可生活仍不如别人好。上课时得戴眼镜，运动时得脱眼镜。记得上次，我去补习英语，忘了戴眼镜。老师把单词抄到黑板上，还注了音标。有一个“au”我怎么看也觉得是“a”，便抄了上去。然后，老师叫人读单词，轮到我了，我自然就读错了，别来是批评了。我心里是多么后悔呀，后悔自己不爱护眼睛，可以一切都已经晚了。

人们都说：“眼睛是心灵的窗户。”我们要好好保护，不要让“心灵之窗”黯淡。这对你的生活会造成很多不便，就像我一样，不要让眼睛成为你的烦恼。

我去过美丽的方山，去过恐怖的鬼屋，还去过雄伟的北京城，但我最难忘的还是去年暑假那有趣又惊险的北京欢乐谷之行。

记得那天我们刚到欢乐谷门口，突然传来一声“啊”的尖叫声，这到底是哪儿传来的呢?我们寻着声音走过去。啊!原来是过山车呀!这可是我的最爱呢!我拉着妈妈走了上去，开始排队。快要轮到我了，我的怀里好像踹了个兔子，心怦怦直跳。终于轮到我了，我紧紧的系上安全带，死死的握住把手，稳稳的坐在椅子上。过山车启动了，徐徐的爬上坡，我的心也开始往上提，突然过山车一个俯冲，吓得我心都提到了嗓子眼儿。这时，过山车又来了一个后空翻，紧接着转了好几圈，根本没给我缓冲的时间，惊险又刺激的过山车便结束了，我惊恐的看着旁边的人，只见他脸白的像一张白纸，不用说，我肯定和他是一样的。

玩完了过山车，我们又来到了激流勇进。我们来到小溪边，坐上了小船，游戏便开始了。小船缓缓地向前移动，我心想：这是什么游戏啊，这么无聊!可是刚想完就后悔了，只见我们的船从数十米的高空掉了下去!我心里好像悬着一块大石头，只听“啪”地一声，船掉了下去，溅了我一身水，我心中的“石头”也落地了。

瘦瘦的身子，细长的腿，大大的脚丫，乌黑的头发，这就是我——__。我的眼睛小小的，耳朵大大的，鼻子不大不小，性格非常温柔，是个名副其实的小暖男!但有时候，我也会像变了一个人似的，非常调皮，跑来跑去，比兔子跑的都快!

有一次，我的妈妈生病了，情绪非常低落。每天不是吃饭就是睡觉，我想：“最近妈妈生病了，非常不开心，我要去哄哄她。”我到妈妈门前，敲了敲门，妈妈正在吃饭，说：“进来吧!”这时，我对妈妈说：“你怎么样了?好点了吗?”妈妈说：“好点了，谢谢儿子。”我说：“那你出来走走吧，老躺着也不好。”妈妈说：“好吧。”在妈妈生病的这几天，我每天都陪她去走走，并且倒垃圾呀，扫地呀，擦桌子呀，给妈妈送饭呀……都是由我来做的，我每天都陪妈妈去散步，她的病很快就好了。

但有时我也会因为调皮干坏事。去年夏天我买了两只珍珠鸟，一开始我很爱惜它们，每天精心的喂养它们。可是时间长了，我就不太爱惜它们了，有一个春天，阳光明媚，风和日丽，这就让我有了一个大胆的想法：把鸟笼拿到外面去炫耀一下。我叫上妈妈，让她陪我出去。妈妈提醒我：“这个锁头已经生锈了，到外面打开很有可能再也锁不上了。”我说：“没事。”坚持把鸟笼拿到外面去了，结果妈妈说的一点也没错，刚拿到外面锁就开了，那两只珍珠鸟一溜烟就飞走了。

当你走进我们学校的操场时，就能看见我们学校漂亮的教学大楼。一上三楼楼梯，就能看到我们六一班的教室了。它是我们汲取知识的地方，是我们成长的摇篮。教室里，同学们有的在认认真真地读书，有的在工工整整地写字。瞧，一个个同学多认真啊!我们教学楼的二楼台上有一杆杆旗杆，旗杆上面飘扬着鲜艳的五星红旗，显得那么的耀眼。它是我们伟大祖国的象征，也象征着中华民族的繁荣昌盛。啊，我们爱祖国的国旗。

当你走过了教学楼，便是老师的办公室。老师的办公室有二十二张桌子，正对着门的有三张，一张独放，另两张合并在了一起;门左边有三张合并在了一起;两张挨墙而放;里面中间两张并放;右边两张横着贴墙而放。我们班的班主任的位子在窗子边，每天从窗边走过，大都会看到他或伏案批改作业、或与他人笑谈着，不太熟悉他的同学若看到他笑的样子，都会惊奇，甚至会以为是幻觉，因为他在我们面前从来都不笑。我想，在别人看来这是老师们办公的地方，但在各位老师的眼中，这更像是一个家，一个凝聚着他们近一生心血的家吧!

这就是我们的校园，简简单单却不土气，普普通通而充满书香味儿。我的校园并不是什么伟大的奇迹，但我还是喜欢在这里面上学，在这里面玩耍，在这里面成长……我爱我们的校园!
