I read a piece of news recently. It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why? --Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A.

In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial

production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances

in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”。春天是一年中最美的季节。一眨眼，鸟语花香的春天就到来了。

我自己也有心中的春天。春天来后，到处是嫩嫩的绿草，草丛中开满了各种各样的花，把草地装点得就像绣了花得绿绒地毯。我走在草地上，感到脚下软绵绵的，非常舒服。草地上还有许多蝴蝶，它们都穿着五颜六色的彩装，或上下飞舞，或在草间歇息。向远望去，有一大片一大片的原野，原野上，果树成荫，红色的果实挂满枝头，就像在绿树上嵌满了无数硕大的宝石。果园上空，还有许多小鸟轻飞漫舞;它们披着色彩缤纷的羽毛，唱着婉转的歌儿。一条小溪穿林而过，延伸到绿色的草地上，从我脚边潺潺流过。溪水清澈见底，流动时发出清脆的声响，想奏这一首动人的乐曲，与小鸟的歌声应和成趣。

在一条条小路两旁，铺满了许许多多美丽的花朵，黄的、白的、红的、紫的……真是五颜六色，姹紫嫣红。尤其是花丛中到处都开满了硕大的花。它是那么鲜艳，红的炫目，黄的耀眼，在阳光的照射下，人们的眼睛都被逼得睁不开了……

这就是春，这就是我心中的春。我不由得发出赞叹：我爱你，心中的春!

Good morning, my dear fellows. I am happy to see all of our classmates come back to school. I would like to share my life in holiday with you. This summer holiday, I spent most of my time in playing, like watching TV, playing games, outing with friends and so on. But I also pay attention to my study. For example, I like watching the educational TV programs, so that I can both have fun and learn something new at the same time. Besides, I get up early to do some morning reading to practice my English. Of course, I finish my summer exercises on time. In short, my summer holiday is colorful and meaningful. One Day of Mine

On May Day, my mother, father, my sister and me went to park to have a picnic, and then visited my grandma and grandpa.

At nine o’clock in the morning, we went to park for picnic. We took juice, cornflakes, apples, oranges, lollipops, bananas, ice creams, mangoes, and so on. I also took toys, such as doll, ball, balloon, skateboard and a kite.

At two o’clock in the afternoon, we went to visit my grandma and grandpa. I helped grandpa do some house work. My sister and me played skateboard and doll.

At eight o’clock in the evening, we went home, and played computer games for two hours and then went to bed.

I was very happy on May Day!

“五一”劳动节那天，我妈妈、爸爸、姐姐和我去公园野餐，然后去看望了爷爷和奶奶。

早上九点钟，我们去公园野餐。我们带了果汁、玉米片、苹果、桔子、棒棒糖、香蕉、冰激凌、芒果等吃的。我还带了玩具，像娃娃、球、气球、滑板和风筝。

下午两点，我们去看望爷爷和奶奶。我帮爷爷做了一些家务活。我姐姐和我玩了滑板和洋娃娃。

晚上八点我们回家了。回家后又玩了两个小时的电脑游戏，然后就去睡觉了。
