2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

首先，我要制定一个假期计划，我每天要做5个小时的家庭作业，我想读一些著名的英语书来提高我的英语水平。然后，我会看一些有趣的喜剧片。Bean先生或汤姆·汉克斯的电影都很酷!他们可以放松自己!如果我有足够的时间，我会去跳舞和游泳!我想保持健康，你知道吗?!而且，我会花一些时间在数学上，我总是在数学考试中粗心大意，我要小心!

我真的有很多事情要做，也许是有点忙，但是我喜欢这样的生活，我会尽我最大的努力去做这些事情!我相信我自己，我能做到这一切!有这样的勇气真是太好了!

时间长为两个月的暑假即将结束，到现在为止，还有半个月，其他的学校早都在数日以前就已经开学了，进入了学习状态，幸运的是今年学校没有要求补课，才得以有那么长的假期。开学以后就没有现在这样懒散，毕竟是在103的最后一年，每个老师都希望开学后看到同学们踌躇满志，跃跃欲试，精神状态不错的样子！

我们很快就要升入初三学习，这意味着我们即将进入初中学习的最后阶段，也将面临着中考的挑战和考验！这学期我们已经进入毕业班最后冲刺，明年我们就要走进高一年级学校的大门了。就像长跑比赛一样，每个人站在了冲刺的新起点上，人生路途中有许多的起点和终点，为了让每一个起点和终点，散发出美丽和芬芳，少留遗憾，我们得从现在开始做好一切准备。

回首过去的一学期，经过全班同学的共同努力，我们取得了可喜的成绩。

这凝聚了我们每一个人的努力和付出，是我们全班同学勤奋好学、同心同德、紧密团结、锐意进取的结果。

我们必须清醒地认识到，成绩只能代表过去，展望新学期，我们任重而道不远，需要我们更加刻苦学习、奋发图强，请大家扪心自问：新学期，我准备好了吗？

新学期希望每个同学要做到“五心”：

一是收心。

把假期的以玩为主的生活方式转变为以学为主的生活方式。

二是决心。

新学期有新开始，尤其对于九年级的学生。人生最关键的时候，往往只有几步，我们要在新学期伊始就下定决心使自己的人生有一个美好的开端。

三是恒心。

前行的路上总是布满荆棘，学习上要下功夫，持之以恒，战胜一个个困难，去争取新的辉煌。

四是爱心。

不仅要提高学习，同时还提高品德修养。尊敬老师，孝顺父母，团结友爱，互助互进。

五是用心。

读书需要用心，处处用心皆学问。只有用心做人、做学问，才能有所成。

我们在这新一轮朝阳升起的时刻，为了理想共同努力吧！

[初三新学期的计划作文

新的一学期又开始了，这是初二年最紧张的一学期了。

学习量增大了，作业也增大了，当然同学们也要更加努力了。这学期我决定当一名优秀的地理科代表，一来可以让我有一个锻炼的好机会，二来我可以提高我学习的积极性。

再者就是学习了。这学期的我一定要力争上游，努力学习，认真听课，细心作业，节约时间，进步进步再进步，让自己的每一天都很充实，都很精彩，都很有收获。

当然，学习不单是课本上的，还要多多进行课外阅读才是。在这一学期，我会吸取教训，多读一些课外书，在学习的同时，也学会做人，出事，陶冶自己的性情，让自己德，智，体，美，劳，全面发展。

接下来就是最薄弱体育了。仰卧起坐一直是我的克星，这学期我一定要征服它，并战胜它，让自己的体育成绩由少到多，由好到坏。

光顾着学习，也不能忘了自己的身体。我已决定每天下午，无论何种情况，都要认真跑完800米，多做运动。

好了，计划说到这也差不多了，最后就是要遵守学校的校规校纪，千万不能迟到哦！
