班主任力争做到：不间断与学生尤其是贫困生和差生及的家长的联系，进行沟通和交流，及时把握这些学生的思想动向;注意和各科任教教师交流和协调，听取他们的意见和建议，明确把握班级的动向。

六、大力抓好学生的学习

认真总结学习中的问题，组织优秀学生介绍自己的经验，组织学生交流自己的学习方法，相互取长补短，力争优化所有同学的学习方法。每次月考结束以后，及时组织学生自己进行自我分析，让学生学会如何学习。

光阴似箭，日月如梭。仿佛就在昨天，我们还在兴高采烈地迎接寒假;仿佛就在昨天，我们还在喜气洋洋地欢度春节……而现在，我们就要重新系上那光荣、鲜红的红领巾，重返美丽的校园了。想到要和分别二十多天的同学相见，我的心情十分喜悦。然而，我也要为我新学期做打算了。

首先说说语文吧。我的语文成绩一直不太理想，所以这学期我要上课认真听讲，认真完成老师留的作业，多读读课文，多看多记多背。

接着说说数学，上课前先要预习一下老师即将教的知识，打基础。上课时，认真做好笔记，还要完成课本上的习题。等到做完家庭作业以后，背背刚学的公式。然后，再找一些与本课有关的题来做，如果时间允许的话，可以再做几篇速算，奥数也不能放弃。周末时，要把本周学的知识统统再温习一遍，巩固一下。然后，单元试卷发下来时，要从头到尾看一遍，错题要多看两遍，改正错误。

最后说说英语，课前要将老师将教的课文先读三遍。上课时，黑板上的知识与习题都要抄在课练上，回家温习。然后老师的每次听写都要认真对待，四会句四会词都要会认会读会拼会写。等到完成作业以后，还要在电脑上听音跟读，要做一下《英语开放式阅读》，巩固一下英语阅读的本领。假如有能力的话，这样对学英语有帮助呀。

我相信，如果我认真做到的话，一定不会让爸爸妈妈失望的。
