运动是让人快乐的方法，运动可以让人活力充沛、精神满分!运动不只是我的好朋友，它还是我的救世主，因为有它，我才可以长得很健康、很活泼、很有活力!

运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!

一大天早上，我出了门便拥抱了一大堆的雾气，我迷茫的看了看身边的环境，一片白花花的，这让我始料不及，我凭着自己的记忆力找到了车站，我心里一边想着为什么今天雾这么大一边走来走去，后来到学校上地理课，恰好今天讲气候，所以老师便和我们说：“形成雾霾的主要原因是因为我们没有好好地保护环境，导致环境快速恶化，以至于空气中都弥漫着细菌，所以出门一定要记得戴口罩，所谓病从口入。。。”

老师又说了一大堆可我也无心再去听了，下午放学回家，雾还是那么大，我忽然发现了一个问题就是我本来就是个路盲，再加上这样的天气，更找不到家了，我连忙凭着自己的感觉向家跑去，可是好几次却都坐吃山空，我气喘吁吁的坐在小区的石凳上，等待妈妈下班会看到我，半个小时以后，妈妈终于回来了，妈妈看见坐在家门口的我很是惊讶，说道：”在外边干嘛为什么不进屋子?

“我居然坐在家门口半个小时却不知道自己在家的门口，回家看报纸也发现了很多人都找错了家，更离谱的是有的人在那天结婚车队跟丢了，哎，早知道好好保护环境好了，我们一次的污染会造成自然很大的伤害，所以大家还是警醒一点吧，我们这样地不爱护大自然，让她伤了心，受到伤害的反而是我们，所以我们平时的一点一滴都会影响我们的生活，如果我们生活的土地一去不复返，到时候后悔也来不及了，所以，保护环境，请从青少年做起!

也许对于那些无聊的人来说，没什么大不了，可我知道，在我们班里，有30名循环使用课本的志愿者，在他们的内心深处，这，是最重要的。

现在，人类似乎变得越来越笨了，竟然破坏自己的家园——绿色!

有些人随意开垦、砍伐，使现在的树木越来越少。我们要开展这样的活动，是为了保护树木，保护我们共同的母亲——地球。

做为一名循环使用课本志愿者，我们的学校有这样的活动，你说，我能不自豪吗?

Everyone Needs Help

一片痴心教育孩子的父母从古来就有许多，但是有谁看见了那些所谓孝顺的儿孙呢?

南无乐队《好了歌》领唱新版红楼梦首映

应新版《红楼梦》片方及导演邀请，北京视袭音乐旗下势头看涨的南无乐队带着几天前刚刚改编制作完成的新版《红楼梦》电视剧插曲《好了歌》，登上了北京卫视新版《红楼梦》电视剧首映典礼的舞台。 《好了歌》堪称《红楼梦》古典文学经典中的经典。《好了歌》宣扬的是一种远离现实的虚无主义思想，好既是了，了既是好，表达的是佛教的“万事到头都成空，及早抽身了尘缘”的思想。

新版红楼梦片方表示，“南无乐队不管从音乐作品还是乐队气质来讲，都蕴藏着浓厚的传统文化元素，加之他们一直以来对佛学文化的研习经历和感悟，非常契合《好了歌》在音乐呈现上的诉求。另外，南无乐队作为当代中国青年人的鲜活代表，邀请他们参与到新版《红楼梦》的相关创作工作中，也希望能从他们身上得到一些关于新版红楼梦的直接反馈。这样有助于让观众能在新的红楼中感受恰到好处的音乐，更能全面感受新红楼。

1、不以规矩，不成方圆。

【译文】不用规和矩,就画不出圆和方。现在用来比喻做事要遵循一定的法则。

2、权,然后知轻重;度,然后知长短 。

【译文】称一称,才知道轻重;量一量,才知道长短。

3、人有不为也，而后可以有为 。

【译文】人要放弃一些事情不做，然后才能做成事业。

4、虽有天下易生之物也，一日暴之，十日寒之，未有能生者也。

【译文】即使有天下最容易生长的植物，晒它一天，又凉它十天，没有能够长大的。寓意做事一日勤，十日怠，没有恒心，是不会成功的。

5、其进锐者, 其退速

【译文】前进太猛的人，后退也会快。

6、心之官则思,思则得之,不思则不得也。

【译文】心这个器官职在思考,思考才能获得,不思考便不能获得。

7、生于忧患而死于安乐也。

【译文】忧患使人生存，安逸享乐却足以使人败亡。

8、故天将降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,劳其筋骨,饿其体肤,空乏其身,行拂乱其所为,所以动心忍性,曾益其所不能。

【译文】所以上天将要降落重大责任在这样的人身上，一定要先使他的内心痛苦，使他的筋骨劳累，使他经受饥饿，以致肌肤消瘦，使他受贫困之苦，使他做的事颠倒错乱，总不如意，通过那些来使他的内心警觉，使他的性格坚定，增加他不具备的才能。

9、鱼，我所欲也;熊掌，亦我所欲也，二者不可得兼，舍鱼而取熊掌者也。生，亦我所欲也;义，亦我所欲也，二者不可得兼，舍生而取义者也。

【译文】鲜鱼，是我想要的东西;熊掌，也是我想要的东西。(如果)两样东西不能一齐得到，(只好)放弃鲜鱼而要熊掌。生命，也是我想要的;正义，也是我想要的。(如果)生命和正义不能够同时得到，(只好)牺牲生命来保住正义。

10、老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼。

【译文】尊敬自家的长辈，推广开去也尊敬人家的长辈;爱抚自家的儿女，推广开也去爱抚人家的儿女。

11、天时不如地利,地利不如人和。

【译文】有利的气候不如有利的地势，有利的地势不如人的齐心协力。

12、得道者多助，失道者寡助。寡助之至，亲戚畔之;多助之至，天下顺之。

【译文】行仁政的就有很多人帮助，不行仁政的就很少有人帮助。帮助他的人少到极点时，连亲戚都反对他;帮助他的人多到极点时，全天下都归顺他。

13、富贵不能淫，贫贱不能移，威武不能屈，此之谓大丈夫。

【译文】富贵不能乱了我的心，贫贱不能改变我的志向，威武不能屈我的节，这样才叫做大丈夫。

14、君子以仁存心，以礼存心。仁者爱人，有礼者敬人。爱人者，人恒爱之;敬人者，人恒敬之。

【译文】君子内心所怀的念头是仁，是礼。仁爱的人爱别人，礼让 的人尊敬别人。爱别人的人，别人也经常爱他;尊敬别人的人，别 人也经常尊敬他。

15、民为贵，社稷次之，君为轻。

【译文】百姓最为重要，代表国家的土神谷神为次，君主为轻。
