As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

Since I was a little child, I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor. When I was little, I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought they were so great. 新年是时光的起点，元旦是时光的第一个里程碑。这一天，我们更多的是才航向未来，那些就要完成的事业，即将到来的机遇和美好的前景，正在前方隐约向我们把手，以神秘的梦幻和五金的快乐“诱惑”着我们。于是，我们心里又燃起了信心和希望;顾不得疲惫和伤痛，又要义无返顾地风雨兼程了新年总是在一年最冷的时候到来。然而，“冬天来了，春天还会远吗?”是的，那无数的诗情画意等待着我们去感受，去描绘，洒满阳光的湖畔早晨，落满花瓣的小径黄昏，还有青石小路上的烟雨蒙蒙，春风里一碧万顷的麦田……

是的，尽管前行的道路依然坎坷，凛冽的寒风依然肆虐呼啸，但为了心中那曾经对自己许下的诺言，为了那不灭的希冀和美丽的憧憬，我们还是向前，向前……

I want to know the culture about Canada. I think they are very happy to tell me their culture. And I can introduce our culture to them. My parents want to talk with a person who comes from Canada. It’s a good chance for them. So I hope I can invite an exchange student to come to my home.

Maybe you will ask me if I have ability to talk with them. I can speak English very well. And my family is rich, so I can make them fell comfortable.

Mothers day originated in Greece, the ancient greeks in the day to honor the mother of the gods in Greek mythology Hera. In the 17th century, mothers day spread to England, the British fasting period of the fourth Sunday as mothers day. 在此之前我也有过许许多多的梦，如：当科学家，当航天员或者当一名救死扶伤的医生……让我确定最终梦想意愿是源自一个山村小故事。

在很久以前一个偏僻的地方，有一所学校，学校里只有一间教室，只有一位老师负责13名孩子一至六年级的所有课程。有一天，一个放牛娃去放牛的时候捡到了一盒火柴。觉得那盒火柴非常新奇，就拿到教室里去玩。结果，一不小心就把那间教室点着了。而那位老师和13名同学都在教室里上课，同学们看到了教室被点燃了，就非常着急的乱跑那位老师却非常镇静的把孩子们抱出教室。不一会儿，教室里只剩下两个女孩了。那位老师急匆匆的跑回教室。看到两个女孩，他颜然抱走了左边的一位。当他把那位女孩抱出来后，又急忙跑回去救另一个女孩。但最后他们都没有出来。事后，孩子们问那个女孩最后一个出来的女生是谁?女孩抽抽噎噎的说：“是老师的女儿呀!”

当我读完这个故事，我深深感受到了平凡老师的伟大。有一次，我们班的一位男同学因生病，而有一个星期没有来上课，落下了很多功课。而我们班的老师并没有放弃他。而是一边给我们上着新课一边给他复习，我们所学过的内容。那时老师很难有充足的时间去休息。但是老师并没有因此抱怨什么，而是耐心的辅导我们。

正是老师们无私奉献的精神，让我长大后的梦想就是——当一名合格的人民教师!
