打从那时起，我不再孤单。他对我来说是很重要的一个人。

在二十一世纪的今天，团队精神越来越被看重，那么什么是团队?它并不是一些人的机械组合，它和群体不同。，一个真正的团队应该有一个共同的目标，其成员的行为之间相互依存、相互影响，并能够很好的合作，以追求集体的成功。而团队精神又是什么?目前他虽少有明确的界定，但作为隶属一个个团队的我们对其内涵是不乏切身体会的，在某些团体人们心情舒畅，在众人的齐心协力下整个团体成绩骄人、蒸蒸日上;而在另一些团体，人们勾心斗角心情压抑，内忧外患，整个团队分崩离析，成绩一塌糊涂。没有团队精神几个1加起来的结果和小于1的结果是人们早已司空见惯的事。

下面我只用一个小小的例子来告诉大家："蚂蚁过火",是个真实而感人的故事。一位老农上山开荒，砍倒茂密的杂草和荆棘。砍到一丛荆棘时，发现荆棘条上有一个箩筐大的蚂蚁窝。荆条倒，蚁窝破，无数蚂蚁蜂拥窜出。老农立刻将砍下的杂草和荆棘围成一圈，点燃了火。风吹火旺，蚂蚁四散逃命，但无论逃到哪方，都被火墙挡信蚂蚁占据的空间在火焰的吞噬下越缩越小，灭顶之灾即将到来。可是，奇迹发生了。火墙中突然冒出一个黑球，先是拳关大，不断有蚂蚁粘上去渐渐地变得篮球般大，地上的蚂蚁已全部抱成一团，向烈火滚去。外层的蚂蚁被烧得噼里啪啦，烧焦烧爆，但缩小后的蚁球毕竟越过火墙滚下山去。躲过了全体灰飞烟灭的灾难。老农捧起蚂蚁焦黑的尸体，久久不愿放下，他被深深地感动了。小小昆虫，为着整体的生存，竟有那么视死如归，勇于牺牲的英雄气概，竟有那么强烈坚定的团队精神，能不令人动容么?自然界的发展规律是物竞天择，强者生存。作为弱小的蚂蚁，靠着牢不可破的"团队精神"不也生存下来了吗?

一心只为自己而缺少团队精神的人应该为蚂蚁的英勇行为感到汗颜!我们当然具有团队精神，但不是人人都具有这种精神。团队精神要求它的每一个团队成员，紧密地团结在团队的旗帜下，为着团队的生存、发展和荣誉，奋力拼搏，以至不惜牺牲自己宝贵的生命。蚂蚁的团队精神也许是天生的本能，但人的团队精神文明却是可以培养的。让人人都有团队意识，人人都全身心地维护团队，是我们思想政治工作的一项重要任务。团队小到一个班级，一个学校，大到一个国家，如果人人都能发扬光大团队精神，又何愁院校不兴，国家不强呢?

团队精神是指一种团结一致，互帮互助，为了一个共同的目标坚毅奋斗到底的精神。一个民族要发展要强盛，必须要有一种民族精神作为支撑。同样，作为一个班级、一个学校要发展，要提高，也必须要有一种团队精神作为支撑。

只要能牢记以上原则，并坚定不移地贯彻执行，就没有做不到的事情，团队的合作精神就一定能激发出来!

而团队合作是一种为达到既定目标所显现出来的自愿合作和协同努力的精神。它可以调动团队成员的所有资源和才智，并且会自动地驱除所有不和谐和不公正现象，同时会给予那些诚心、大公无私的奉献者适当的回报。如果团队合作是出于自觉自愿时，它必将会产生一股强大而且持久的力量。它的形态很像智囊团，但与智囊团却有重大区别。

在你的智囊团中，你将各个独立的人组织成小团体，你们都具有共同的强烈欲望和明确目标，并且能从日益增进的热忱、想象力和知识中获得明确的利益。团队合作的情形和智囊团的合作形态很类似，但却有重大区别。由于团队中的成员未必都具有相同的强烈欲望和明确目标，所以，你必须更努力于使团队成员不断地为工作奉献。同时，你也应该要求自己，不断地为成员做出奉献并发掘他们的欲望，给他们以适当的回报。

可见，团队合作与智囊团原则的不同之处在于：前者针对的是一个组织的全体成员，出发点在于调动团队成员中各方的努力，但这些努力未必都具有明确目标和相互和谐;而后者针对的则是直接参与咨询、决策和领导的少数智囊团成员，并以这些成员之间的明确目标、以及相互和谐为重要因素?出发点在于充分激发全体成员的智慧，并将这种智慧汇集成一股实现目标的合力。

虽然团队合作会产生力量，但这种力量的凝聚只是一时的现象还是具有永久性，这就必须视激发合作的动机而定了。若成员之间的合作是以自愿性的动机为基础时，那么，在此动机消失之前，团队合作必然会产生持久性的力量。

真正的团队合作必须以别人"心甘情愿与你合作"作为基础，而你也应该表现出你的合作动机，并对合作关系的任何变化抱着警觉的态度。团队合作是一种永无止境的过程，虽然合作的成败取决于各成员的态度，但是，维系成员之间的合作关系却是你责无旁贷的工作。

要想激发团队的合作精神，前提条件是要先组织一个好的团队。好的团队决不是随随便便凑合在一起的乌合之众，而是为实现一个共同的目标，按照必备的条件，经过严格的挑选而组织起来的精干的团体。所以，确定团队成员的特质，组织一个好的团队，乃是激发团队合作精神的关键和起点。

团队成员的特质主要应考虑以下几个方面：忠诚、能力、积极的态度、多做一点点的精神、信心、意志力。

按照上述条件，挑选团队成员，这里要特别注意：一定要做到坚持条件，宁缺毋滥。

你必须信任团队的所有成员，彼此之间要开诚布公，互相交心，做到心心相印，毫无保留;

你要与团队的每一个成员紧密合作，直到整个团体都能紧密合作为止;

分析每一个成员完成工作的动机，研究他们的迫切需要，针对他们的动机和需要，付给他们应得的利益，在不影响团队发展的前提下，尽可能让他们多得一点;

订出明确的集会时间和地点，讨论计划，执行计划，否则就注定会失败;

做好团队成员之间的沟通和协调工作，使整个团队像一台机器一样，有条不紊地和谐运转;

严于律己，以身作则。

所以团队精神很重要。

Mathematics was too difficult for me, the teacher spoke so fast that I could not understand. I failed every math exam, my dad was very angry, he wouldnt let me watch TV, or let me go out, I was very sad. The math teacher always asks me to go to the office and tell me the problem. 其实，蚂蚁的成功逃离靠的就是团队力量。对于蚂蚁这样一个弱小的物种来说，面对类似的灾难难以逃出生天。但我们看到的是，蚂蚁却能在这个时时刻刻存在着各种天灾人祸的环境中留存下来，生生不息。使蚂蚁能以绵薄之力存身于世的，是它们的有组织、有秩序的群体，我们称之为，团队。

所以，我今天演讲的题目就是“一加一大于二”。

中国古话说，“千人同心，则得千人之力;万人异心，则无一人之用”

团队无时无刻不在我们身边演绎着它的力量：

2008年8月8日，北京奥运开幕式的恢宏壮大令全世界为之震撼，他的主创者也因此获得了2008年感动中国这一殊荣，然而缔造这惊世华彩的不仅仅是张艺谋导演，更是整个奥运导演团队，是他们用汗水和智慧一同诠释了团队精神的伟大。中国的载人宇宙飞船的发射，使中国成为寥寥可数的可以发射载人飞(船的国家，杨利伟的成功，背后有多少人团结合作，成功的背后覆盖着多少不懈的努力。可见，团队合作是不可少的，而团队之所以为团队，靠的是团队精神。

团队精神在字典中的解释是集体合作，共同奋斗的精神，就是所有团队成员都为了一个共同的目标，自觉地担负起自己的责任，并甘愿为了团队而牺牲自己的某些利益。分工合作，相互照应，以快速敏捷的运作有效地发挥角色所赋予的最大潜能是团队精神的具体表现。简而言之，它能使一加一大于二。因此我们有必要在我们日常生活中的点点滴滴中实践它。从刚入学时的军训到第一次大扫除，从激动人心的高一篮球赛到精彩纷呈的红歌比赛，再细化到班级的纪律，劳动和营造良好的学习环境，它们的成功也都离不开团队的力量。回想走过的路，有谁的开心的路口，不站着同样欢笑的伙伴呢?

如今的我们风华正茂，时代的步伐要求我们要在团队合作中健康成长，把新绿小心栽种，用梦想去施肥，让团结之根插入社会的土壤。既然一加一能大于二，就别把两个一分开。终有一天我们会意识到：团队合作是人生中最大的财富!就让我们把自己融入集体，在集体中发挥自己的力量，让团队展翅，助我们飞翔!
