I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China. Everybody likes it because its a family get-together. You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day", so it often comes in September or October. 有一次，我们班很流行一本叫《查理九世》的书，我本来不喜欢看书的，看见同学个个手中都拿着这本书看。第二天，我们要去田径训练，我就叫小刘同学下去，然后，小刘问我：“你要看吗?”我听了说：“好吧!谢谢了!”回到家里做完作业后，我打开了这本书，书里说了几个小孩子和一只小狗一起去冒险，说的都是科幻的，很吸引我，我爱上了这本书。有一天，我叫妈妈给我买一本这些书，妈妈买了给我，回到家里，妈妈把书给我，我马上打看书看，因为太好看了，我忘了时间，爸爸叫我吃饭我也不知道，爸爸走到我身边说：“如果看语文书有那么入迷就好了!”

过几天，我生日了!爸爸送我生日礼物，我想买那本书，我还没出口，爸爸就说不可以买你本书!我听了大哭一场，后来，爸爸还是买了那本书给我，他说：“爱看书就好了。”

“书是知识的源泉!”“书是人类进步的阶梯!”同学们，让我们一起来读是吧!我相信，书会让你走进另一个世界，书会给你带来我穷的乐趣!

我的课余生活丰富多彩，看书、唱歌、跳舞、弹电子琴……都是我课余喜欢的活动，但我最喜欢的是下五子棋。

有一天，我去姐姐家玩，只见姐姐和舅妈在“你争我夺”十分激烈地下着五子棋。我好奇地问：“五子棋怎么下呀?”

她们谁都没说话，注视着棋盘谁也不肯让对方，争夺稍微缓和一点的时候，舅妈激动地抱着我说：“不管你横着下、竖着下、还是斜着下，只要有五颗棋子连在一起成一条线，你就赢了。”没想到小小的棋子还可以玩出这么有趣的名堂来，我觉得很有意思。

回家就缠着妈妈教我下五子棋。从此，我就迷上了下五子棋。，为了尽快学会下五子棋，每天放学回家，我早早地做完了作业，和妈妈“杀”几盘。经过一段时间的努力，我把下五子棋的要点掌握了，棋艺有了很大的进步。

在一个繁星闪烁的夜晚，我向妈妈发起了挑战。

一场五子棋比赛开始了。我先把一颗“黑子”放在棋盘中间，把好营地。妈妈紧跟着把“白子”放在我“黑子”旁边。我放到哪，妈妈就堵到哪，互不相让。

这样龙争虎斗了十分钟，仍分不出胜负。顿时，我有点儿着急了，心一慌，稍不留神，妈妈的“白子”变成四个了。此刻，我怎么也拦不住了，真是哑巴吃黄莲，有苦说不出。我很不服气，心想我一定要赢妈妈一次。于是我就调整了一下心情，集中精神，沉着应对。

最后，我用了“声东击西”的战术，把妈妈“打”得难以招架。我_越勇，终于赢了一次。 The more brave, I finally won once.

学习五子棋，使我知道了无论做什么事，都要认真对待，还要静心思考，并且成功了不能骄傲，失败了不能灰心。

下五子棋还使我的课余生活变得更充实、有趣，它不仅丰富了我的课余生活，还让我学到了很多知识。
