In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that people throw their garbage everywhere.
