到了大象医院，大象和小白兔是一对很好的朋友，所以大象着急的问：“亲爱的小白兔，你怎么受伤呐，腿怎么伤的这么严重，是不是狐狸欺负你了？”大象问了一连串问题，但小白兔没有回答，只是眨了眨眼睛，大象一下子就明白了，他狠狠地瞪了一眼狐狸。狐狸已经吓出了一身冷汗。大象毫不客气地对狐狸说：“你站在外面，我要带小白兔去里面治疗。”狐狸装出一副自大的样子，问：“我是百兽之王，为什么不能进去？”大象边带着小白兔走进医院边说：“你那些小聪明骗得过老虎骗不了我们，再说了，上面写着‘闲人免进’四个大字，你难道看不见吗？”狐狸低下头无话可说。
