It was fine on March 12, 201x. I got up early that day. All the students in our school went to the hill to plant trees.

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock. The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees. Then we started digging, planting and watering. 小白兔是个贪吃鬼，夏天到了，对大家而言，是个游泳的好季节，但对小白兔来说，这就是舌尖上的美味。

我叫“飞毛腿”，是勒勒心爱的小宠物。勒勒还给我取了许多好听的名字，如玉兔、小乖乖、小宝宝、雪球、奔跑大王等。这说明勒勒对我有着深厚的感情。

我身高八厘米，体积只有勒勒的“五十分之一”，体重五百克，耳朵特长，可听见百米之远细微的声音，后腿粗壮有力，我奔跑的速度仅次于勒勒。我的眼睛比我的朋友红得多，好像一颗闪闪发光的红宝石。

我本身并不雪白，但勒勒天天给我洗澡，使我有洁白的外表，别人看到我也更加可爱了，这都是勒勒的功劳呀!

勒勒对我可好了!他每次放学后总给我带好吃的，像嫩草、胡萝卜，把我喂得白白胖胖的，他每周都把窝整理一番，瞧!多干净啊，真不愧是勒勒;他还每天为我梳毛、剪头发，使我显得有精神。

我“飞毛腿”的名字的由来是这样的：有一次，勒勒趁我睡觉时，把我最最爱吃的青菜放在我旁边，可是放下去的一刹那，我一下子从美梦中惊醒，当时我害怕极了，还以为别人要抓我呢!于是，我就后腿一蹬，猛地一跳，迅疾地逃走了。这一跳可不成，害得勒勒全家出动，才把我着个调皮的“飞毛腿”给逮住了。

我――勒勒的小宠物，盼望和大家做朋友!

我家有一只可爱的小白兔，它的可爱表现在它的睡相、吃相和玩耍中。

它的睡相，可爱极了。只要它一闭上眼睛就变成了一个“小雪球”，我轻轻地把一片叶子放在它的身上，看它又变成了一个“粽子”。

它的吃相，更是可爱了。我每次过来看它的时候，它都用那水汪汪的眼睛对我卖萌，我看了一下，原来它想吃东西了。我就采了几片青菜给它吃，我还没放进去的时候，它就在箱子里蹦蹦跳跳讨吃。我刚把叶子放入了箱子里的时候，小白兔就把菜叶拿在手上来吃，也会趴着用最直接去吃。有时候它还会用水汪汪的大眼睛望着我，最还会吃这菜叶子呢。

它的玩耍，也很可爱。我把它抱出箱子的时候，它高兴极了。它在一片草地上蹦蹦跳跳，一转眼它就不见了，只见到一个白色袋子有东西在动，原来一个白袋子飞到了它的上边盖住了它；又一转眼它又不见了，原来它在和我玩捉迷藏，我在草丛里都没找到，最后我看见一个图上多了一只兔子一动不动，然后我把手放到它头上，这是真的，小白兔就跳了出来了！

这就是我的“调皮大王”小兔子。

I was up the next morning be fore the October sunrise, and away through the wild and the woodland. The rising of the sun was noble in the cold and warmth of it peeping down the spread of light, he raised his shoulder heavily over the edge of grey mountain and wavering length of upland. Beneath his gaze the dew-fogs dipped, and crept to crept to the hollow places; then stole away in line and column, holding skirts, and clinging subtly at the sheltering corners where rock hung over grassland, while the brave lines of the hills came forth, one beyond other gliding.

The woods arose in folds, like drapery of awakened mountains, stately with a depth of awe, and memory of the tempests. Autumn’s mellow hand was upon them, as they owned already, touched with gold and red and olive, and their joy towards the sun was less to a bridegroom than a father.

Yet before the floating impress of the woods could clear it self, suddenly the gladsome light leaped over hill and valley, casting amber, blue, and purple, and a tint of rich red rose; according to the scene they lit on, and the curtain flung around; yet all alike dispelling fear and the cloven hoof of darkness, all on the wings of hope advancing, and proclaiming, “God is here!” then life and joy sprang reassured from every crouching hollow; every flower, and bud and bird had a fluttering sense of them; and all the flashing of God’s gaze merged into soft beneficence.

So, perhaps, shall break upon us that eternal morning, when crag and chasm shall be no more, neither hill and valley, nor great unvintaged ocean; but all things shall arise, and shine in the light of the Father’s countenance, because itself is risen.

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. What’s more, we usually have a variety of activities about graduation, such as taking photos, having a class party, leaving words to each other in our memory collections, exchanging gifts between friends to memorize our friendship, giving teacher presents to express our thanks.

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. Facing many choices about our future makes us confused; meanwhile the coming farewell makes us sentimental. As long as these feelings come along, we have to deal with it. We should know that after graduation we will learn more and be more experienced. Being apart with our friends and classmates is temporary, next time we meet each other, we will live a better life and share our different colorful experiences with each other.

Graduation will come sooner or later whether we are ready or not. Let’s make great efforts for our future.

我外婆家养了一只小白兔。它，全身的毛雪白雪白的，远远望去就像一堆雪球，我就叫它小雪。

于是，我给它取了一个很暖心的名字叫“抱抱，”之后它红彤彤的小舌头在不停地舔来舔去，我猜想他是不是饿了，我赶紧给它找来了它的最爱胡萝卜和青菜，我看着它那小的可爱的三瓣嘴不停地啃着它心爱的食物，一边吃还一边抬头看看我好像在和我说谢谢，不一会儿整整一个胡萝卜就被它吃完了，吃完后我发现它用它的梅花小脚揉着它的眼睛，我想它应该是困了想睡觉了，然后，我用萝卜叶子给它做了一个软绵绵的“床”，最后，我把它抱到床上去了。

等它醒来后，我给它做的床被它吃光光了，里面到处都是它排出的便便，于是我赶紧给它打扫起房间来，虽然照顾抱抱有点累，但是我还是很喜欢我的“抱抱，”我要好好照顾它，和它成为好朋友。

I was very interested in your advertisement in todays edition of The Evening Post and I should like to apply to be a member of the Amazon Expedition team.

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. I would particularly like to join the expedition for the opportunity it would give me to study the plant life of the area.

I enjoy several outdoor activities including rowing and rock climbing and I consider myself to be both fit and healthy enough to undertake such an expedition.

在很久很久以前，有一片美丽的大森林，森林里住着许多小动物。

一天，小松鼠，小乌龟，还有小白兔一起到奇妙图书馆去看书。

“小松鼠，你快来。我找到一本宇宙大百科！”小白兔兴奋的说着。

“真的吗？那真是太好了!”小松鼠说着，连忙跑到小白兔面前，看起了那本书。

过了一会儿，小刺猬也来了，她选了一本历史书，马上坐到小白兔的旁边。

“哎呦，疼死我了！” 小白兔说完，蹦的老高。

小刺猬见了，连忙道歉。可小白兔还是说：“你瞎了吗？这可是我的新衣服呀!”

小刺猬听了，伤心的离开了。

“等等，你别走，我愿意和你坐。”小乌龟说。“小刺猬上次帮我把狐狸赶走，帮助小白兔把大灰狼赶走，难道你都忘记了吗？”小乌龟生气的对小白兔说。

小白兔听了，连忙对小刺猬道歉。小刺猬说：“没事，改了就好。”

从此，小白兔和小刺猬做了一对好朋友。

小兔是个超级爱看书的小书迷。

这天阳光明媚照耀着大地，朵朵白云像一朵朵轻盈的棉花，又像洁白的丝巾一样柔软迷人。小兔拿着书漫不经心地躺着看，越看越滋味，这时，山羊伯伯路过看见了，对小兔子慈祥地说：“小兔，你不能躺在草坪上看书，这样会近视的。”小兔子不耐烦地说“去，去，去，一边去，你这老头真烦人”，山羊伯伯一听，自言自语地说：“不听劝告，真没礼貌”。说着摇着头走了。

过了两天，小兔又坐在阳光下看书，小鹿姐姐走过来对小兔说：“小兔，你不能在阳光下看书，阳光刺眼，这样很容易近视的。”小兔生气地说：“山羊伯伯叫我不要躺着看书，你叫我不要在阳光下看书，你们真爱管闲事，好烦”，小鹿姐姐听了小兔的抱怨，只好摇着头走了。

日子一天一天过去，小兔养成了很多不良的看书习惯，看东西渐渐变得模糊。妈妈只好带小兔去医院检查视力，结果小兔近视了，他每天都得带着一副厚厚的眼镜，给他的生活造成了许多不方便。

小兔后悔极了，他心想：如果我从前听从山羊伯伯、小鹿姐姐的话，我就不会近视了。

我家有只小白兔，它叫小白，这个名字是我妈妈取的，也是她买的。

小白全身雪白，有一双长而有力的后腿，一双红红的眼睛，一对长长的耳朵，耳朵的里面有些红，也很薄。

刚买回来的时候，它老是一蹦一跳的，离我们远远的才敢返过头来看我们，到我家没几天它就敢跑过来跟我们玩了，当然我说的玩是让它和我家的团鱼一赛跑。小白胜了就给胡萝卜，团鱼胜了就给一块肉。他们知道玩了后就你追我赶，谁也不让谁，其实团鱼的速度也没那么慢嘛。

我们一直相处得很好，直到有一天。

我早上起来的时候，发现小白死了，我痛苦万分，马上咸妈妈起来，妈妈起来一看也很伤心。如果还能买一只回来的话，我一定会好好珍惜的，我不能再想了，因为我越想就越想哭，明天还要上学。
