I run faster, jump higher and can think positively. I am proud to say that I possess the ability to see the upside of almost everything. I guess it is because I am closer to the clear blue sky above our heads.

Human beings are different from animals in many ways. One of the differences is the ability of human beings to build. It is true that many animals are builders. Birds make nests, and bees make hives. But no animal could build the pyramids or the Great Wall or the Eiffel Tower. The variety, size, and beauty of the structures built by human beings is simply unsurpassed.

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

我的英语老师名叫朱祥慧。听这名字,以为是女的,其实是男的。朱老师长得丑,而且不是一般的丑。俗话说得好:人不可貌相,海水不可斗量。我们以貌取人就大错特错了。他虽然丑,但是英语过了八级呢!厉害吧!

更厉害的还是上他的课呢。他的课,每一节都不同寻常。特别是班上那些调皮捣蛋的学生,简直就是小心翼翼、提心吊胆了。对他们来说,上英语课,应该如同下地狱一般痛苦吧。为什么呢?因为一不小心就有“坠入深谷的危险”——接受“严刑拷打”的考验。“拷打”的过程中,班里有些女生就拍手叫好。用英语老师的话来说,那就是:“上英语课有仇的报仇,有冤的申冤。如果这些男生一而再、再而三地欺负女生,找我就可以了!”这一番话可是说到女生的心窝子里了。

我最佩服英语老师的“双棍打”。左右手都得打,经过老师的一阵“狂打”,你的手非得疼上半节课。其次就是“蹲板凳”——把凳子抽出来,然后你坐在空气中,姿势还必须就像坐在板凳上的一样。20分钟下来,你就挥汗如雨了!这两招还都不算狠,最狠的一招是“笑脸”。英语老师会拍着你的肩膀,笑着对你说一番话,这时,他就会露出那一口不齐整的大牙,令你“毛骨悚然”。

当然也有女生挨揍的时候。前两招我就都领教过,第三招还没“享受”过,我现在是没有那个“荣幸”了。所以,我觉得一句话非常适合形容英语课,那就是:不经历风雨,怎能见彩虹。

“严师出高徒”,我们班的英语成绩就不用说了,每次考试都稳拿第一。英语老师常常用武力,我们班同学居然都喜欢他,在学校组织的“最受欢迎的老师”的评选中,英语老师竟然位居榜首。

Wangwang likes eating.My mother said that hes as greedy as I am.When we are having dinners,he usually crouches (蹲)in the face of us and looks at our food with hungry eyes . At that moment,I always cant help throwing the food in my mouth to him.

Every afternoon when i come back home from shool,Wangwang often runs to me and hug my legs.Hes so happy to see me back.When Im free ,I usually take him to play outside. We run in the field in Spring ,and swim in the river in Summer.Hes my best friend.

I love my dog—Wangwang.

My fish tank with three small goldfish, one particularly attractive. Its eyes bulging, like a pair of big light bulb. Small mouth, a mouth spit out a series of small blisters, like children blow bubble gum. I named it "bubble eyes" three goldfish often play hide-and-seek together. 我家鱼缸里养着三条小金鱼，其中一条特别惹人喜爱。它的眼睛鼓鼓的，像一对大灯泡。嘴巴小小的，一张嘴就吐出一连串的小水泡，像小朋友吹泡泡糖一样。我给它取名“水泡眼”三条金鱼经常在一起玩捉迷藏的游戏。“水泡眼”先停留在一个地方动也不动，等另外两条小金鱼躲好后转身去找，可那两条小金鱼太狡猾了，神不知鬼不觉地跟在“水泡眼”的后面。害得“水泡眼”半天也找不到。过了一会儿，它一转头，才发现另外两条小金鱼。我家养的小金鱼真有趣!

The science museum is next to the People’s Park. It isn’t far from our school. So we can go there on foot .Walk straight to the west from our school, next turn left at the post office and walk for about 5 minutes, then turn right at traffic lights. You can find the People’s Park on the right . Walk straight, and you’ll see the science museum.

科学博物馆在人民公园旁边。它离我们的学校并不远。因此我们可以步行去那里。从我们学校向西直走，接着在邮局左转，步行大约5分钟，然后在红绿灯右转。你可以发现右边是人民公园。直走，你会看到科学博物馆。
