there are 4 members in my warm family, my father, my mother my grendmother and i. My father is a worker, he works hard every day and makes the decision of the family. Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

The Peoples Square is located in the center of Shanghai. In the north-east of the square stands the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. The Shanghai Grand Theatre is in the north-west of the square. Between two buildings stands the City Hall.In the south lies the Shanghai Museum, covering 58,000 square meters. In the middle, theres a large lawn. Many pigeons can be seen flying here and there. The Peoples Square is one of the tourist attractions in Shanghai.
