concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there

is indeed too much work to do.

If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by

paying them as overtime salary or giving them vacations. For another, some

staffs are not suitable for their positions. In that case, the boss ought to

help them to improve their working efficiency. If they are still not qualified,

boss may change the positions for them, or to the worst, dismiss them. Thats

all what I think about working overtime.

My Birthday

I have a wonderful time on my birthday every year.But I will never forget

my tenth birthday.On that evening,my friends came to my house.We had a big

meal.Later,my mother put a big cake with ten candles,some fruit and drinks on

the table.I made a silent wish.My friends said“Happy Birthday”to me.They gave me

some nice presents,such as a basketball,flowers and my favorite books.We

sang,danced and played games.I thanked them very much for their presents.I also

thanked those who helped me and took good care of me,especially my parents.I

felt I was the happiest boy in the world.

My family has five members: father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, of course, I. Everyone have their own characteristics, form a happy family.

Mother attaches great importance to the growth of I, every morning to go to work, come back at night, already very tired, but also trained my ability of learning. She gave up her job, for me to make a home every night to supervise my study. To work closer to home, my mother not afraid of hard work, run back and forth among the various sites.
