Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. 我终于将面粉搅拌好了，但是我的手却很酸。这时，我很想休息一下再做，但是妈妈说不能停，否则面就会坏掉。我马上往面里加了一些水，使面粉凝结。然后再将面粉揉成面团。这些凝结物很粘，我才揉了一会儿，它们便粘满了我的双手。

我一边加面粉一边揉，使它不再粘手。我揉了好久，才将面粉揉成面团，但我的手也快变成白色的了。我顾不上洗手，便开始搓面团。这可是个力气活，由于面还没发酵，所以比较硬，搓起来也比较费力。

不一会儿，我便面头大汗、气喘吁吁的。我一直搓呀搓，终于把面搓好了。我喘了一口气，将面团分成了两块，将它们拉成长条，压成了两个长方体，用刀把它们切成若干个大小相等的方块。终于做好了，我将它们放在桌子上发酵。然后我像一阵风似的冲进厕所洗手，反复洗了好几遍，我洗完了手，将馒头放到锅里蒸。

三十分钟后，馒头蒸好了。我赶紧拿了一个来试吃。我咬了一口，虽然有点硬，但我觉得我做的馒头比外面面包师傅做得更香，更好吃，因为它是我自己辛辛苦苦做出来的。让我真正感受到了“劳动创造美”这句话的含义。
