Last week, I saw an Interesting cartoon and I was attracted by the

beautiful house. The house was in the top of the mountain. Every morning, the

main character could see the whole landscape and village. It is such a beautiful

house for me. In the future, I want to have a house like this, trees and flowers

are around.

Salaries should reflect people’s dedication and job responsibilities.

However, sports figures, who don’t benefit the community in general, earn

millions of dollars each. In my opinion this is wrong. Things should be done to

change this situation.

If we take the example of a sport star such as Tyson, it is hard for us to

say in what way he benefits the society. In fact, his disobeying game rules sets

a bad example for young people, and his abandoned behavior encourages people to

experiment with sex and violence. Besides, his job does not require special

skills or years of training and education. Although he can entertain and excite

audience, I do not think he is justified to receive so much money and his job

can be considered essential.

On the other hand, most people in ‘ordinary’ professions like nurses,

doctors and teachers earn only a small fraction of the income of these “stars”.

However, if we give a careful look at these professions, we will find that they

not only require special skills and years of education but also help the people

and the whole society. For instance, teachers disseminate knowledge to the

society; doctors and nurses give patients good medical care and prolong their

life. They are much more useful, and actually more essential to society than

sports personalities. Without these ‘ordinary’ professions, our society would

stop progressing. Their salaries should relate to skill, education or the value

of the inpidual to society.

Things should be done to make salaries fairer. Huge amounts of money shall

be given to more deserving people. It seems that the only solution is to impose

heavy taxes upon people who earn excessively high salaries.

既然是做白菜嘛，洗完菜，摘掉头，当然要准备调味，咋说，加些蒜头就得了，不过蒜头去皮可真难呀，掰不了，揉碎来掰又不顺手，妈妈就教我用菜刀拍几下这个蒜头，一试，哎，真好掰，三下两下——搞掂!

煮汤，准备了一锅水，加上料，搅匀，倒掉一半，用一些彩页去浸，就做好准备了。

差不多了，我调好炉子，倒了一些油，噼里啪啦!烧起来了，我赶紧倒入白菜，炒，炒上三下两下，估摸着也超不多了，就把菜用盘子托出，把半熟的白菜倒进先前的菜汤内，煲，把控好火候，过了许久，关掉火，嗯，啊!真香，菜汤味够浓，味道也不错，呃，就是成色差点，有点黄，毕竟第一次嘛，下次多努力就行了。

有了这次经历，我突然觉得主妇们做饭真辛苦，我炒时那热气弄得我的手那叫一个烫的，只能说——做菜真不容易啊，我们应珍惜身边人每一次为自己的付出!

切完茄子，我剥了两粒蒜头做准备，首先开火，拿起油瓶往炒菜锅里倒油，一下倒得太多，被妈妈及时制止，接着我把蒜头扔进油锅，紧接着锅里响起了噼哩啪啦的响声，原来是刚才锅里有几滴水，油跟水在一起就会产生这种声音，我拿起装茄子的铁碗把茄子倒进了锅里，只见我一手握着锅柄，一手握着锅铲，左右翻动着茄子，很有规律，我一会儿把茄子翻到这，一会儿把茄子翻到那，就这样翻了一会儿，我觉得锅里的水不够了，于是我在铁碗里倒了点水，倒在了锅里，然后我把锅盖盖上，还时不时会把锅盖打开看看里面的水有没有少，如果少了，我就会在铁碗里倒一点儿水，再倒进锅里，就这样连续了好几次，茄子被我翻炒得很香，妈妈说“这时候可以放调料了”，我放了一小勺盐巴和糖，还倒了一点儿酱油，妈妈说调料不可以放太多，一点就可以了。我赶紧拿着筷子去尝了一口，“哇!真好吃!”妈妈说“现在你去拿盘子盛起来吧”，最后我把茄子装在盘子里，一道美味的茄子就这样煮好了。

吃饭时吃着自己煮的茄子，感觉特别香甜可口，刚才的紧张、辛苦都是值得的，我懂得了做菜的不容易，想到了外婆和妈妈平时做菜的辛苦，我以后要多帮忙做些菜给她们吃。

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

经过数节课的练习和纠正，我们终于将这4分多钟的舞给排练完了。

六一儿童节那天，我迫不及待的起床，穿上舞蹈服，洗漱完，就去找成员们，到齐后，我们一起去了化妆师家化妆。过了几个小时，六个人的妆就全部化完了。一路到学校，路上的行人都不禁回头看几眼，还有些人说：你看多漂亮啊！我们笑了笑。到学校了，同学们都用惊艳的目光看着我们。汇演在大礼堂举行，我们是第11个节目，看了前几个节目，大家都表演的十分精彩，快到我们了，刚才还平静的心瞬间激动、紧张起来，都快提到嗓子眼了，我暗暗跟自己打气：戴斯雅，你能行，加油！我们上台了，大家都有最灿烂的微笑尽自己最大的力跳完了舞蹈，观众们都鼓起了热烈的掌声，评委也投来了赞许的目光，台下的妈妈们也向我们竖起了大拇指。

儿童节过去了，我们又向青年迈进了一步，但那次表演，像树根一样牢牢扎在我心里，为我的童年留下了精彩的一页。

我笑了，虽然分别在元旦，但我们的心永远在一块儿，我在心里大声说，小一，元旦快乐，我也不会忘记你的的。

我一直以为只有汽车尾气，煤炭燃烧这些会排放二氧化碳，没想到生活中处处都有微弱的二氧化碳在侵害着我们大家和我们赖以生存的家园——地球。

现在我们学校在宣传低碳生活，我渐渐的知道了怎么样减少碳污染。开始了“低碳生活”。以前我总把家门口的电灯开上个彻夜，水从晚上滴到早晨，冰箱里放的到处乱七八糟的东西，这样既浪费水电，又增加了二氧化碳的生成。为了我们的生存环境能够得到改善，低碳生活必须从我做起。

首先，低碳生活方式就是在生活中的每个细节上注重节能减耗，除了做作业看书必须开灯，其他时间没必要开的灯能够不开就尽量少开，这样就能减少电灯排出的二氧化碳。家里的电器开着也能排出二氧化碳，就连小小的手机电池插座也能够排出可怕的二氧化碳，只要充电器充完电就立刻取下就可以减少二氧化碳的排放。冰箱里尽量能排放整齐这样就能减少冰箱工作的次数，从而达到减少二氧化碳的排放。空调虽然能给我们在夏天带来凉意，但是它的室外机却能排放出大量的二氧化碳，所以我们最好能尽量少用，不要再让我们的地球呼吸太多的二氧化碳。

在以后的日子我们一定要重视低碳不要再让它危害到我们的生活，让我们一起行动起来，保护我们美好的环境。
