America, they always choose New York as their destination. New York has many

world-famous tourist attractions and people can find them in the Hollywood

movies. The Statue of Liberty is one of the symbolic building, which represents

America. The statue is a gift to the people of United States from people of

France. The meaning of freedom and friendship are shared by both countries.

Today, the meaning of this statue is admitted by the world and when people see

让后又吃了好几勺松仁玉米，喝了不少汤，席中，还上了一些水饺和油炸麻花，最后还上了餐后水果和甜点，我吃的真是享受啊。我吃饱以后，我到处走啊走，看见其他包房中那凌乱不堪的景象，那不堪入目的餐桌，那残渣变地的地面，以及一些丝毫未动的饭菜。感觉这里的空气中好像弥漫着食物们的怨气。

突然我无意中发现了一些宣传标语，上面写着：“一粥一饭当思来之不易。”“吃多少点多少。”“餐桌文明，人人有责。”等标语，我立刻就想：“要是剩饭我可要打包啊，不能浪费了。”，于是我就回去了，回去时正赶上他们结账，那个服务员问：“要打包吗?”大人们都说不，可我毅然决然的站了出来说：“打包吧，别浪费了。”当时妈妈就给我竖起了大拇指，然后打包带走了剩饭。

从小我们就在“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”这种诗朗诵中来认识粮食的来之不易;现在我们在“一粥一饭当思来之不易，半丝半缕恒念物力维艰。”这样的句子中来实行勤俭节约。让我们在这些名句下实行勤俭，推广节约，让我们做一个文明餐桌的志愿者吧。

冬至是个团圆的节日，俗话说得好，冬至大如年就是说冬至能够和过年比较，冬至夜是一年当中晚上最长的一夜，民间传说：有钱人吃一晚上，没钱人冻一晚上。

今日晚上我去外婆家过冬至夜，品尝了象征团圆的汤圆，还有爷爷买来的冬酿酒，上头飘着朵朵桂花香。

光阴似水，转眼间我盼望已久的冬至夜已经到来，我们一家人坐在桌子旁，享受着丰盛的美味佳肴。

应对着一道道的美食，让我不得不垂涎三尺。一个火锅里有鱼有羊，让这个火锅变得香味四溢，夹一口鲜嫩的鱼肉，喝一口美味的鱼汤，一家人坐在餐桌旁，一边吃一边聊聊天，整个家里都是我们的欢声笑语。在冬至夜，我们虽然已经吃了八分饱，但还是免不了一顿夜宵，我们煮了午时刚包的饺子，煮好后，立刻开始，最终一大锅饺子被吃的一尘不染。

听说李老师在艺术上也颇有见解，曾领导过学校的英语合唱团参加过许多大大小小的比赛，并且取得优异成绩。而且Mrs.李在教师圈中也具有魅力的人气，是位平易近人的老师，

在往后的日子里，我要再接再厉学习英语，因为我是那么地尊敬我的英语老师——Mrs.李。
