鲁迅先生曾经说过：“哪里有天才？我只不过是把喝咖啡的时间都用在写作上了。”我非常喜欢这句话，我也尝试过这样做。但是我渐渐发现，我越来越不喜欢在边边角角的时间里做事情了。

我很苦恼！我问自己如何做才能既有效地利用“碎片化”时间，又能在“碎片化”时间里专注地做一件事情呢？

暑假里，我读到一本书——《时间管理——如何充分利用你的24小时》。读完后，我深受启发，明白了如果“碎片化”时间不进行管理，也是一种浪费时间的表现。

我根据《时间管理》这本书，开始慢慢地调整我在“碎片化”时间里做的事情。若在休息时间不是很长的情况下，我不再像原来那样，抱着一本厚厚的书读，而是换成小短文或者规定只读一个章节；也不再进行折纸，而是和爸爸妈妈说说话，聊聊天，做一些简单地小事情；在路上，我尽量放松自己的心情，看看天，看看树，看看行走的人们，观察这个大千世界。只有当我完成一天的学习任务或在节假日时，我再安排时间，酣畅淋漓地进行读书、运动、做手工。

最近越来越意识到自我时间管理的重要性，于是有意识地去阅读一些有关时间管理的干货文章与书籍，周末了把适合自己并在生活中有待加强应用的时间管理法简单地总结下。

我认为早起是个人时间管理的关键。如果想要拥有一个完美的独处时间段，在这段时间里完全可以按自己的自由意志做喜欢的事情，无疑早起的这大块时间清静自由最适合作为个人时间段了。早起有早起的仪式，包括起床洗漱，刷牙时听广播，晨间日记反馈回顾，确定今日重要事项与任务清单，早餐等。正是由于这种仪式感让大脑养成习惯，肢体记忆也就更加深刻，几乎完全靠条件反射地去执行。

另外，按时间段划分每日时间，专时专用。一般我将每日的时间段划分为早起，出门路上，上学中，放学后，睡前。内容包括个人时间，课业学习时间，交往时间。每个时间段完成后要懂得给自己奖励，奖励可结合休闲娱乐放松等，比如听音乐、购物、闲聊等。

时间记录的可视化，往往能提高我们管理时间的积极性与主动性。正因为时间是无影无形的，一天过去了我们常常不清楚自己花费的时间都用到了哪里，而记录时间并将它们可视化，也就是借用一些表格或App等来记录我们一天的时间，是非常有必要的。还有，拥有一个“收集篮”工具，可以是笔记本或手机App清单等，随时记录我们想到在未来要做的事情或者是灵感火花。

If you ask me what is the most precious, I would say that it’s time. Time is something once lost, you could never have again.

Sincc I entered college I have felt a great burden off my mind and I just want to relax.I did too many meaningless things to kill my time, such as playing computer games, watching TV, or gossiping. How to Be Punctual

1.Acknowledge that you are a person who is having a hard time being punctual. As with any problem, you cannot fix it if youre in denial that its a problem at all. But if your chronic tardiness is beginning to strain your job and/or your relationships, the first thing you need to do is acknowledge this as a weakness so you can begin to work toward correcting it.Although if it is a rational problem,like traffic or small children,there is no need to feel bad-just keep working on it!

2. Wake up when youre supposed to wake up. Dont hit the snooze button, linger in bed, and watch TV at the very start of your day.Maybe even try setting your clock 10 minutes earlier than you need to. Acquire the habit of sitting up, stretching, and getting out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. If you cant get out of bed on time, you may be going to bed too late. 3. Commit yourself to being 15 minutes early for everything. If you have to be to work at 8:00, dont even tell yourself this. 6. Keep organized. Disorganization is directly related to lateness. How often have you been late because you were looking for your car keys or couldnt find an important document? Keep the things that you use everyday in some resemblance of organization and your routines will go smoother.

o Schedule something unimportant right before something very important. If you have an essential interview at 4:00, plan to meet a friend for coffee at the coffee shop next to your interview at 3:30. 日子一天一天过去，我依然没有动笔，妈妈总摇着头，重复着一句话“明日复明日，明日何其多。”

当我从放假的状态走出来的时候，离开学已经不到一个星期了。然而老油条的我，又多玩了两天。

剩下的五天我真的是玩不起来了，每天我都在拼命地补作业，早也写，晚也写，吃饭写，连洗澡都在想题，终于！我在最后一天的十点完成了大业。

虽然这次我“保住了小命”，但是我再也不敢拖着作业不写了。

学会正确地管理时间，劳逸结合。这就是我从这次教训中吸取的教训。

最近在看时间管理的书，当然也包括看公众号上发的一些有关利用时间的文章，今天过后总结一下自己阅读的体会。

很多人抱怨自己一天过后，除了工作忙忙忙，再也挤不出别的时间来发展自己的爱好与技能。其实我们除去大部分主要的时间，留下的碎片时间也是有巨大的利用价值的。而这些碎片化的时间往往是被我们忽视，没有好好利用起来。碎片化的时间包括空隙时间，想玩的时间，可被利用的时间，比如等车，排队结单，坐车时间等。还有一些碎片化时间是较小块的时间段，比如早起，以及睡前时间。

那么如何充分利用碎片化时间呢？时间管理书中，总结了这么一句话；早起两个点晚睡一个点，也就是在所有人还在睡着的时候把事情完成了，在所有人已经入睡的时候再多做几件事情。

早起是良好的生活习惯。早起好处多多，在高效学习的书中介绍说，人的大脑在早上的时候是最清醒的、最高效率的。所以我们可以利用早起的这一段时间安静高效地做自己喜欢做的事情，最好分脑力和体力的锻炼来开始新的一天。比如阅读、冥想、跑步、写晨间日记等，而不是白白浪费时间在舒服的大床上赖着玩手机或睡觉。

而晚睡一个点指的是十一点半到十二点半这个时间段，在洗漱完毕准备睡觉的时候，可以再阅读多几页书，或者是听一段自己喜欢的音乐或者外语听力。我现在坚持每晚临睡前先用来一个每日回顾，想想自己今天做了哪些有意义的事情和傻事，以及写下自己明日事项清单和要坚持养成的好习惯。

我觉得刷手机是浪费时间的一件事，虽然说手机现在成为我们生活中必不可缺的工具，不仅仅是通讯工具这么简单，手机还是学习涨知识连同世界的媒介。即便如此，我们也不能把整天大部分时间浪费在手机上面。对此时间管理书中的建议是，专注的时候把手机调成静音，每隔一个小时看一次一次为五分钟左右。
