The fair will attract a huge crowd from the entire school, who are to sell, purchase and exchange their second-hand books with their peers.

As a regular visitor, I’ve found myself increasingly attracted by the fair. For one thing, the fair exhibits books of hundreds of types on diverse topics, motivating us to further develop our reading habits and help to broaden our horizons. For another, most books are sold at a lower price than what the bookstores offer.

今天的第三节课，是课外活动，老师带我们去了操场玩游戏了。

我们先练队列，练了20分钟以后，老师就让王子乐，张耀冉和石广盛拿器材去。张耀冉拿了2个呼啦圈，王子乐拿了2个呼啦圈，石广盛拿了6个篮球就回来了。老师先讲清楚游戏规则，然后告诉我们不要犯规。就开始了，女生被分为了两队，男生被分为了两队，男生的第一队和女生的第一队一份为一队，女生的两队和男生的两队分为了一队。两队比赛。我是在第二队，一喊开始，我就抱着三个足球往前跑，最后我们给赢了。第二次，我跑的有点慢，我们队就输了。第三次，我奋力的往前跑，我们队就赢了。我们队赢了两次，所以我们队赢了!

今天，我太开心了!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

下午，我们写完作业后，便是一节课外活动课了。

上课后，我冲了出去，跟同学们一起玩起游戏来，游戏的名字叫：全员加速中。首先，几个同学当猎人，一个“猎人”说道：“‘猎人’将在十秒后释放。”还没等他的话说完，我们便一股劲儿跑了出去。我藏在了九班玩的那一块儿，为了完全不被“猎人”看到，我干脆坐下来，脑袋靠在腿上，然后，用手捂住脑袋。我用手指间的余缝向外看去，只见“猎人”傻呆呆的站在原地，四处张望，可始终没有看到他的“猎物”，也没有看到我。我想：干脆我一直躲到这里得了，反正“猎人”又看不到我。不一会儿，我们就聚集在了一起，不过，这次是以组对组。我们分成了两个组，我们组的都藏在厕所里，他们组一定不会发现。果然，他们一直没有找到我们。我呆了一会儿，我走出厕所，发现一个人都没有，原来早已下课了，我跑回教室，可心里还是没忘记课外活动的快乐。

This July I graduated from primary school. I was enrolled to a good middle school. Therefore I had a happy and leisure summer holiday. In the middle of July I attended to a summer camp. The Christmas tree had already been set up, and on every windowsill, there were Christmas lights. On the first day I arrived at their house, Stephen and I helped Mrs. Stapczynski put decorations on the Christmas tree. As Christmas came closer, the whole neighborhood had made preparations too. Some people would hold parties at their houses, inviting all their neighbors to come. So every night, if you went out, you would see a long line of cars parked in front of some house--a partys on!

There was one street that was so famous for its lights that it got its way into the local paper. We had a hard time finding the well-hidden street, but it turned out to be worth the effort. Lights shone brightly in front of nearly every house, on trees, bushes, doors, windows…everywhere, taking different shapes, making it seem almost like daytime. Huge inflatable figures in the front gardens were waving to us: there were Santa Clauses2, of course, chuckling merrily away; and there were also other Christmas figures, like Rudolph3--the red-nosed reindeer--with his red nose gleaming ever so brightly; even Bart Simpson--a character in the famous comedy The Simpsons--had joined the jolly party, wearing a Santas hat. The street set off a lot of "ooh"s and "aah"s inside the car.4 When we left, there was a line of cars in the street, all there to see the lights.

下午的课外活动开始了！

我马上排好队，准备下楼，下楼了，我们在操场上站立着，所有的人像警察一样笔直地站立着，显得神气十足。忽然，广播响了起来，我就随着广播的节奏做操，直到做完为止，做完了。我们便分散开来，我们大家跑到了操场上，有的人在操场上飞奔着，速度犹如小鹿一样；有的在拿着绳子在跳，那绳子甩起来像一个个圆溜溜的宝葫芦，人在中间跳着，像小猴子一样灵活；还有的人在旁边玩‘‘一二三’，他们一下子动，一下子停，不让看的人给抓住。我和几个同学在操场上比赛跑步。我们每个人都将两手紧紧地握成拳头，左脚在前，右脚在后，迈成弓步，做好起跑的功步，紧张而耐心地等待着开始。我紧张得浑身抖动，心怦怦直跳，慢也慢不下。突然，“裁判”喊：“开始！"我们就开始跑起，我紧闭着双眼，一直冲向前方。一会儿，我睁开双眼，想不到我竟然跑了第一名。

这节课外活动真好玩!
