首先我们先分组。郝思恩、赵一凡、齐华宇一组。我、李申浩、要是康一组。很快，激烈的球赛开始了。

裁判把球高高的扔上去，我们两队在周围抢球。敌人那队先抢着球了，我围上去，他来个“出其不意，攻其不备。”，转了个弯，就把我甩在身后了。他又传给另一个人，那个人投来投去也没投中。最后，还是被我们几个抢了，我抱着球，往后走，一不小心，给摔倒了，大家都涌上来。然后，都跑去抢球了。

我又站起来，跟着去抢，敌人队的两个人配合的很默契，他们一个投，一个传。我们也在周围抢着，拦着。球从篮球框掉下来了，我连忙捡起来，拍了又拍，一边拍一边往右边走，其中一个人也跟着我的脚步。我走一步，他走一步。就这样，我就这样跟他耗了几分钟，然后，就把球扔给李申浩，可悲的是，竟然被敌人队的一个人抢去了。他们又开始投球。

终于，他们在一次投球时，投进了。我心里很着急，想：为什么就是抢不着，是我们太弱，还是他们太强？突然，眼前有一位技术高明的篮球手，他就开始抢，抢了好几次，都抢着了，并且全部都投中了。我真厉害，但是事实中的我，却并不是想的那样厉害。抢也没抢找，头也没投中。

我们就在这激烈的比赛中抢来抢去，裤子破了，手划伤了，脸被打了。但我们依然很开心，一直在打。他们一直在传来传去，你传给我，我传给你。我们队的人都被他们激怒了，把“看家本领”都使出来了，我抢，你传，我拍，你投。终于，我们投进了一球。

时间到了，老师叫我们集合，我们一边拍这球一边跑到对中去，心里依然是那么开心。开心的走着，一路上有说有笑。

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. 今天跟妈妈一起去青少年宫报名参加一个写作阅读班，心里是有点不高兴，但是后来想想又是高兴了。妈妈让我去青少年宫参加写作班我是不太愿意的，好好的一个星期天又变成不能休息，要学习了。但我去到青少年宫见到好多小朋友都在那里学习各种特长。有学钢琴的、有学奥数的、有学画画的、还有人学我喜欢的拳击。今天我去时刚好看到了喜报，学习写作的小朋友们获奖了。妈妈对我说：“希望艺凡也能像他们一样获奖，把梁艺凡的名字写在喜报上。机会是给有准备的人，孩子你要获得大家的表扬就只比别人更努力才行!你看大家都在你追我赶的学习，你也行的!加油!妈妈相信你是最棒的。”

今天下午，我们学校组织了一场拔河比赛。先是六年级的同学进行比赛。只听体育老师一声：预备——读——，早已攒足劲的双方队员立即向自己的德一边拉去。那根绳子瞬间绷得紧紧的，绳子中间的那条红绸子忽左忽右，来回移动，那绳子像一条大蛇在艰难地蠕动。突然，那红绸子不动了，场上出现了僵局。左右两边的同学都用尽全力向自己的一变啦，可那红绸子就像被孙悟空用了定身法术定在那而似的，仍然一动不动。

Students need enough sports and activities to do physical exercises and relax, but in some schools they are not given enough time to do outside activities. Its harmful for students growth. Teachers ask students to spend most of their time on studies. But when they feel tired and bored, students cant concentrate on studies. They are in bad health.

Everyone needs friendship. No one can sail the ocean of life single handed. We need help from, and also give help to, others. In the modern age, people attach more importance to relations and connections. A man of charisma has many friends. His power lies in his ability to give.

My best friend is my college classmate who is a humorous boy. He is also my deskmate .I did not notice he is a boy who is friendly and easy to get along with until he became my deskmate .OK,I must admit that I judge a book by its cover!

Although he isn’t handsome,he is a good man . I am a bad-tempered girl,but he is very gentleman ,and that is the reason why we never argued with each other .

Now we live in different cities and different universities.But that’s not the problem ,we still keep in touch .Of course ,distance can’t make our friendship weak! However ,not all people have good temper like him,and he is the only one among my friends that I meet.For example,my college roommates are a group of special girls.My administrator of the dormitory is a very goodness girl. She is also my first friend since I

entered university. When I feel lonely ,she always stays with me,which makes me so move.As life is full of strike and conflict, we need friends to support and help as out of difficulties. Our friends give us warnings against danger. True friends share not only joy but, more often than not, they share sorrow. After all, friendship makes our life happy and harmonious.To many of my friends, I know what to treasure, what to tolerate and what to share, I will never forget my old friends and keep making new friends. When the bell rang, the students stepped out of the classroom and went to the playground to take part in their favorite activities. The campus is boiling up immediately.

On the west side of the campus, there are four basketball frames. The basket sitting next to some of the students, from time to time came the cheers and laughter. Look, how hard the basketball players are! A decision win, but often play a long time end neither in victory nor defeat.

The basket around the East, some of my classmates. They are skipping rope. One of the students just stopped, and another student picked up him and went on.

The football students play the most. On both sides of the ball, the students worked closely to keep the other team from getting the ball. The ball flew over the air. One of the students came to the air and kicked the ball into the other teams goal. "Oh! We won. " The winning player cheered.

Our extracurricular activities are really colorful. Some jump rubber band, some shuttlecock, some running. The most interesting is the children of the kindergarten.  Under the guidance of Big Brother Big Sister, they are playing the game of catching chicken with the eagle!

我开始琢磨技巧，应该把推手放到距离底部多远处；推起来后，应该慢慢地走，还是快速的跑起来；等等等等很多应该注意的地方……

在琢磨的同时我悟出了一个道理，这和我们生活不是一样的吗？那个大铁环就是我们，生活就是那个推手，推动着我们前进。我们最终会到达成功的彼岸，而在这之间会有无数的挫折和失败将等待着我们，我们要做的就是，摔倒再爬起来，摔倒再爬起来。经过无数次历练和考验，我们将会成功，走在洒满鲜花的道路上。而回味起，之前的种种不幸，我们可能会微微一笑，可能会嚎啕大哭……

星期五的下午是我们三年级的课外活动时间也就是我们全三年级最快乐的一天。

李老师先让我们拿来了六个球和四个呼啦圈把三个球放在一个呼啦圈里，再拿出两个不放球的呼啦圈老师一说开始第一排的人拿着三个球跑到另一个呼啦圈里，下一个同学再把第一个同学放球的地方再拿起球再放到原位，到了我的时候我感觉非常的紧张怕如果我输了别人会怪我的说我跑得慢不跟我玩儿，我就拿起球闭着眼睛把球放进呼啦圈里，结果我们赢了我和我们组的同学都高兴得跳了起来，真开心。

好邻居

我们都邻国。好邻居胜过远亲。这是共同的，我们可能会与遇到困难.当我们好邻居，他们将永远来帮助您。邻国应该在与对方。

Good Neighbours

We all have neighbours. A good neighbour is better than a distant relative. It is common that we may meet with difficulties.When we have igood neighbours, they will always come to help

My neighbour has a daughter. We are of the same age but we don~t study in the same school. In the evening we always do homework together. She is good at maths and I am good at English. So we often help each other.

"We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas"Have you heard that song? Yup! Its Christmas time! This Christmas, I stayed with my "host family"1. It was an amazing experience to see how a typical American family would celebrate the biggest western festival of the year.

Christmas, like our Spring Festival, has a meaning in itself. Christmas Day, which is on December 25, is the birthday of Jesus Christ--the son of God. Thats why it is called Christmas. On that day, Christians would get together with their families to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. But nowadays, the religious meaning of Christmas has become less emphasized. To many families, it is just a time of family reunion and the ever-exciting present-giving.

Our school had been on winter vacation since December 11. I stayed at my friend, Stephen Stapczynskis house--his family was my "host family". Although Christmas was still more than ten days ahead, the festive spirit had already been teeming everywhere. The Christmas tree had already been set up, and on every windowsill, there were Christmas lights. On the first day I arrived at their house, Stephen and I helped Mrs. Stapczynski put decorations on the Christmas tree. The tree looked so nice with all the lights on and the beautiful ornaments dangling from its branches.

As Christmas came closer, the whole neighborhood had made preparations too. Some people would hold parties at their houses, inviting all their neighbors to come. So every night, if you went out, you would see a long line of cars parked in front of some house--a partys on!

Whats more, the Christmas decorations that some people put on their windows and in gardens were just amazing. On one night, we went out in our car for a "tour of lights". There was one street that was so famous for its lights that it got its way into the local paper. We had a hard time finding the well-hidden street, but it turned out to be worth the effort. Lights shone brightly in front of nearly every house, on trees, bushes, doors, windowseverywhere, taking different shapes, making it seem almost like daytime. Huge inflatable figures in the front gardens were waving to us: there were Santa Clauses2, of course, chuckling merrily away; and there were also other Christmas figures, like Rudolph3--the red-nosed reindeer--with his red nose gleaming ever so brightly; even Bart Simpson--a character in the famous comedy The Simpsons--had joined the jolly party, wearing a Santas hat. The street set off a lot of "ooh"s and "aah"s inside the car.4 When we left, there was a line of cars in the street, all there to see the lights.

Christmas is the time for exchanging presents. Stephen and Niko had been thinking about their Christmas lists (a list of things they wish "Santa"to give them for Christmas) for a long time. I didnt want to ask for anything, but the Stapczynskis were so kind to "force"me make one list as well (Mr. Stapczynski told me if I didnt make one he would chop off my legs). So I wrote down a couple of things that I would like to have, and gave the list to them--sorry, my mistake--to Santa.

Finally, Christmas Eve came. There was a special Christmas service at the church at 6 p.m. It was certainly a very interesting experience for me. The priest started the service reading and sang out extractions from a holy book--The Divine Liturgy. For several times, we would stand up and pray.

Sometimes, the church choir would start singing. The atmosphere was very quiet and holy. Then there was a ceremony called "The Receiving Communion". People waited in line to "receive"a spoonful of food from the priest. It was a very special Christmas tradition. The food was made from bread and wine. The bread represents the body of Jesus, and the wine represents his blood. After this ceremony, the priest had a speech. He reminded us not to forget the true meaning of Christmas, and let Jesus really live inside us--that is, to love the people around us wholeheartedly. I think that no matter if you are a Christian or not, this principle should be part of our lives. After the priest finished his speech, the part that I enjoyed most came: Christmas carols5. Christmas carols are songs that people sing at Christmas, such as "Jingle Bells", "We Wish You a Merry Christmas", "Silent Night"and so on. Some were very merry, others sounded quite holy, but all of them were beautiful. I closed my eyes, and let all the peacefulness and happiness that were in the songs flow through me. What a feeling it was!

We went to sleep earlier that day for we had to get up early on Christmas Day to open our presents. Sure enough, when I was still half-way during a sweet dream, Stephen burst into my room and told me to get up and open presents. There were a huge pile of presents under the Christmas tree, and there was such a mysterious mist shrouding them that made me eager to see what they all were. So one by one, we went through all the presents. Mr. and Mrs. Stapczynski had bought me everything I had written on my Christmas list--and a lot more! I got music CDs, film DVDs, clothes, books I was very happy, and I didnt know how to express my appreciation for what they had done for me.

Stephen and Niko had gotten a lot of presents too, and they had already been trying out their new games!

In the afternoon, we went to Mrs. Stapczynskis brother, Uncle Stans house. They had prepared a marvelous meal for us. A lot of their friends and relatives also came. I saw Stephen and Nikos grandparents, Yiayia and Papou (words of grandma and grandpa in Greek--Mrs. Stapczynskis parents came from Greece, so they like the boys using Greek words to call them). They were very kind to me, and treated me just like one of their family members. We had a very luxurious meal, consisting of turkey, beef, pork, and all sorts of other food.

After the meal, when all the stomachs were full and everyone was feeling drowsy6 from all the food, we just sat around the table and chatted, just like what we Chinese people do at the Spring Festival. After all, Christmas, like the Spring Festival, is a time for us to get away from our busy lives, a time for family gathering, and a time to have some fun.

Everyone has hobbies.Hobbies are the important things in our life.I also have hobbies.Next,let me tell you.

Exercise is my one hobby.I love sport.The more exercise I do,The more healthier I have.After I have dinner,I often go for a walk with my sister on the streets,and when class is over,I usually play badminton with my friends.Sometimes I play ping-pong,too.So I think I live in a wonderful life.

去年上学期，我们学校搞了一次别开生面的课外活动，那是红歌比赛和背诵比赛，虽然这件事过去了，我还是没有忘记。 那天，是晴天。我和颜佳旺代表，我们四年级去参加红歌比赛的。蒋佳就和田琼一起去参加背诵比赛。 首先，是红歌比赛，五年级的代表人唱完，就我们四年级了，首先，当然是颜佳旺去唱，然后再我唱，颜佳旺唱完了，我就去唱了，我上去的时候，我非常的紧张，因为，那是我第一次在全校同学面前唱歌。 我始终没有忘记这件事，是因为那是我第一次在全校同学们面前唱歌。

own thinking from these trips, and the way to take care of myself helps me to

grow up.

As long as you are serious, you learn quickly." I began to learn to play like my mother, and I couldnt easily fight, but I only played very close. I didnt want to learn when I played it. At this time, my mother said, "children, you can learn only if you insist and study hard."  I listened, stood up and continued to learn. Finally, Im going to have a big badminton.

Another time, my brother asked me to play badminton, I promised to, after a few rounds, I found his brothers strength is very strong, whether I use golf or the earth, he can turn back, like a "iron shield", I take the travel tactics, constantly hits the ball, but my brother can come back, I slowly against her brothers "shelling". Finally, God had eyes, and his brother showed a leak. I seized the chance to shoot the ball, and my brother finally missed. I shouted, "I have won!"

I also understand the truth: perseverance is victory. Badminton brings a lot of happiness to my extracurricular activities.

. 下课铃响了，同学们快步走出教室，到操场上参加自己喜欢的课间活动。校园里顿时沸腾起来。校园的西面，有四个篮球架。篮架的旁边坐着一些同学，不时传来喝彩声和欢笑声。

瞧，篮球小将们打得多起劲啊!就一分决定输赢，可是常常打好长时间还不分胜负。篮架的东面，也围了一些同学。他们在跳绳。一个同学刚刚停下来，另一个同学连忙接上他，继续跳。

踢足球的同学玩得最有劲。两面传球的同学密切合作，不让另一队的同学抢到球。球从空中飞过来了，一个同学来了个临空飞射，把球踢进了另一队的球门。噢!我们赢了。获胜的队员欢呼起来。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩。有的跳橡皮筋，有的踢毽子，有的跑步。最有趣的是幼儿园的小朋友。他们在大哥哥大姐姐的带领下，在做老鹰捉小鸡的游戏呢!

这次，我们又上了节课外活动，玩的非常高兴，我玩的是投沙包。

我搞完值日，借了赵清博一个沙包，到了操场，我们几个搞值日的，看见全班在跑操，就赶紧跟了上去，不然，被老师发现了，可是要重新跑的。我们几个马上跑了起来。全班都解散了，我们在踉踉跄跄的跑完。然后开始了活动。

我大声地喊：“谁玩沙包！”不一会儿，便有了回应。但是，人少的可怜，我让他们剪刀石头布，谁赢了谁在另一边投沙包。

开始了，我拿起沙包猛的扔了过去，他们一个个都躲开了，数刘佳欣动作最慢了，被打中了好多次，他已经在我的“慈悲”下，“血量”到达了玩沙包的最高纪录，-5！我只好无奈的请他下场。中间的人换的非常快，不一会儿，就只剩下汪丙鑫和刘佳欣了，由于他们都没有挑战性，我就对他们说：“我给你们5条命，要接住哦！”。五次过后，唉，可惜啊，可惜。他们一个也没有接住。

不久投掷员变成了史盛鹏。我当时并没有想起来他有个表妹，还是玩的很开心。我每次投的沙包，姚少森都能接住，所有的人都“阵亡”了，就他没有，我便对史盛鹏说：“专扔姚少森！”。唉，别看他胖，两条小腿儿倒腾的还挺快，笑的还挺欢。姚少森总是接住好多次，旁边的人都嚷嚷起来，我只好无奈的让他们进来。过了不一会儿，史盛鹏表妹来了，还带着他们班的几个同学。我把沙包投给史盛鹏，谁知她们却冲过去抢走了，不会儿，他们班有陆陆续续来了几个男生，于是我让史盛鹏赶紧抢，先下手，被让他们抢到。在这种该情况下，他们终于走了一大半。稍稍安静了一下，张一鸣又不小心投到她，他便说：“刚才谁扔我的？我给你们老实说吧？”我非常生气。

由于沙包破了，我们只好停止，我又去玩了篮球，谁知，李姿熳和魏冰雨把球投的太猛，可怜了我的两个指头啊！

虽然有时候事情有点不顺，但是玩的还是挺开心的。

白茫茫的天，白茫茫的地，白茫茫的雪花萧萧洒洒。面对这样银装素裹的世界，我心里不由升起几分愉悦，于是便怀着踏雪赏冬的心境，融入这洁白的世界。
