我和陈浩阳开始打了。乒乓球很轻，只要我们用羽毛球拍轻轻的一大乒乓球就飞出去很远，我一开始的时候不会把握力度总是非常使劲的打乒乓球，球飞出去很远，陈浩阳总是要跑到很远的地方去捡球。后来我才明白，我这样太用力了，打他乒乓球不想打羽毛球那么简单不能用力过度。我们这样太费力了操场上风很大，有时候把球发出去时候受到风的影响，像回旋镖一样飞回来，反而打在自己的脸上，还有的时候，风大了，需要非常使劲的打球，有一次我把球发出去之后，球和风互不相让在天空打架。陈浩阳玩着玩着我就不玩了。

后来又来了几个人，他们这几个人没有球拍只能用手打，发球的时候只能用手投过来，他们几个徒手打球就让我累的气喘吁吁，后来他们说要拿球拍，他们觉得这样不公平，我只能拿着乒乓球拍打了，乒乓球拍玩着不顺手，因为它太短了，不好发球，也不好接球，玩着非常别。

快乐的时光总是那么短暂，快乐的活动课在不知不觉中就结束了，我们大家都还没有玩够，就已经结束了，期待下次的活动课，能比这次更加有趣。

今天下午，我们上了一节课外活动课。

到了操场，练了差不多20分钟的队列，我们就开始了自由活动。这次，我带了毽子。我们开始玩毽子了，我们比赛看谁踢的最多。我先开始，我一边踢，别人一遍数：“1、2、3、4。”突然间，我的力量太大，一踢，哎呀，没接到。“哇，宋思雨踢了4个，看看闫秋彤能提多少个。”我在心里默默的想着：我这几天可不能白练了，一定要赢！

我们有一次开始数了：“1、2、3。”YES闫秋彤踢了3个，比我少，后来，史怡珂和刘佳心也开始踢了，“1、2、个。”刘佳心只踢了2个，再看看史怡珂只踢了1个。哈哈哈哈，哎呀，我赢了。我知道我赢得了比赛以后，别提有多开心了！

后来，我再踢的时候，来了一个后踢，呀，踢了5个，破了一次记录，嘻嘻，虽然踢得并不多。后来，老闫，诶，诶诶，诶，哦，我又赢了，她有比我少一个，刘佳心和史怡珂也只踢了2个。

我们一直比赛，比到了课外活动结束。课外后动真开心，我以后还要上课外活动课！

今天，我们班和六班的同学去海沧消防科技馆参观、实践。

一进大门，一块巨大的浮雕就吸引了我的眼球，上面栩栩如生的刻画着消防员救援的感人的样子，他们无论火势多大，无论多么危险，他们都勇敢的冲进熊熊大火中进行救援，真是令人敬佩。

听说有一项内容是逃生演习，全班都高兴坏了。逃生演习是在二楼的一个房间做的，房间里曲曲折折的上上下下，因为是演习，灯刷的关了，整个楼道漆黑一团，简直跟真的一样。我们弯着腰，用衣服捂住口鼻，有的奔在前头，有的吓得没魂了似的，还有的弯着腰跌跌撞撞地往前跑。突然，我发现了一个逃生指标，是往前走的。可大家都一个劲地向左边拐，这可咋办呢?咋办，咋办，那时我真的不知道怎么办。我想：可这是团体啊，大家往哪走，我也往哪走还是更好点吧!这么一想，那最后的一点自信也破灭了，我只好跟着大家跑。其实没看逃生指示标，只是没有方向的乱跑，这样是非常危险的。我们呢，乱跑乱冲，冲到了三楼，完全迷失了方向。如果真是火灾，那就太糟糕了!早知道按自己的方向跑了。第二次演习时，我想应该没问题了，没想到还是不合格——腰没有弯下去，这样会被呛晕的。而且同学们都挤成一堆，跟塞香肠似的，如果真是火灾，大家一慌乱，发生怎么办?

这次消防实践活动不仅让我大长见识，更重要的是还让我懂得了逃生的本领和技巧。而且组织的生动有趣，真是一次愉快又有意义的体验啊!

第二节课下课后，我们班快速的收拾好东西，到楼道外站好队，准备去操场上练队列和体操。

练完队列，开始做操了，我们先做《弟子规》操，“一二三四五六七八，二二三四五六七八”……做完《弟子规》操后，该做《小皮球》，在做《小皮球》之前，刘老师又给我们重复了一遍做操时候的注意事项：要把手插在腰上，不能把手塞进兜里。下一个操是《韵律操》，这个操需要注意节奏的变化。

练完跑步后，就下课了。

今天的大课间，我们在操场活动。这次老师让我们直接玩，不做操，这让我们喜出望外。

我在体育器材里拿出跳绳，跳跳绳，我一下子能连续跳十几个。但我跳了一会儿后觉得没意思，就想找侯文哲玩。可找了大会儿都没见他，就不去找他了。我又去找尚凯胜玩，我看到他正在看李绅浩和吴东宇的身旁站着。这使我莫名奇妙，什么事能使尚凯胜围在他们两个人的身旁看呢。我就过去一看究竟。

刘志老师不但教我们感恩父母，而且教我们感恩老师。

老师说：“当你们在操场上嬉戏的时候，老师在办公室里备课;当夜深人静的时候，老师在批改作业。老师不停地位你们付出，而你们呢?”这时候，大家都低下了头。

听完这节生动的感恩教育课，我觉得不懂得感恩的人，就不是一个活生生的人，就对不起这个“人”字称号。
