这次长跑比赛，我们班得了三个第一、两个第二、三个第三。我们班的成绩虽然不是最好的，但在我心里我们班永远是最棒的。以后我也要加强锻炼，争取参加比赛，为班级争光。

今天下午第三节课是我们的课外活动时间，我们在操场上跑了一圈之后就解散开始玩了。

我一开始不知道玩什么，就开始瞎转了，这边看看，那边看看，结果没什么好玩的。最后我看见了吴东宇和陈浩阳在打乒乓球。“吴东宇乒乓球借我玩玩吧。”我们打乒乓球并不是在乒乓球台上打，而是在拿着羽毛球拍打乒乓球，我把这个打法叫做羽毛乒乓球。吴东宇爽快的答应了，他给我示范了一下就把拍子交给我了。

我和陈浩阳开始打了。乒乓球很轻，只要我们用羽毛球拍轻轻的一大乒乓球就飞出去很远，我一开始的时候不会把握力度总是非常使劲的打乒乓球，球飞出去很远，陈浩阳总是要跑到很远的地方去捡球。后来我才明白，我这样太用力了，打他乒乓球不想打羽毛球那么简单不能用力过度。我们这样太费力了操场上风很大，有时候把球发出去时候受到风的影响，像回旋镖一样飞回来，反而打在自己的脸上，还有的时候，风大了，需要非常使劲的打球，有一次我把球发出去之后，球和风互不相让在天空打架。陈浩阳玩着玩着我就不玩了。

后来又来了几个人，他们这几个人没有球拍只能用手打，发球的时候只能用手投过来，他们几个徒手打球就让我累的气喘吁吁，后来他们说要拿球拍，他们觉得这样不公平，我只能拿着乒乓球拍打了，乒乓球拍玩着不顺手，因为它太短了，不好发球，也不好接球，玩着非常别。

快乐的时光总是那么短暂，快乐的活动课在不知不觉中就结束了，我们大家都还没有玩够，就已经结束了，期待下次的活动课，能比这次更加有趣。

老师让我们玩一个游戏，是“抱球跑”，游戏规则是“一共有四个呼啦圈，有两个呼啦圈里面装着三个皮球，男生占有皮球的那两列，女生占没皮球的那两列。男生先抱着三个球，跑到女生那里，装到女生那里的呼啦圈，再跑到女生那一列，然后女生再抱着三个皮球跑，跑到男生那一列，装在男生那一列的呼啦圈里面，再站在男生的那一列的后面。”

我们一共玩了好长时间，我们都玩得很开心，该回去了，我们高高兴兴的回去了。

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”下课了，同学们飞奔出教室，来到操场上，做自己喜欢的活动。有的跳皮筋、有的打乒乓球、有的打羽毛球……但我最喜欢的还是玩沙包。

我看见不远出有我们班的同学玩沙包，我也参加了。男生一组，女生一组。俗话说：女士优先，男士靠边。所以，我们女生先上场。

比赛开始了，我们上场了，男生便开始攻击，我们左躲右闪，可还是被男生一一打下。

最后，只剩下我自己了，我有些害怕，在场的女生都为我加油，我慢慢平静下来，课男生也没有放松，只听见“刷”、“啪”的一声，我被击中了，我只好下场。

由于女生失败了，现在换场，该男生上场了。他们一个个得意洋洋，于是，我们女生合计起来：一定要给男生点厉害看看。

今天，我们班和六班的同学去海沧消防科技馆参观、实践。

听说有一项内容是逃生演习，全班都高兴坏了。逃生演习是在二楼的一个房间做的，房间里曲曲折折的上上下下，因为是演习，灯刷的关了，整个楼道漆黑一团，简直跟真的一样。我们弯着腰，用衣服捂住口鼻，有的奔在前头，有的吓得没魂了似的，还有的弯着腰跌跌撞撞地往前跑。突然，我发现了一个逃生指标，是往前走的。可大家都一个劲地向左边拐，这可咋办呢?咋办，咋办，那时我真的不知道怎么办。我想：可这是团体啊，大家往哪走，我也往哪走还是更好点吧!这么一想，那最后的一点自信也破灭了，我只好跟着大家跑。其实没看逃生指示标，只是没有方向的乱跑，这样是非常危险的。我们呢，乱跑乱冲，冲到了三楼，完全迷失了方向。如果真是火灾，那就太糟糕了!早知道按自己的方向跑了。第二次演习时，我想应该没问题了，没想到还是不合格——腰没有弯下去，这样会被呛晕的。而且同学们都挤成一堆，跟塞香肠似的，如果真是火灾，大家一慌乱，发生怎么办?

这次消防实践活动不仅让我大长见识，更重要的是还让我懂得了逃生的本领和技巧。而且组织的生动有趣，真是一次愉快又有意义的体验啊!
