下课铃响了，同学们快步走出课室去参加自己喜欢的课外活动。

操场中间，转呼啦圈的同学玩得真起劲。他们不停地前后摇摆让呼啦圈在身上转动，眼看呼啦圈就要掉下去了，他们又加快速度让呼啦圈回到原来的位置上。有一个同学把一个呼啦圈递给在转的同学，在转的同学把圈往身上一套接着转。围观的同学叫：“好！好！再来一个！”

欢快的时光总是很短暂，我感觉像只过了一分钟那样，最后是我们女生队赢得了胜利，但我觉得胜负其实并不重要，重要的是我们通过游戏体会到了快乐！

一、提高自身的专业素养。每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。如提高口语表达能力，驾驭课堂的能力等等。只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

周五，我盼望已久的小记者外出烧烤活动终于到了，我们小记者个个都迫不及待地想马上要吃烧烤了！我们带着早就准备好的调料，零食，水果，还有烧烤用的食物，欢快地乘车前往烧烤地点——美丽的东台山。

一到那儿，我们就找了个空位坐了下来，老师帮我们生好火，炭火上架个铁丝网，我们就开始烧烤。大家都兴奋地忙碌起来，瞧，我拿了几串鱼丸子，刷了一层油，加调料，不停地翻边，忙得不亦乐乎。不大一会我大叫：“伙伴们，快来吃鱼丸啦！”大家一窝蜂跑过来抢着吃。“呀！怎么里面是冷的？是不是没熟？”原来是火候不够，等火旺了，老板拿来一个“红太狼”的“平底锅”。这一次，果然烤熟了，我们吃得津津有味。才吃几根，我就觉得口里火辣辣的，这时好伙伴递给我一支香蕉润润嗓子，“太好了！”我赶紧开始剥皮，由于我用力太大，香蕉像长了腿一样“跳”进了锅里。“哈哈哈……”同学们哈哈大笑起来，我灵机一动：“不如我们来吃一次烤香蕉，怎么样？”哈哈，烤香蕉比我们想象中的还要好吃。

今天下午的第三节课，是课外活动。我们要去操场活动。

比赛终于开始了，只见我们屏息凝视，生怕有一丁点的差错。我们双手紧握水管，两眼直直的盯的住滚动着的高尔夫球，因为有两个球，而且两球不能相撞，难度相当的高。就当我们快要取得胜利的时候，忽然出现了一个差错，导致游戏失败，需要重新来过，就是因为这个小小的失误，使得我们在最后没有取得胜利，但是，我们却很高兴，很开心。因为今天我懂得了“团结就是胜利”这句话的含义了，它的意思是说，只要团结起来，就没有什么困难可以打倒自己。

经过今天这次课外扩展，我收益匪浅，而且，我又学会了一句话，“逆水乘舟，不进则退。”

今天下午第二节课课外活动，我们和九班到操场活动了一节课。

王浩然就像是猴子请来的逗比的人，在躲闪的时候，不停地做着搞笑的动作，让我笑的肚子都疼，只好先暂时退出，在地上笑了个够，然后又加入到了比赛。在他接沙包的时候，他接住了以后，就往后一投，然后说自己是第几条命，然后就灰溜溜的跑了，没接到时，就说自己还剩几条命，然后也灰溜溜的跑了。

我们就这样，玩儿了一节课，笑了一节课，快快乐乐的度过了这一节课，等要回班的时候，就开始发加餐，开开电视，边吃边看着精彩的电视。

今天的课外活动，让我们身体上的每个关节，都动了个够，我们以后一定要多多运动。

High school is the very important stage for students, even the turning point of their lives. Once they learn well, they can enter the ideal university and fulfill their dreams. So a lot of students pay all their attention to the study and ignore joining the after-class activity. They think it is a waste of time to do it, instead they’d rather put more time to make up their lessons. It is the common misunderstanding of after-class activity. 我们排队来到了操场上，开始热身，首先，我们玩“老鹰捉小鸡”，老师用报学号的方法选出了两只“老鹰”，两只“母鸡”，然后让我们自由选择“鸡妈妈”，随着老师的一声令下，游戏开始了，这两只“鸡”队伍可真长啊！就跟两条龙似的穿梭在草坪上，随着“龙头”的转动左摇右摆，左躲右闪，“争夺”着“龙珠”，更像是小精灵，快乐的小精灵！跌宕起伏的欢笑，尖叫，灌入每个人的耳朵，震动着每个人的耳膜，每个人的心里都甜滋滋的``````

接着，我们又玩起了贴大饼。这时，从上鸟瞰操场，上面又添了一双一大一小的眼圈，隐约能看见两个欢快活泼的影子，他们围着黑黑的大眼框转圈圈，围着眼圈蹦蹦跳跳、打打闹闹、你追我跑，还时不时响起一声尖叫，开心的不得了！

直到下课铃声打响,大家还犹意未尽，依依不舍的凝望着操场，现在想起当时的情景，操场上似乎还保留着我们的身影，似乎还有那悦耳的声音回响在耳畔。啊！那真是个愉快的傍晚！

今天，天气炎热，太阳灼烤着大地，把大地照得好像放上一个鸡蛋一会就熟了。同学们来到一个空旷的地方进行课外活动。有的同学在玩丢沙包，有的在进行篮球比赛，只见球像一只小鸟在他们头上飞来飞去，他们玩得汗流浃背，大汗淋漓；有的在踢足球，只见足球在他们脚下一会儿飞上天，一会儿飞快向球门飞去；有的在比赛跳远，只见他们嗖一声从空中飞到地上，真是精彩；还有的在打乒乓球，只见他们左扑右救，好不热闹。

二五班的男生与女生展开了龙争虎斗，只见大块头小东一脚大力抽射足球直飞女生大门，小红作为守门员不想给球队拉分，就一跃而起去扑救，只听扑通一声小红摔倒在地，李介之马上跑去扶起她，轻声说：“你没事吧？”“我没事”小红说。李介之教给小红一些动作要领，并告诉她要注意安全，小红听了点点头，又投入到比赛中去了。这一次她表现突出，连老师都夸她呢！

Human activity has damaged natural environment and almostexaustednatural resources。 Modern industry needs more and moreresources，including minerals， fuels and water。 So we confront ofthe seriousproblems such as the lack of fuels and water。Ecological balance isdamaged because factories occupy many placeswhere animals andplants live。 More and more buildings areconstructed and forestsbecome less and less。 If we cannotrecognize these problems andsolve them soon， we would finally losethe environment suitable forour living。 An other serious problem is the green-house effect。

Humanactivity decreases forests and increases the usage of fuels sothatthe gas of carbon dioxide is output more and more and there arenotenough plants to absorb it。 The green-house effect is moreobviousand more sensible these years。 Due to the effect， icebergsin thesouth polar and north polar melt and the sea level becomeshigherthan before。 I am worried about the cities nearby the sea andhopescientists find an effective method to eliminate thegreen-houseeffect。 Although we have advanced machines and our life seemsmorecomfortable than before， we have less chances to approachnaturesand less spaces to act。 The cities become bigger and if wewant tohave a picnic with our friends， we have to drive a longdistance tofind a natural place。 In fact， the spaces of humanactivity arebeing damaged by the skyscrapers and factories。 From the above statements， we can conclude that humanactivitybrings the Earth many damages。 Fortunately people haverecognizedthe point and I believe that the Earth will become abetter placeto live with our ceaseless efforts。
