下课铃声响了，同学们纷纷地从教室里冲出来，操场上顿时热闹起来。你看，操场的东边正在举行接力赛，每个班的队员个个精神振奋，加油声、叫喊声、叹息声响成一片。比赛开始了，每个班的队员箭似的向前冲，加油声喊得更响了，我们班的队员暂时领先，“啊，掉棒了！”我们班的队员发现后，迅速把它拣起来，但别的班的队员已经超越我们了，我们班的队员奋力追赶，最后以第三名结束。

操场的西边也在举行比赛，不过比的是拔河。两个班在拔河比赛，他们拔得非常激烈，绳子中间的白标记一会儿往左移动一会儿往右移动，加油声比那边还响，白标记慢慢地左移去，左边那个班终于赢了，他们高兴地跳了起来。

“老鹰捉小鸡”的游戏真有趣，我们可喜爱玩了！诡计多端的“老鹰”，一会儿向左，一会儿向右，一会儿又连绕几圈，寻找机会捕捉“猎物”。突然，“老鹰”猛一转身，扑向“小鸡”，“鸡妈妈”连忙张开双臂，保护自己的“孩子”，跟在“鸡妈妈”背后的“小鸡”，左躲右闪。几次进攻后，“老鹰”见小鸡疲惫不堪了，就马上摆好架势，接着深深地吸了一口气，猛一转身，扑了过去。“鸡妈妈”马上一拐弯，张开双臂拦截。“老鹰”真狡猾，突然一哈腰，“咕噜”一下从“鸡妈妈”的“翅膀”下面钻了过去。恶狠狠地抓住了一只丢掉的“小鸡”，张开嘴巴就要“吃”掉它。“母鸡”看了火冒三丈，“老鹰”却得意忘形了，结果连一只小鸡再也没追着，无可奈何地离开了。

其他的同学在玩跳马，踢毽子，抢位置，跳绳和转呼啦圈等许多有趣的课外活动。

我们的课外活动真有趣啊！

今天的大课间，我们在操场活动。这次老师让我们直接玩，不做操，这让我们喜出望外。

我在体育器材里拿出跳绳，跳跳绳，我一下子能连续跳十几个。但我跳了一会儿后觉得没意思，就想找侯文哲玩。可找了大会儿都没见他，就不去找他了。我又去找尚凯胜玩，我看到他正在看李绅浩和吴东宇的身旁站着。这使我莫名奇妙，什么事能使尚凯胜围在他们两个人的身旁看呢。我就过去一看究竟。

原来是他们的手套像动画里火影忍者里的手套，才使他这么入迷。我上去叫他，我和他玩猫抓老鼠的游戏。我追着他，他好像有永远都使不完的劲一样，始终抓不到他，累得我气喘吁吁。他就说：停，别玩这个，还是玩甩跳绳吧。我也同意了，跟他使劲甩跳绳。玩着玩着，赵鑫鹏也来了。他想跳一下，我们同意了，先甩了几下给他看。他看了说：你们转得也太快了，有没有长一点的跳绳。然后就走了。我和尚凯胜继续玩，看谁把跳绳甩到谁。我们玩得很高兴。

但正玩得最激烈的时候，就要集合回教室了。我们只好依依不舍地离开操场，这就是有趣的活动课。

一天下午两节课后，喻老师拿着鸡蛋走进教室，微笑着对我们说：“大家来握握这个蛋，一看看能不能把它握碎。什么？握鸡蛋，那还不容易！”大家非常好奇，个个想最先上去把它握碎。

第一个上去的是小个罗帅波，只见他鼓足了劲，涨红了脸，把蛋紧紧地握着，可蛋一点也不理睬他！接着一个又一个同学上去握，他们都是欢欢喜喜上去，红着脸回到座位上。我想：你们真是些笨蛋，连小小的鸡蛋都对付不了，等一下看我的！好不容易轮到我了，我满怀把握地走上讲台，毫不在乎地一攥，真出乎意料，蛋丝毫无损。我有点慌了，但马上提醒自己，不能灰心！于是，我使出全身力气，咬紧牙，左手握住右手一齐用劲攥，不知为啥？它仍然是圆溜溜的。最后，轮到我们班力气最大外号叫大力士的李京同学了，他仰着头，挺胸，急忙走上讲台，教室里顿时沸腾起来了，我后来那位同学拉着对我说：“鸡蛋碰到对手了！”我点点头，李京他两脸叉开，睁大双眼，左手攥着拳，右手紧紧握着蛋，抿着嘴，屏住气，握了一次又一次，但是蛋始终完好无损，大家七嘴舌讨论开了。

最后，老师告诉我们：“蛋是椭圆形的，无论怎样用力量握，力总是不会使在某一点上，所以无法握碎，根据凸曲面形有惊人的抗压能力的道理，科学家发明了这一新技术，已有广泛的应用，如：拱桥是根据这个道理造成的。”

12月11日星期一晴

今天下午第三节课是我们年级的课外活动，我们高兴极了！一蹦三尺高，虽然还需要跑圈，但我们为可以玩而高兴！

我们先听德管员——刘老师说了一大堆，冷了不行，但一想到玩儿时的欢乐，我觉的这点寒冷根本不算些什么，于是我挺了过去。

到了操场，我们开始跑步，刺骨的寒风冻得我瑟瑟发抖，但我每每一想到玩儿时的快乐，我咬了咬牙，迎着刺骨的寒风跑。

终于跑完了，我们开始做体操，因为要全部做下来，我没有耐心，很烦。但我跟前几次一样，只要一想到玩儿似的兴奋和开心就拍了拍胸脯，继续坐了下去。

终于完了，到我最喜欢的欢乐时间了。只听主任说：“五年级的同学先上厕所，然后回教室喝水，跑步回教室。”这句话如同天打雷劈，而且正好劈在我身上。我刹那间蒙了！我心心相念的课外活动竟然变成了这个样子！

哎！今天好惨！

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩啊!同学们有的拔河，有的跳绳，还有的丢手绢。一下课，校园立刻变成了欢乐的海洋!

我最喜欢跳绳了。一下课，我就拿上绳子到操场上和小华比赛跳绳。我们站成一排，齐声说：“开始!”只见小华握紧绳子，轻快地甩着，脚下像装了弹簧似的“啪啪啪”地跳着。我也不甘落后，加快速度不停地甩动绳子，就连我的小辫子也忍不住跳了起来。“98、99、100!”耶，我先跳满100个，我赢了!

放学后，操场上真热闹呀！

老师捧着许多作业本准备回办公室。小红看见了，对老师说：“老师，你辛苦了，我来帮帮你吧！”老师高兴地夸奖小红：“你真是个懂事的孩子！”

小红的右边有一棵高大的杨树，地上摆着几盆鲜花。花香扑鼻，引来许多同学过来浇水，赏花。

操场中间，两个同学被精彩的课外书吸引，看得入迷。小军和小丽在黑板报前办板报。他们在黑板前比比划划，做得可认真呢！一位同学从黑板后面走过来，正忙着给老师打开水。

操场的远处，同学们正在参加体育活动，有的打篮球，有的跳绳，有的撑双杠，有的爬单杠……。

我们排着整齐的队伍来到大操场上，广播里就传来了兔子舞的美妙音乐学校课外活动作文200字作文。我们班级里的同学被分成了四组，每组领头的同学双手叉腰，排在前面的同学分别把双手搭在前面同学的肩膀上，这样兔子舞就开始了

一阵口令在同学们的嘴里飘出来：“前后、前前前、左左右右、”同学们一个个像兔子一样蹦蹦跳跳得快乐的跳着，远远望去就像四条会跳舞的毛毛虫，你们说多有趣呀。当音乐结束的时候，我们都已经气喘如牛，累得像一条条小鱼张着嘴巴喘着粗气。

时间总是美好而短暂的，上课钟声响起来了，我们恋恋不舍地上楼上课去了，期待着第二天学校课外活动的到来！

My friend I have a good friend. Her name is Susan.She comes from America. Now we are in the same class within No.8 Middle school. We often go to school and go home toghter,just like sisters.She likes English very much and actually she is good at it. So, If I have a question of English, I will turn to her for help. She is very helpful. She also does well in singing and dancing. Everytime there is a party,she will give us a wonderful show. This is my good friend, kind,excent and helpful.
