这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

雪下了一天一夜，学校的大操场上已铺上了一层厚厚的地毯。我们几个同学约好放学后去打雪仗。

终于放学了，大家怀着喜悦的心情，兴高采烈地来到了操场。我们分成了男女两队：顾西陵、谷亚宁和王嘉伟组成男生队；我、孙嘉荧和卢靖雯为女生队。规则是：谁被雪球砸中，谁就成为对方的人。来到操场，双方就忙着做雪球。我抓起一把洁白的雪，用手捏实，一个圆溜溜的雪球就做好了。经过几分钟的准备，我们就开始了激烈的‘战斗’。只见王嘉伟拿起一个大雪球“嗖”得一声向我砸来。我连忙闪开，也不甘示弱向他仍了一个大雪球。王嘉伟看见雪球向自己飞来，吓得就像老鼠见了猫一样，立刻连忙躲开。当他看见雪球没有打中自己，还得意的向我们扮了一个鬼脸。渐渐的，我们女生队快抵挡不住了。大家就拿出一个超级大雪球狠狠地向男生队扔去，一下子居然砸中了两个人。男生们见情况不妙也只好乖乖的举手投降。这一次打雪仗，我们女生队大获全胜。大家高兴极了。

虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟。但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

下午的时候第三节课是我们的课外活动。

我们就来到了操场上，首先我们的李老师先让我们跑了一圈，跑完以后儿我们都可累了，气喘吁吁的喊真累呀！我们跑完步了，就开始做运动了，我们做了一会儿运动就开始玩了，我现在就给你们说一说我们是怎么玩游戏的吧！

我们的李老师先让我们分成男女一队，就开始玩了，我们玩得是抱球赛，我们开始了第一关。我们组王若琳先开始得，我们在后面一直喊加油加油不停地喊，就算我们的嗓子疼了我们也坚持不懈的喊着加油，到了最后我们赢了，我们蹦的可高了，因为赢了随意就欢喜若狂，可开心了。到了第二关我们又开始比赛了，我们组一直喊着加油，但是这一次我们却失败了，我后悔极了，但是，只要我还有信心，我第三关一定会赢的。到了第三关我股息勇气看着我们看着我们这一队，我们跑着跑着就剩一个人了，终于跑完了。我每们组就赢了，我们可高兴了。

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

knowledge.

The second thing for college students is to join the after-class

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

and sports, but also can make friends. Campus is like a small society. Students

need to learn to make connections with other students, so that they can win more

chances. I learn a lot from my new friends and know how to communicate.

My college life is wonderful, I learn both knowledge and social skills.

我喜欢的课外活动有很多，比如：跳绳、老鹰捉小鸡、丢手绢……但我最感兴趣的是捉小青蛙。

每当到了课间时，我就和同桌李雨桐拿着瓶子勾肩搭背地跑到楼下，来到一片空地上，那里就像青蛙乐园。正当我和李雨桐说话的时候，有三只小青蛙齐头并进地跳到我脚下，我一看，这真是大好时机呀!我便让李雨桐拧开瓶盖。于是，我小心翼翼地蹲下，一下子抓住了那三只，直到上课，我抓了一瓶子。不过，我们知道青蛙是益虫，游戏结束，我又把它们放回到了大自然中。

今天我们玩得真开心啊!

今天跟老妈一起去青少年宫报名参加一个写作阅读班，心里是有点不高兴，但是后来想想又是高兴了。老妈让我去青少年宫参加写作班我是不太愿意的，好好的一个星期天又变成不能休息，要学习了。但我去到青少年宫见到好多小朋友都在那里学习各种特长。有学钢琴的、有学奥数的、有学画画的、还有人学我喜欢的拳击。

今天我去时刚好看到了喜报，学习写作的小朋友们获奖了。老妈对我说：“希望艺凡也能像他们一样获奖，把梁艺凡的名字写在喜报上。机会是给有准备的人，孩子你要获得大家的表扬就只比别人更努力才行！你看大家都在你追我赶的学习，你也行的！加油！老妈相信你是最棒的。”

Here is an introduction of my schools part time activity.It is my honor to show you .and today I would like to tell you something about the part time activities in my school. Our school has various activities outside class.the activities begin at 4;20 and end at 520 everyday.the groups on different subjects including go out visit, sightseeing, speech contests, art festival, volunteer activities, sports meeting and so on.

Among them, I would like to take part in the sightseeing and  art festival the  most. Because the activities are wonderful.

So I really hope that we can have less homework so we can have more time to participate in the part time activities to have a relax . hope you join us and enjoy every moment in my school !

其中，我最想参加的是观光艺术节。因为活动很精彩。

秦晨溪拿着毽子，对我说：“齐茉溪，咱俩一起玩毽子吧！”我爽快的答应了，就这样，我和秦晨溪一起玩起了毽子。

只见秦晨溪右手拿毽子，右脚准备要踢的姿势，手一松，毽子在半空中飞舞，右脚的侧面直击毽子，毽子一下子飞到了我这边。我站在了毽子落脚的地方，准备“迎接”毽子。就在毽子快要落地时，我用脚尖顶了一下毽子，毽子“嗖”地一声飞到了地上。这时候，我和秦晨溪同时笑了起来，秦晨溪一边笑一边说：“哎呦！齐茉溪，你太能了！”我冲她笑了笑，然后，我就去拾毽子了。

接下来由我来发毽子。我习惯性的右手拿毽子，右脚准备，刚把毽子松开，脚还没来得及踢，就已经落到地上了。这时候，秦晨溪又开始“咯咯”地笑了，我对她说：“你笑什么？你有本事，你来啊！”谁知，她对我说了一句：“来就来，我还怕你不成！”我把毽子给她。

她做好了一切“准备工作”，一瞬间，毽子从她的手中掉了下来，你们才发生什么了？她竟然也没有踢中，“好了好了，我们接着玩吧！”她把毽子给了我。我们两个接下来欢快的玩了一节课！

这期间，我们一直哈哈大笑，笑对方那滑稽的模样，笑对方踢了好几次也踢不中，笑对方……

这节有趣而快乐的课外活动，真令人难忘！我真想让时间停止在这个时间段里。

我的爸爸是位大数学家，什么题都难不倒他，当然，谁都认识他。高高的鼻梁上，架着一个黑框眼镜，一看，就知道他是一个博士。今天，他一脸严肃滴收拾东西，他有什么重要的事?一打听才知道，他原来是要去看望老师。我疑惑地问爸爸：“您怎么还有老师?”爸爸则拍拍我的图，说：“这些都是秘密》”我请求爸爸带我去见见他的老师，爸爸考虑了片刻，说到：“那好吧。”不过你要安安静静的，不能胡闹……我答应了他所有的要求，我们便上路了。

我本以为他会带我去哪个大学里，可是，我们居然来到了我所就读的小学并来到了我曾上过的一(3)班，这时，我终于见到了爸爸的老师，这个老师竟然是我的数学老师，也是爸爸曾经的老师。老师拍拍爸爸的肩膀，说：“你这些年，在数学是上成就确实很大，我们全校都以你为荣!”爸爸却谦虚地说：“我要感谢老师您，是您人我懂得了更多的知识。”

这时，我才明白，爸爸虽然是数学家，可是他也有一年级的老师。

课外活动真是丰富多彩！有的同学玩游戏，有的同学跳绳，还有的同学踢毽子，大家玩得真开心！

“老鹰捉小鸡”的游戏真有趣，我们可喜欢玩了！诡计多端的“老鹰”，一会儿向左，一会儿向右，一会儿又连绕几圈，寻找机会捕捉“猎物”。突然，“老鹰”猛一转身，扑向“小鸡”，“鸡妈妈”连忙张开双臂，保护自己的“孩子”，跟在“鸡妈妈”背后的“小鸡”，左躲右闪。几次进攻后，“老鹰”见小鸡疲惫不堪了，就马上摆好架势，接着深深地吸了一口气，猛一转身，扑了过去。“鸡妈妈”马上一拐弯，张开双臂拦截。“老鹰”真狡猾，突然一哈腰，“咕噜”一下从“鸡妈妈”的“翅膀”下面钻了过去。恶狠狠地抓住了一只丢掉的“小鸡”，张开嘴巴就要“吃”掉它。“母鸡”看了火冒三丈，“老鹰”却得意忘形了，结果连一只小鸡再也没追着，无可奈何地离开了。

“丢手绢”的游戏也很好玩！大家手拉手，围成一个大圆圈，然后松开手，像小鸡一样蹲在地上。“丢丢，丢手绢……”我们唱起来。这回丢手绢的是小花。她一边走，一边唱歌。有时，还在同学们的背后有意做个假动作，让别人扑了一个空，引得大家发笑。正在大家发笑的时候，小花又轻又快地把手绢丢在我的背后，她还是装着镇静的样子一边走，一边唱。我发觉身后有动静，连忙转身，拾起手绢飞快地追上去。她发现追上来了，也拼命往前跑。我三步并成两步地赶上她，把她抓住了。大家拍手为我喝彩，还喊着要罚她唱歌。小花认输了。按规定站在中间不好意思地唱了一首优美的歌。同学们听了，高兴地跳了起来。

其他的同学在玩跳马，踢毽子，抢位置，跳绳和转呼啦圈等许多有趣的课外活动。

我们的课外活动真有趣啊！
