清楚记得，在那天早上我们组落后其他组三颗星，我们好不甘心，最终通过努力我们终于反败为胜反超他们组五颗星，嘿嘿，我们组厉害吧！

但是最为激烈的还要说说我们组的涂世伟。

我们大家冲破重重关卡终于到了背诵关，我们班的背诵能力超级强哦！可是老师谁都不叫，就叫那个背诵老是出错的涂世伟，当他被老师叫起来的那一刻，我们全组人的心都颤了一下，真为他捏一把汗，心理忐忑不安生怕他出错，因为他只要一出错我们组就要面临被扣星的危险了。看着他结结巴巴背书的那个样子，我真替他着急，但是我们也只能干着急。老师开始倒数十秒了，终于他在最后一秒，想起来了，真是有惊无险阿！

等到大家都到了终点，司老师发话了：“都回班吧，再这样下去可不得了了。”

虽然只短短的十几分钟，却给我带来了许多的快乐，留下了深刻的印象。

自从我去上学后，总是能听到课改的消息。许多老师都在谈论课外活动的重要性。课外活动被认为能带来更多的创造力和活力。

实际上，传统课堂只关注书本上的知识，很容易让学生感到无聊。因此，每个学生都对体育课感兴趣，他们不仅可以享受自由还可以好好玩耍。课外活动给学生提供了一种不同的方式去扩展自己的视野，激发他们的创造力。学生感到放松，思考力也更加活跃。

许多伟人都是从大自然中收获想法的。如果教师想要提高学生的兴趣，良好的学习环境就不应局限在教室里。

Liang liang is no longer the boy he used to be – he has changed greatly. Only a year ago, he was overweight and a little lazy. He got tired easily and did not like sport. His favorite meal was fried chicken and chips. One day, he realized that he couldnt continue like this. So, he decided to change. He started to exercise. He ran in the school playground every day. He also began eating a healthier diet of more fruits and vegetable, and less meat. These changes helped him lose a lot of weight. He is now a very happy boy in very good shape, and he is always so active. What can we learn from Liang liang to feel better and look better? We should all be careful about what we eat and make sure that we get enough exercise.

“英语节”的活动真是花样百出，有画海报、抽奖券、看英语电影……真是让我眼花缭乱，兴奋不已。其中，最好玩的就是抽奖券和“圣诞老人抽幸运班级”啦！

活动现场一进门，哇，好多人耶！原来是英语老师正在为同学分发幸运奖券呢！我和王怡然立马奔向傅老师。啊！轮到我了！我紧张地把手伸进神秘的袜子里，心中充满了期待。呦……是一个棒棒糖，没有中奖，但有糖果吃也不错啦！

“叮咚”，同学们一听到广播就知道是杰妮老师带着“圣诞老人”来抽“幸运班级”啦！“现在终于轮到三、四年级抽奖啦！“圣诞老人”笑呵呵地说着，大家马上安静下来，屏住呼吸期待着结果。“让我看看，嗯……当当当当！是四零……，”随着“圣诞老人”故意拉长的声音，同学们纷纷伸长耳朵，瞪大眼睛，准备着又希望着……“是四零五班！恭喜四零五班！”

虽然，我没有中奖，但这个英语节我很快乐，因为英语节本来就是让我们学习知识的活动，我也确实收获了许多，也让我对英语产生了更浓厚的兴趣
