这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

看吧，操场上是孩子们的世界，有的在玩游戏，有的在进行体育活动。真是八仙过海，各显其能。你瞧，这边的小朋友咱玩切西瓜、老鹰捉小鸡、跳皮筋、捉迷藏、猜猜我是谁等游戏，那边的小朋友在跳绳、跳远、跑步。大家个个玩的都很起劲、很开心。我玩的是老鹰捉小鸡的游戏，下面我给大家讲讲这个游戏的玩法吧：首先大家要通过剪子、包袱、锤，将出谁是老鹰和母鸡，其余的都当小鸡，老母鸡在最前面，负责抵挡老鹰对小鸡的攻击，其他小鸡都排成长队在老母鸡的身后，用手抓住前面一个人的衣服，老鹰不许捉母鸡，只能捉她身后的小鸡，当老鹰快要捉到小鸡时，小鸡可以蹲下躲避，被老鹰捉到的小鸡就要出列，在一个地方等着，等小鸡全部被捉住了，再次剪子、包袱、锤，重新开始。

时间过的真快，上课铃响了，同学们快乐的跑回了教室。

我的我现在已经三年级的小学生了，虽然功课非常紧张，但是我的课余生活还是比较绚丽多彩的。课余生活主要内容是：养蜗牛、听英语磁带、看课外书、偶尔帮妈妈做家务…。

这学期我们多了一门课——科学。其中有一篇写蜗牛的课程，我特别感兴趣。想试着养几只，所以放学后，我就抓了几只养了起来。由于不会养，我把蜗牛放在菜叶上，第二天就死了。后来，我不断吸取教训，然后，我又养了几只蜗牛。这几只蜗牛活了好几天，到现在还活着呢！我通过观察发现蜗牛有一个软软的腹足、小小的嘴巴、长长的触角，还有一个硬硬的壳，那就是它的房子。他爬行的时候，再它爬过的地方，会留下一道湿湿的、粘粘的痕迹。我觉得它非常可爱！

我每天都看课外书，我从书上看到许多有趣的故事，还学到非常多知识，我非常喜欢看课外书。

我以后要更加细心的照顾蜗牛，爱护蜗牛。我还要看非常多课外书，从书中找到照顾蜗牛的好方法。

每当，第一节课下课铃声响起，就意味着有趣的课外活动的到来！

我们排着整齐的队伍来到大操场上，广播里就传来了兔子舞的美妙音乐课外活动作文200字作文。我们班级里的同学被分成了四组，每组领头的同学双手叉腰，排在前面的同学分别把双手搭在前面同学的肩膀上，这样兔子舞就开始了

一阵口令在同学们的嘴里飘出来：“前后、前前前、左左右右、”同学们一个个像兔子一样蹦蹦跳跳得快乐的跳着，远远望去就像四条会跳舞的毛毛虫，你们说多有趣呀。当音乐结束的时候，我们都已经气喘如牛，累得像一条条小鱼张着嘴巴喘着粗气。

时间总是美好而短暂的，上课钟声响起来了，我们恋恋不舍地上楼上课去了，期待着第二天课外活动的到来！

Here is an introduction of my schools part time activity.It is my honor to show you .and today I would like to tell you something about the part time activities in my school. Our school has various activities outside class.the activities begin at 4;20 and end at 520 everyday.the groups on different subjects including go out visit, sightseeing, speech contests, art festival, volunteer activities, sports meeting and so on.

Among them, I would like to take part in the sightseeing and  art festival the  most. Because the activities are wonderful.

So I really hope that we can have less homework so we can have more time to participate in the part time activities to have a relax . hope you join us and enjoy every moment in my school !

其中，我最想参加的是观光艺术节。因为活动很精彩。
