Dad set me to play 1.5 hours a day, play half an hour in the morning, and play for an hour in the afternoon. In the rest of the time, as long as I do the homework, I play ping-pong with my father, and we play several games as soon as we play. Our games are often very intense, like two tigers fighting.

Dad is really resourceful. He hits the ball to the right side, and I pick up the ball. I think Dad will hit the left side. Unfortunately, he still hits the right side, which makes me feel overwhelmed and falls.

I like to play table tennis. Its my favorite extracurricular activity. I hope one day I can stand in the Olympic table tennis court.

那是一个星期五的课外活动时间，老师突然让我们玩丢手帕游戏，我们一下子就沸腾起来，兴奋地跑下楼去，等待老师的下文。

老师简要地说了一下规则，就让我们猜拳决定谁先丢。是何卓航！只见他一个劲儿地转着圈，只顾若无其事地转着圈，可能是见人人防守严密，个个严阵以待，所以怕一丢就被抓了吧。突然，他悄悄的将目标瞄准卢思帆，全然不顾他的“缓兵之计“--大喊“不要丢给我！“何卓航一个箭步冲去，把手帕扔在卢思帆的背后，随后就像小偷遇警察似的，拔腿就跑。幸亏卢思帆早有准备，他飞速捡起手帕，站起来，在同学们的鼓励声中起程“抓捕“何卓航。只可惜，何卓航已跑二丈，卢思帆才起跑。结果可想而知，何卓航已坐下了，卢思帆才跑半程路。

虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟，但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

In our country .There are a lot of holidays such as Spring festival , Childrens day and May day. All the people in China like these holidays very much.

Spring festival is a popular holiday in china. It is in January or February. People eat a lot of delicious food and go shopping. They usually spend time with their family and friends.My favourite holiday is Childrens day. It is on the first of June. Children usually have parties at school, go to the park and go to the cinema. I didnt go to the park and go to the cinema last year. I had parties at school with my family. We were very happy.

My father and grandpas favourite holiday is May day. It is on the first of May. People usually have a long holiday. They meet friends and relatives. They go to parks and beaches. But my father and grandpa planted trees last May day. They were very tired but happy!

We all like these holidays. On the days, we had a good time.

Danger is in our each persons side, sometimes is so near to us. "Lucky" I experienced this once. That, I come home from school, saw this scene: a child was playing in the road, no attention paid to the coming danger, a large truck coming toward her. Others shouted, looking back, the childrens truck, immediately panic, his face pale, legs a soft, straight down to the ground, big trucks the emergency brake, but it was too late, the boy has been under pressure in the car. “XX学校学生集体食物中毒”，“XX地方煤井塌陷”，“XX地方又发生了交通事故”……生活中，总会听到或看到这样一些令人惊心，让人叹息的事故发生，一个又一个地悲剧总会在我们面前不断地上演。

危险就在我们每个人的身边，有时离我们是那么近。我“有幸”经历了这么一次。那次，我放学回家，看到了这样一幕：一个孩子正在马路中央玩耍，丝毫没有注意到即将到来的危险，一辆大卡车朝她驶来。旁人高喊一声，那个孩子回头一看，是卡车，顿时惊恐万分，脸色发白，腿一软，人直直地倒在地上，大卡车紧急刹车，可是，已经迟了，那个孩子已被压在车下。人群顿时发出一阵惊呼，有的用双手捂住脸，不敢往下看，有的被突如其来的场面吓傻了，呆呆地立在原地。“又一个孩子永远地离开了这个世界”，真是悲哀。可是，当人们回过神来后，却发现小孩奇迹般地站了起来，没有受到一点伤害。

多险呀，真是死里逃生。幸亏了那女孩倒在了车前的正中间，幸亏了那车的底盘高，如果再偏一点，如果车身再低一点，那后果不堪设想。

安全，是我们永远离不开的一个话题，注意安全，是我们每个人都懂的道理。但是安全事故还是每天都在发生，而且不断地增多，天天都在上演那令人心碎的悲剧。安全第一呀，有了安全，我们如花般的生命才能绽放。有了安全，我们才能开开心心地度过青春年华，生命对每个人来说只有一次，失去了，就永远回不来了。每当我们上下楼梯，轻一点儿，静一点儿。每当我们横穿马路，先左右看一下，再轻快地走过，每当我们放学时，要尽快回家，不要在路边玩耍。

生命是伟大的，但又是脆弱的。我们要珍惜生命，安全第一!

周五，我盼望已久的小记者外出烧烤活动终于到了，我们小记者个个都迫不及待地想马上要吃烧烤了！我们带着早就准备好的调料，零食，水果，还有烧烤用的食物，欢快地乘车前往烧烤地点——美丽的东台山。

一到那儿，我们就找了个空位坐了下来，老师帮我们生好火，炭火上架个铁丝网，我们就开始烧烤。大家都兴奋地忙碌起来，瞧，我拿了几串鱼丸子，刷了一层油，加调料，不停地翻边，忙得不亦乐乎。不大一会我大叫：“伙伴们，快来吃鱼丸啦！”大家一窝蜂跑过来抢着吃。“呀！怎么里面是冷的？是不是没熟？”原来是火候不够，等火旺了，老板拿来一个“红太狼”的“平底锅”。这一次，果然烤熟了，我们吃得津津有味。才吃几根，我就觉得口里火辣辣的，这时好伙伴递给我一支香蕉润润嗓子，“太好了！”我赶紧开始剥皮，由于我用力太大，香蕉像长了腿一样“跳”进了锅里。“哈哈哈……”同学们哈哈大笑起来，我灵机一动：“不如我们来吃一次烤香蕉，怎么样？”哈哈，烤香蕉比我们想象中的还要好吃。

享受完“美味”，我们就恋恋不舍地离开了。回望着山上郁郁葱葱的树木，它们好像在对我们说：“欢迎你们下次再来！”

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

“老鹰捉小鸡”的游戏真好玩。

当老师一说起这个游戏名称时，就有好几个男同学争着当老鹰，于是，老师让我们自由组合玩。我们这一组由林蕾当老鹰，我当鸡妈妈，其他都当小鸡，分配好角色后，有趣的游戏就开始了。

“老鹰”一步步地向我逼进，看她那眼神好像要把我这群肥肥胖胖的小鸡全给“消灭”掉，美餐一顿呢！可我这个鸡妈妈也不是好惹的，我会尽我的全力来保护我的小鸡。老鹰趁我不注意猛然向我的右边扑来，张开她那“锋利”的“鹰爪”，我这个鸡妈妈当然也不甘示弱，奋力挡了过去，狡猾的“老鹰”见我上当了，猛一转身连忙向我的左边扑去，我见不妙，来了个“急刹车”也急忙向左挡去，后面的鸡群也随着我晃来荡去……。第一局平局。

第二局时“老鹰”更狡猾了，她左转一圈，右转一圈，把我弄得晕头转向，并趁机向我们“进攻”，后面的“小鸡们”左躲右闪，蹦来跳去，连我也慌了手脚，这一下子，“老鹰”一连捉了我3只小鸡，可她还不罢休，她时而向我发起猛攻，时而站在原地跟我对词，不一会儿，又吃了我3只小鸡。第二局老鹰赢。

我们满头大汗地又玩起了第三局，“丁零零，丁零零”清脆的下课铃响了，我们结束了快乐的活动，可我还沉浸在那游戏的喜悦中。
