时光匆匆，一眨眼我便是一个六年级学生了，六年级意味着小学生涯中最为重要的一年。

我本以为六年级的课会枯燥无味，可没想到却是那样的精彩有趣。每节课都精彩纷呈，游戏、竞赛、小组疯狂夺星争霸赛，不得不说老师这一招真是妙！

清楚记得，在那天早上我们组落后其他组三颗星，我们好不甘心，最终通过努力我们终于反败为胜反超他们组五颗星，嘿嘿，我们组厉害吧！

但是最为激烈的还要说说我们组的涂世伟。

我们大家冲破重重关卡终于到了背诵关，我们班的背诵能力超级强哦！可是老师谁都不叫，就叫那个背诵老是出错的涂世伟，当他被老师叫起来的那一刻，我们全组人的心都颤了一下，真为他捏一把汗，心理忐忑不安生怕他出错，因为他只要一出错我们组就要面临被扣星的危险了。看着他结结巴巴背书的那个样子，我真替他着急，但是我们也只能干着急。老师开始倒数十秒了，终于他在最后一秒，想起来了，真是有惊无险阿！

不得不说老师的方法真妙啊！我们深深为语文老师的智慧拍手叫绝！

我们喜欢这样的课堂，我们喜欢充满趣味和挑战的活动与游戏！

虽然这次比游戏过去了很久，但我还是忘不了。

那是一个星期五的课外活动时间，老师突然让我们玩丢手帕游戏，我们一下子就沸腾起来，兴奋地跑下楼去，等待老师的下文。

老师简要地说了一下规则，就让我们猜拳决定谁先丢。是何卓航！只见他一个劲儿地转着圈，只顾若无其事地转着圈，可能是见人人防守严密，个个严阵以待，所以怕一丢就被抓了吧。突然，他悄悄的将目标瞄准卢思帆，全然不顾他的“缓兵之计“--大喊“不要丢给我！“何卓航一个箭步冲去，把手帕扔在卢思帆的背后，随后就像小偷遇警察似的，拔腿就跑。幸亏卢思帆早有准备，他飞速捡起手帕，站起来，在同学们的鼓励声中起程“抓捕“何卓航。只可惜，何卓航已跑二丈，卢思帆才起跑。结果可想而知，何卓航已坐下了，卢思帆才跑半程路。

虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟，但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

拜年也是春节习俗，我最喜欢拜年了，因为拜年可以挣压岁钱呢!拜年一般在大年初一的早上，大家都起床很早，相遇时互相问好说祝福语，然后互相拜年发压岁钱，这时候是我最高兴的时刻啦!拜完年我回家数着自己的压岁钱，心里美滋滋的。

Last weekend, I took part in the school trip and went to HouHai lake. It not only made us relax but also brought happiness to us.

We took the bus to the lake. As soon as we arrived there, we climbed the drum tower and looked at the whole city and many hutong. 下午的课外活动开始了！

我马上排好队，准备下楼，下楼了，我们在操场上站立着，所有的人像警察一样笔直地站立着，显得神气十足。忽然，广播响了起来，我就随着广播的节奏做操，直到做完为止，做完了。我们便分散开来，我们大家跑到了操场上，有的人在操场上飞奔着，速度犹如小鹿一样；有的在拿着绳子在跳，那绳子甩起来像一个个圆溜溜的宝葫芦，人在中间跳着，像小猴子一样灵活；还有的人在旁边玩‘‘一二三’，他们一下子动，一下子停，不让看的人给抓住。我和几个同学在操场上比赛跑步。我们每个人都将两手紧紧地握成拳头，左脚在前，右脚在后，迈成弓步，做好起跑的功步，紧张而耐心地等待着开始。我紧张得浑身抖动，心怦怦直跳，慢也慢不下。突然，“裁判”喊：“开始！"我们就开始跑起，我紧闭着双眼，一直冲向前方。一会儿，我睁开双眼，想不到我竟然跑了第一名。

这节课外活动真好玩!

今天，我参加了学校组织的综合实践活动，感觉真好玩啊!

首先，我们坐着大巴车开花为到了梦多多小镇。到了那里我们排好队伍，在工作人员的带领下来到梦多体验馆。

我这队是泡泡队，第一个体验项目是甜甜屋。我们的任务是用方糖做章鱼。它是这样做的，把一块方糖拿出来，平均分成 八块，再拿一块方糖搓圆，再取几块方糖做装饰。一只可爱的小章鱼就完成了。

第二个体验项目是种值植物，老师给我们介绍了各种植物的名字。比如说仙人掌、多肉，老师还告诉我们怎样种花。

第三个玩地是汽车运动厂。我应聘的工作是汽车修理员，我们学会了怎样知道轮胎的气压有多少，气压在250--300是正常的。知道了油箱在哪个位置，还知道怎样打开油箱，并且懂得三个必须要的环保标志贴，年审标志贴，安全保险标志。

第四个玩地是世界文化馆。老师帮我们穿上韩服，老师教我们跳韩国舞蹈，还教我们韩国语言和礼仪、坐姿。

第五个玩地是邮局。老师让我们收、送快递，我们都认真地完成任务，并且送快递的快些完成的同学还可以再送一次。

最后，五项都完成了，我们又坐上大巴车高高兴兴地回家了。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩啊!同学们有的拔河，有的跳绳，还有的丢手绢。一下课，校园立刻变成了欢乐的海洋!

我最喜欢跳绳了。一下课，我就拿上绳子到操场上和小华比赛跳绳。我们站成一排，齐声说：“开始!”只见小华握紧绳子，轻快地甩着，脚下像装了弹簧似的“啪啪啪”地跳着。我也不甘落后，加快速度不停地甩动绳子，就连我的小辫子也忍不住跳了起来。“98、99、100!”耶，我先跳满100个，我赢了!

跳绳不仅可以锻炼身体，还给我们带来了欢乐，我爱跳绳……

今天的大课间，我们在操场活动。这次老师让我们直接玩，不做操，这让我们喜出望外。

我在体育器材里拿出跳绳，跳跳绳，我一下子能连续跳十几个。但我跳了一会儿后觉得没意思，就想找侯文哲玩。可找了大会儿都没见他，就不去找他了。我又去找尚凯胜玩，我看到他正在看李绅浩和吴东宇的身旁站着。这使我莫名奇妙，什么事能使尚凯胜围在他们两个人的身旁看呢。我就过去一看究竟。

原来是他们的手套像动画里火影忍者里的手套，才使他这么入迷。我上去叫他，我和他玩猫抓老鼠的游戏。我追着他，他好像有永远都使不完的劲一样，始终抓不到他，累得我气喘吁吁。他就说：停，别玩这个，还是玩甩跳绳吧。我也同意了，跟他使劲甩跳绳。玩着玩着，赵鑫鹏也来了。他想跳一下，我们同意了，先甩了几下给他看。他看了说：你们转得也太快了，有没有长一点的跳绳。然后就走了。我和尚凯胜继续玩，看谁把跳绳甩到谁。我们玩得很高兴。

但正玩得最激烈的时候，就要集合回教室了。我们只好依依不舍地离开操场，这就是有趣的活动课。

我们的课外活动丰富多彩。有的同学做游戏，有的同学进行体育活动，还有的同学参加科技小组活动，大家玩得的很高兴。

体育活动的内容真是五花八门。有的同学在踢足球，有的同学在跳牛皮筋，还有的同学在踢毽子……瞧！“打野兔”的同学玩得多开心呀！外面围圈的同学早已成了一个个勇敢的“小猎人”了。大圈内的同学也成了一只只活灵活现的“野兔”了。“预备，开始！”比赛正式开始了，圈内的同学一下子乱成一片，四处逃命。而围圈的“小猎人”们却向中间的“野兔”发起了猛攻。“打中了，打中了！”小猎人们欢呼起来，原来，“子弹”打中了两只“野兔”。另外的一只“野兔”见了，“咯，咯，咯”地“笑”了起来，真在他咯咯笑的时候侯一颗“子弹”把他给打中了。

科技小组的同学们玩得也很有意思。看！同学们和车模迷们高兴地跑啊，跳啊，心里多么地欢畅！玩航摸的同学控制着自己心爱的小船，和别的同学一比高低。玩水火箭的同学也玩得很有劲。瞧！他们认真的样子，准能把对方打个“落花流水！”

课间活动真是丰富多彩，既能让同学们增长知识，又能够让同学们锻炼身体，小朋友们，你们喜欢课间活动吗？

今天，王老师在课堂上宣布要举办一次掰手腕比赛。教室里欢呼起来，都快把房顶掀翻了。

规则就是：谁把对方掰下去，谁就是大力士，对方就是负者。老师把我们分成两组，我们小组细心地筛选，选出有力气的张佳亮，对方组推举丁渲桐。他们昂首挺胸走上台来，张佳亮咬着牙，瞪着大眼睛向前走，丁渲桐鼓着腮帮子，好像谁都不服对方。只见，王老师一声准备，他们两个立刻把手握在一起，王老师又一声开始，他们俩用力地掰，一会儿丁渲桐那边歪了，我们心里很着急，就大声喊：“加油！加油！”有的把嗓子都喊哑了，有的把手拍红了，有的把手握成拳头，好像要把力量传给各自的支持者。张佳亮在我们的呐喊声中鼓足力气，终于把丁渲桐打败了。我们非常开心，胜利的笑声穿过天空。

通过这次比赛，我们懂得了一个道理——坚持就是胜利。

Enjoy Yourself While Fulfilling Responsibility

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happinefor others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. 然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

上周，是我们学校的第二届英语活动周。在这一周里，英语活动内容可谓是丰富多彩：手抄报比赛、指手画脚猜单词、书写比赛等大大激发了我们学英语、用英语的兴趣。可令我最难忘的要数周五下午的游园活动了。

中午吃完饭，老师们把精心准备的各种道具准备好后，游园活动就开始了。同学们个个兴奋不已，笑嘻嘻地穿梭于各个教室。刹那间，整幢教学楼变成了欢乐的海洋。

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

后来，我又去玩了“跳麻袋”、“金字塔”、“踢足球”……每项活动都很好玩，都带给了我不同的体验。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

I think reading as the most rewarding entertainment activities in my spare time.

Not only does reading provide me with a wide range of knowledge, it also broaden my mind towards the world. Different sorts of books contain various thoughts of life, work, relationships and cultures. When reading a novel, I can experience joys and tears of the characters through one story after another. When it comes to a biography ,I can even speak to the great person as if he stood towards me. Don’t always regard reading as tools to prepare for exams or show off how knowledgeable the person is.

A true reader is the person who shows knowledge naturally while communicate with others. Reading indeed has an important impact on people’s behavior, which is the reason why I will never give it up.

我们先练队列，练了20分钟以后，老师就让王子乐，张耀冉和石广盛拿器材去。张耀冉拿了2个呼啦圈，王子乐拿了2个呼啦圈，石广盛拿了6个篮球就回来了。老师先讲清楚游戏规则，然后告诉我们不要犯规。就开始了，女生被分为了两队，男生被分为了两队，男生的第一队和女生的第一队一份为一队，女生的两队和男生的两队分为了一队。两队比赛。我是在第二队，一喊开始，我就抱着三个足球往前跑，最后我们给赢了。第二次，我跑的有点慢，我们队就输了。第三次，我奋力的往前跑，我们队就赢了。我们队赢了两次，所以我们队赢了!

今天，我太开心了!

我们终于迎来了欢乐的活动，下课了同学们欢声笑语的跑到操场上，操场上非常热闹，有跑步的，有跳绳的，有踢足球的。

忽然我想到了一个游戏是捉迷藏，我们首先分组，小明和我一组，小红和小丽一组。小青来找我们，我们就开始慌乱的四处躲藏，小青问“藏好了吗?”大家都没有说，然后小青就静悄悄地来找我们，小青往小丽那边慢慢地走过去，小丽听到了脚步声紧张极了，心想：“我得转移位置，”结果，他没有想到，他刚跑到小红那边，还没反应过来就被抓了，这时他听到了小明的声音，跑了过来抓住了小明，结果，我怕抓到我，想转身跑掉结果也被抓了，我就说：“你太厉害了”，我一边说，一边努力挣脱，但没有用，因为小青牢牢的抓住我，这个游戏玩得太刺激了。

我们玩得真开心呀，可是上课铃打响了，我们回到教室里，我心想这次课外活动玩得真开心呀。

今天下午第三节课是我们的课外活动，我们来到操场，练了队列就开始自由活动了。

我来到齐莫溪的这一组，我们要玩狼人杀喽。我们围成一个圈坐下，刘叶当裁判，第一局我是预言家，我高兴的上蹿下跳。游戏开始我们都转过身去闭住了眼，明明进展的好好的，可是，到了法师请睁眼的时候，居然没有人回过身子来，我们就问：“谁是法师呀？”过了一会儿，才知道，法师原来是史怡珂，哎，我们只好重来一局。

第二局，我竟然是个平民！我很生气，就给刘叶说起来了，为什么我没有特殊能力？为什么？我气得不跟他们玩了，我找到了秦晨溪我要和她踢毽子，起初我踢给她，她没接着；她踢给我，我没有接着。我们就一直踢着，可是过了一会儿我的心思就不在踢毽子上了，我又跑去找罗嘉仪，我又找了罗浩天，宋思雨找我们来踢毽子，我们组团踢，可是我和罗浩天都想要罗嘉仪，然后我们就进行了一场“格斗”，最终我们谁也没有赢，可是罗嘉仪选择了我，哈哈哈，太棒了，耶。最后我和罗嘉仪玩了起来。

下午，我们写完作业后，便是一节课外活动课了。

上课后，我冲了出去，跟同学们一起玩起游戏来，游戏的名字叫：全员加速中。首先，几个同学当猎人，一个“猎人”说道：“‘猎人’将在十秒后释放。”还没等他的话说完，我们便一股劲儿跑了出去。我藏在了九班玩的那一块儿，为了完全不被“猎人”看到，我干脆坐下来，脑袋靠在腿上，然后，用手捂住脑袋。我用手指间的余缝向外看去，只见“猎人”傻呆呆的站在原地，四处张望，可始终没有看到他的“猎物”，也没有看到我。我想：干脆我一直躲到这里得了，反正“猎人”又看不到我。不一会儿，我们就聚集在了一起，不过，这次是以组对组。我们分成了两个组，我们组的都藏在厕所里，他们组一定不会发现。果然，他们一直没有找到我们。我呆了一会儿，我走出厕所，发现一个人都没有，原来早已下课了，我跑回教室，可心里还是没忘记课外活动的快乐。

我向窗外望去，课外活动的一幕幕情景展现在我眼前。
