Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. For instance, many young students are addicted to online games, which will generate bad effects on their studies and might lead bad consequences.

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happinefor others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. My favorite extracurricular activity is to pick up white trash. This is not, the new year, and the school has three days off. Im finally looking forward to my favorite activity again.

This time, I gather white trash with my mom and dad. At the bus station, we saw our "enemies" in rows and lines, as if they were going to attack us at once. I and my father, mother rushed to catch and hook, the result "enemy" did not catch, and the three of our hooks hook together! At this time, I realized that I would not be in a hurry.  So, I said to my mother and Dad, "come on, lets come to the two sides, so that we can wipe them out all the time..." 在操场的中间，有一场激烈的拔河比赛，拔河的小朋友前脚笔直的，后脚用力往后磴，小朋友紧紧地攥着绳子，使劲往后拉。他们咬紧牙关，鼓着腮帮子，绳子中央的红绸一下往左，一下往右，两边不相上下。一边的拉拉队比他们更急，有人不停的喊着：“加油！加油……”一个小女孩的辫子一甩一甩……拔河始终没有分出胜负。

有的小朋友踢毽子踢得欢呢！小朋友的脚真灵活。毽子在空中翻转了一下就掉了下来。

右边，有的小朋友在跳皮筋，她左一下，右一下，旁边不时传来一阵加油声。

左边，有的小朋友在跳绳，绳子飞也似的转着，把小女孩包在里面，有一个小女孩很勇敢，想冲进去和那个小女孩一起跳绳。

操场上热闹极了，倒处都能看见小朋友玩耍的身影。

今天，我参加了学校组织的综合实践活动，感觉真好玩啊!

首先，我们坐着大巴车开花为到了梦多多小镇。到了那里我们排好队伍，在工作人员的带领下来到梦多体验馆。

我这队是泡泡队，第一个体验项目是甜甜屋。我们的任务是用方糖做章鱼。它是这样做的，把一块方糖拿出来，平均分成 八块，再拿一块方糖搓圆，再取几块方糖做装饰。一只可爱的小章鱼就完成了。

第二个体验项目是种值植物，老师给我们介绍了各种植物的名字。比如说仙人掌、多肉，老师还告诉我们怎样种花。

第三个玩地是汽车运动厂。我应聘的工作是汽车修理员，我们学会了怎样知道轮胎的气压有多少，气压在250--300是正常的。知道了油箱在哪个位置，还知道怎样打开油箱，并且懂得三个必须要的环保标志贴，年审标志贴，安全保险标志。

第四个玩地是世界文化馆。老师帮我们穿上韩服，老师教我们跳韩国舞蹈，还教我们韩国语言和礼仪、坐姿。

第五个玩地是邮局。老师让我们收、送快递，我们都认真地完成任务，并且送快递的快些完成的同学还可以再送一次。

最后，五项都完成了，我们又坐上大巴车高高兴兴地回家了。

“加油，加油……”高湖中心小学的操场上传来了排山倒海般的呐喊声，是什么事情这么热闹啊，去看看吧。

原来这是他们在利用课外活动的时间进行比赛呢。看，现在进行的是五年级二班和六年级二班之间的拔河比赛，我也代表六年级二班在其中哦。在和五年级二班比赛时我们轻而易举地赢了，接下来是我们和六年级一班的对抗，我们两个班势均力敌，刚开始时绳子几乎不动，这时，我们班的几位同学由于用力过猛倒了，绳子一下子到了那边，我们慌了，拉拉队的同学看到这种情形想上来帮忙但是被裁判拦住了。当时我想：我们一定要赢，一定要为六年级二班争光！这时，有位同学在旁边喊：“快站起来，整理好心情继续加油，胜利是我们的！”听到这句话同学们也勇气倍加，信心十足地接受了挑战，我们费了九牛二虎之力终于赢了六年级一班。“耶！我们是总冠军！”同学们高兴得手舞足蹈。

我们的比赛结束了，接下来是老师们激烈的羽毛球比赛。老师们也非常厉害，个个身手敏捷，一个也不差。老师们在比赛时，同学们的加油声震耳欲聋，尤其是为自己的老师加油时，那是不遗余力啊！

老师们的比赛结束了，汗水也淘气地爬到了老师们的脸上，虽然很累但个个心情愉快。真是个多姿多彩的课外活动啊！等待着下次比赛的降临，到时期盼着大家的参与哦！

学校为了丰富课外活动，我们学校里组织了一次亲子活动，目的是加强学校之间的联系。亲子运动会分为三种，有快乐向前冲、二人三组跑、有般小猪。经过抽签我被分到第二种，二人三组跑。我非常高兴，因为这是一场有爸爸、妈妈和我一起参加的运动会，我和爸爸在家里认真的练习。

下午第三节课，天气晴朗，我们二年级的同学怀着喜悦的心情和家长们来到操场上。我们组共有十位同学参加比赛，家长和我们并排站着。李老师把比赛的过程讲了一边说：大家请注意，这十位家庭用一根布条，每一组家庭到了终点才能把布条给另一个家庭。；还用不能出白线除了白线犯规矩就不能参加了。李老师说开始比赛，操场上顿时响起一片加油声。第一组是徐子轩一家，他的妈妈给他们系上布条准备比赛，比赛开始了我们班的选手都像火箭一样冲出去。我是最后一个，轮到我了我爸爸没有时间，我和我姑父一组妈妈给我们系上布条。姑父一边走一边喊着：一二一；我和姑父竭尽全力冲出去，我听到同学们在为我们家油，我和姑父加快了速度到达了终点。我才喘了一口气，我们班得了第一名，同学们和家长都高兴得跳了起来。

今天的活动真好玩，让我明白了友谊第一，比赛第二，以后再有这样的活动一定还会参加的。
