这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

我喜欢的课外活动有很多,例如打羽毛球、跑步、游泳等等，可我最喜欢的还是打篮球。有一次放学回家后,我很快做完了作业,就和同学们一起约了去打篮球。我们队里有五名队员,对方有六名队员。开始比赛了，我抢到了球就高高地跳起来把球扣进了篮筐里或者传递给我们队的队员。每次我一进球，我们欢呼着互相击掌鼓励，那时我觉得自己就像姚明一样。最后,我们队打赢了。打篮球可以锻炼身体，活跃自己的大脑，我非常喜欢打篮球，以后我还会更多的参加这些有趣的课外活动。

My friend I have a good friend. Her name is Susan.She comes from America. Now we are in the same class within No.8 Middle school. We often go to school and go home toghter,just like sisters.She likes English very much and actually she is good at it. So, If I have a question of English, I will turn to her for help. 今天我们来到操场，玩游戏。刚来到操场，许多班级都以整齐的步子跑步。中间，却只有很少的班级在玩游戏。我们就是其中之一。

我们班许多人都在玩，有的人玩跳绳，有的人玩打篮球，有的人玩投沙包，还有的帮赵师傅忙的，大家都在快乐中玩耍。而我是在打篮球。

首先我们先分组。郝思恩、赵一凡、齐华宇一组。我、李申浩、要是康一组。很快，激烈的球赛开始了。

裁判把球高高的扔上去，我们两队在周围抢球。敌人那队先抢着球了，我围上去，他来个“出其不意，攻其不备。”，转了个弯，就把我甩在身后了。他又传给另一个人，那个人投来投去也没投中。最后，还是被我们几个抢了，我抱着球，往后走，一不小心，给摔倒了，大家都涌上来。然后，都跑去抢球了。

我又站起来，跟着去抢，敌人队的两个人配合的很默契，他们一个投，一个传。我们也在周围抢着，拦着。球从篮球框掉下来了，我连忙捡起来，拍了又拍，一边拍一边往右边走，其中一个人也跟着我的脚步。我走一步，他走一步。就这样，我就这样跟他耗了几分钟，然后，就把球扔给李申浩，可悲的是，竟然被敌人队的一个人抢去了。他们又开始投球。

终于，他们在一次投球时，投进了。我心里很着急，想：为什么就是抢不着，是我们太弱，还是他们太强？突然，眼前有一位技术高明的篮球手，他就开始抢，抢了好几次，都抢着了，并且全部都投中了。我真厉害，但是事实中的我，却并不是想的那样厉害。抢也没抢找，头也没投中。

我们就在这激烈的比赛中抢来抢去，裤子破了，手划伤了，脸被打了。但我们依然很开心，一直在打。他们一直在传来传去，你传给我，我传给你。我们队的人都被他们激怒了，把“看家本领”都使出来了，我抢，你传，我拍，你投。终于，我们投进了一球。

时间到了，老师叫我们集合，我们一边拍这球一边跑到对中去，心里依然是那么开心。开心的走着，一路上有说有笑。
