One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!". I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. the boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water. 每当看到报纸上，新闻里的各种捕杀动物的情节，我都会深深痛恨那些肆意捕杀动物的那些人，正因为这样的人，很多动物已经濒临灭绝，我一直都在想世界动物保护协会应该设立这个节日。

我作为一名青少年，会组织同学们一起，穿上模仿动物的服装，走上街头，贴上保护动物人人有责的标语，让更多的人来一起保护动物。

动物是人类的朋友，有了保护动物节，不但可以挽救许多濒危动物，使得它们的物种得以延续，而且生物链也不会受破坏，所以我们要鼓励更多的人参与保护动物，希望有一天真的可以成立动物保护日。

Today the crime rate in cities of our country is rising. Many citizens

often complain about the thefts and robberies that have taken palce in the areas

they live in and appeal to the governments at all levels to take effective

measures to reduce the crime rate.

Nowadays, with the improvement of the people’s living standard, some people form a habit of raising small or domestic animals as pets. Does anyone have the same opinion of raising animals as pets? No, some people object to the idea of raising animals as pets. To them, animals have their own right to live a natural life like human beings.
