在新村镇吴庄村困难群众李长生家中，当他接过市领导送来的慰问品和慰问金时，感动的热泪盈眶，连声道谢，他说，虽然自己身患残疾，五岁的儿子又患脑萎缩，家中生活拮据，但政府每月按时足额发放的低保金让他切实感受到了党和政府的关怀，增强了生活的信心。市委书记赵武安说，困难只是暂时的，要勇敢面对，依靠党的富民好政策，多想办法，勤劳致富，通过自身努力和社会各界的帮助，生活一定会越过越好。

随后，赵武安一行又来到新村镇敬老院，给这里的老人们送去了水果、棉被和慰问金，并向他们拜年祝福。当了解到新村镇敬老院自去年重新修建后，老人们生活条件更为舒适，全镇集中供养率达44%时，赵武安非常高兴，他叮嘱新村镇和敬老院负责人一定要照顾好老人们的饮食起居，把敬老院办好，要把符合条件的五保户全部纳入供养范围，进一步提高集中供养率，切实让老人们老有所养，安度晚年。市领导赵武安、李颖军还到部分优抚对象家中进行了走访慰问。

市领导吴忠华、马国亮、李颖军走访慰问了龙湖镇敬老院和我市部分困难群众。

吴忠华一行首先看望了龙湖镇敬老院的老人们。市长吴忠华向老人们送去了慰问品和慰问金，并向他们致以节日的问候，祝愿老人们健康长寿、新春愉快。一位八十多岁的老寿星说：“在这里住了这么多年，真得感谢党的政策好，让我们这些人能有得吃、有得穿，病了还有得照顾。”吴忠华一行还专门到敬老院的宿舍和食堂察看了老人们的起居和饮食情况，并叮嘱工作人员要把老人们的生活照顾得更好，让老人们真切地感受到社会主义大家庭的温暖，使老人们愉快地安享晚年。随后，吴忠华一行还看望慰问了低保赵现成和五保户赵臣宗，为他们送上了食用油、面粉、棉被、棉衣和慰问金。

市委常委、组织部长孟永瑞在有关部门负责人的陪同下到龙王乡敬老院和城区看望慰问了孤寡老人和困难群众，为他们送去了党和政府的关怀。

市领导高建军带领民政等相关部门负责人先后到郭店镇敬老院、小司村、岗时村看望慰问困难群众，送去了慰问金和棉衣、棉被等慰问品，并给他们带去了节日的祝福。
