三、活动地点：

一楼同仁厅会议室

四、活动准备：

1、2月17日前，人力资源部负责收集各种灯谜，准备奖励员工的小礼品。

2、场地布置：

2月17日上午，设备科协助人力资源部，悬挂好元宵节灯笼;下午下班前在会议室四周拉上红丝带，将灯谜吊在上面;活动期间播放节日音乐，渲染气氛。

3、2月17日晚，人力资源部负责组织猜谜活动，包括人员通知，谜底核对、奖品发放及宣传拍摄等;保卫科负责维持活动期间的秩序。

五、活动规则：

1、猜谜活动，必须是现场猜谜，不得将谜面揭下带走。

2、每个猜谜者猜一个灯谜，必须先到指定兑奖处核对谜底，确认无误后，由巡视人员取下谜面交兑奖处，猜谜者进行登记，填写所猜中谜面题号、谜底、本人姓名、部门或车间之后，方可领取奖品。

3、猜对一条谜语兑换一份奖品。

为了让更多的员工参与活动，每人次限猜一条。

4、谜语共200条：

第1-60条灯谜到一号兑奖桌核对答案，第61-120条灯谜到二号兑奖桌核对答案，第121-200条灯谜到三号兑奖桌核对答案。

5、奖项设置：

共设置奖品200份，猜对一条谜语兑换一份奖品，奖品兑完，活动结束。

六、活动注意事项：

1、猜谜要有秩序，不要大声喧哗。

2、谜底猜出后，员工只需把谜面题号记住，到指定兑奖处核对答案，不能将谜面取下。

3、对答案要排队守秩序，违反者取消猜谜资格。

七、活动费用预算：

1、小灯笼20只，5元×20=100元

2、红丝带两盘，15元×2=30元

3、礼品200份，4元×200=800元

合计费用：

约1000元左右。

自从逛完花市，买了烟花之后，我就一直盼望着大年三十的到来，因为那天就可以玩到好玩有趣的烟花了。

终于，这天来到了，我心里高兴极了，像吃了兴奋剂一样!吃完年夜饭，我兴高采烈地和爸爸拿着烟花和炮来到三楼平台放，“霹雳啪啦，霹雳啪啦”，三楼已经有很多人在打鞭炮庆祝新年了。我也迫不及待地拿出一个像炸弹的炮让爸爸点，自己却像个逃命的小兔子一样跑得远远地了!这个炮开始旋转了，旋转的同时还喷出金黄色的火焰，火焰喷完了，就跳起来霹雳啪啦地打起鞭炮来。哇，原来这个炮这么丰富多彩呀!我又拿出一个像魔方盒的火箭炮，爸爸点燃了导火线，盒子里25个小炮带着响声陆续飞上天，在天空中绽开迷人的花朵，我也兴奋地跳起来，真想和它们比比高低呀!

真是太奇妙了呀!我发自内心地感叹到。突然，一声巨响把我吓了一跳，原来，对面的小区在放大型烟花呢!那绽开的烟花像一朵朵绚丽的鲜花，那些美丽的鲜花的颜色可真多呀，有红的、绿的、白的、黄的……看着看着，我仿佛走进了美丽的花的海洋，到处都是五颜六色、千姿百态的花朵……

这个春节真有意思!我过得非常愉快!

7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

[英语夏令营活动意义

尊敬的各位老领导：

在新世纪第一个春节即将到来之际，中共*县委、县人民政府今天召开老干部春节慰问会。在此，我谨代表中共*县委、县人大、县人民政府、县政协对你们表示亲切的慰问，对你们为全县经济建设和社会发展献计出力，出谋划策，表示衷心的感谢!下面，我就20xx年全县的经济工作向各位老干部作个简要汇报。

在过去的一年里，中共*县委、县人民政府在上级党委、政府的领导下，高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，坚持以党的基本路线和江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想为指针，牢牢把握“解放思想、深化改革、扩大开放、促进发展、保持稳定”的工作大局，继续遵循“打基础、兴科教、调结构、建支柱、增效益”的方针，按照县委九届四次全会提出的“12345”的指导思想，带领和团结全县各族人民，克服亚洲金融危机的影响以及投资和消费需求不足，自然灾害频繁发生等困难，大力推进经济结构的战略性调整，加大农业的支持和保护力度，加快转变企业经营机制，加强企业管理，大力开拓城乡市场，发展个体私营经济，加大基础设施建设力度，全县呈现出了经济发展、社会进步、民族团结、边疆稳定的良好局面。

一、经济工作出现稳定繁荣局面

一年来，县委、政府紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心，切实贯彻“发展才是硬道理”的思想，扎实开展工作。在农业和农村工作上，以粮食增产、农民增收为目标，狠抓农田水利基本建设，强化“两杂”为主的农业科技推广，加快畜牧渔业的发展步伐，大力开发热区资源，发展经济林果，使农业结构逐步趋向合理，粮食生产创历史最好水平，总产量达5573.5万公斤，同比增长0.03;农民人均有粮345公斤，同比增长1.5;生猪存栏145302头，出栏91133头，同比增长9.53和12.68;产鱼20万公斤，同比增长3.63。在工业生产上，以厂务公开和新经济组织的建立健全为契机，强化内部管理，挖掘潜力，降低成本，扩大营销;大力发展乡镇企业和非公有制经济。在林业上，按照“两个转变”的要求，大力调整林业结构，狠抓*圃园建设，大力发展经济林和特色用材林。全县完成造林54581亩。积极做好申报大围山自然保护区为国家级自然保护区的各项工作。在旅游业上，抓紧制定城建、旅游发展规划，多方筹措资金，加强基础设施和景区景点建设，加大宣传促销力度，为今后的发展奠定了坚实的基础。20xx年，完成国内生产总值29500万元，同比增长9.06;工农业总产值27300万元，同比增长9.99。其中工业总产值13500万元，同比增长15.58，农业总产值13800万元，同比增长2.72;乡镇企业总收入23000万元，同比增长14.87;社会商品零售总额12300万元，同比增长13.42;银行存款24300万元，同比增长7.99;银行贷款21576万元，同比增长8.01;农民人均纯收入796元，同比增长14.27;全县贫困人口由1999年的21800人下降到9630人。财政总收入1605万元，其中地方财政收入1152万元，上划中央“两税”396万元，财政支出8060万元。全县经济呈现出繁荣稳定的良好势头。

二、基础设施建设的力度不断加强

县委、县政府认真贯彻落实“12345)”的发展思路和省政府*现场办公会精神，进一步扩大对内对外开放，加大招商引资力度，抓住中央实施西部大开发的机遇，认真实施开放带动战略和城镇化战略，进一步加强水电路通讯等基础设施建设和小城镇建设，加快芷白公路改造和人白公路、乡村公路的建设步伐，争取到大围山公路改造项目和景区景点建设项目，落实了公路改造经费250万元。加快了团坡水库、湾塘电站、白羊坪电站的建设，实施了城区电网改造和三个绿化带建设，认真贯彻《关于加快小城镇建设步伐的决定》，以安居工程为重点的城镇化建设和市场建设得到加强。完成了自来水厂和城区供水管网改造;抓紧建设县城生活垃圾处理厂和建筑垃圾堆放场;农村人畜饮水工程，农田水利基本建设不断加强;以数字技术为基础的通讯建设和以再生能源为基础的能源建设得到巩固和加强。

三、社会事业和精神文明建设有了长足发展

县委、县政府认真贯彻科教兴县战略方针，始终把教育摆在优先发展的地位，加大投入，调整和完善结构，开辟多渠道办学的路子。在自我发展的基础上，积极争取上海徐汇区、中信公司、民革省委、省电力局和省州其他挂钩单位的外援支持，加大中小学校舍建设和改造力度，强化基础教育、职业教育和扫盲教育，开办2个大专班。加大了教育改革和执法力度，分别在一所中学和一所小学实行教师竞争上岗和岗上竞争试点，继续收缩了一师一校校点，走规模化办学的路子，提高了教学质量。完成了对一中、民中、五中，玉屏小学、民族小学的重组，实行一套班子两块牌子，优化了教学结构，合理配置了教学资源。实施了勤工俭学和教育绿色希望工程。广播电视事业有了新的发展，“211”工程在农村得到了广泛应用和推广，实现了村村通的目标。加强了生态环境保护。卫生医疗事业有了新的进步，传染病、流行病、地方病等得到了有效控制，人民群众享有了最基本的医疗条件。人口得到有效控制，计划生育的目标全面实现。以大围山民族歌舞团为主的民族文化事业获得全面丰收，群众性文化事业有了新的发展，精神文明创建活动蓬勃开展，新创了一批省州县文明单位。军政军民团结得到进一步加强，民族团结谱写了新篇章。

四、党的建设和民主法制建设进一步增强

在党建工作中一是按照中央和省州党委的要求，在县级班子及纪委、组织部、宣传部、法院、检察院6个部门开展了为期近一年的“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的集中教育和“回头看”活动，提高了党员干部马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的理论政策水平和执政水平，增强了立党为公、为政清廉、爱岗敬业的自觉性，努力增强党员干部的党性锻炼，使党员领导干部的思想觉悟、政策水平、工作作风有了很大程度的提高。二是狠抓干部队伍建设，以配齐配强为标准，调整充实了乡镇领导班子和部门班子，对个别违反有关规定的干部进行了严肃处理，同时还采取举办培训班、开办硕士研究生班、选派干部到外地挂职、以会代训、组织干部到外地参观学习等形式，加强对干部的教育，拓宽干部的思路，开阔干部的视野，提高干部的素质。三是以“村建”、“村改”工作为契机，狠抓农村基层组织建设和“三级联创”活动，使农村基层组织得到全面提高，凝聚力、战斗力明显增强。四是狠抓民主集中制建设，以“三讲”为契机，广泛征求群众意见和建议，开展批评与自我批评，认真剖析班子和班子成员在党性党风方面存在的突出问题，增强班子团结和战斗力，确保决策的民主化、科学化。五是狠抓党风廉政建设，坚持不懈地开展反腐败斗争，充分发挥纪委、监察机关的保护、惩处、监督和教育职能作用，严肃查处违法违纪案件，保证了干部队伍的纯洁;广泛开展警示教育和诫勉谈话活动，做到警钟长鸣。六是加强机关和企事业单位党组织建设，确保党的核心领导作用得以发挥。

加强政法工作的领导，强化社会治安综合治理，积极开展专项斗争和严厉打击各种违法犯罪活动;开展法制教育，完成“三五”普法和“一五”依法治县工作，增强了人民群众的法律意识;严厉打击“×××”等邪教组织，取缔了以“梅花党”为名的诈骗组织，并追究了责任人的法律责任，维护了社会的稳定。

The Spring Festival,Chinese New Year,is the most important festival for all of us.All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal. At the same time,everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock,some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly.We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is!

On the first early morning of one year,many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door.Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cuttings.The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days.

So during the fifteen days,we always visit our relatives from door to door.At that time,children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents,grandparents,uncles,aunts and so on.

除夕的傍晚，我们几个小孩子在叔叔的带领下和姑父及爸爸一起到楼下放鞭炮。十二岁的表哥胆子大一些，他放的是散炮，不是那种整齐鞭炮。别看表妹灵灵才三岁多，自己不敢亲手放，但可爱看别人放炮啦!我们还没引着炮捻，她早已把耳朵捂好了，还不住地催着：“快放啊!怎么不点着呢?”你瞧，她比我们还急呢。

妈妈和姑姑、婶婶她们在厨房里张罗着弄饭菜，我们正玩的起劲时，姑姑在楼上叫我们吃饭了!我们这一大堆人马浩浩荡荡地向楼上进发……

吃完年夜饭，大人们把家里收拾完毕，中央电视台的春节联欢晚会就要开始了。哈哈，这里有我最喜欢的节目——小品。看到九点多钟的时候，灵灵嚷着她要睡觉。其实我也有点困乏了，奶奶便让我们各自回房休息了……

第二天早晨天一亮，我赶紧穿上妈妈给我买的新羽绒服，新鞋，从头到脚，甚至袜子都换上了崭新的。收拾好后，我们一家三口就往外婆家赶。一进门，我赶紧对外婆说“过年好”，外婆笑眯眯地递给我一个红包——里面肯定是压岁钱了!我收下红包转递给妈妈，让她帮我收好，回家后还我!
