我的老师有一双大大的眼睛，鼻子上架着一副眼镜。她的皮肤嫩白，看起来很有学问。

一年级下学期的时候，老师看我又瘦又小，想锻炼我一下，便让我当上了劳动组长，每两个星期扫一次。刚开始我非常胆小，怕组员不听我的话，我很担心。可是，老师一直在鼓励我，让我胆子放大一点。几次下来，我越来越得心应手了，身体也变得强壮了许多。

还有一次，我的作文水平很差，每次只要一写作文，我头就大了。几乎每次写作文都要写到很晚，心情十分糟糕。可是，老师对我说：“要想写好作文，就要多读书，多抄好词好句。”我按照老师的办法，作文水平果然提高了。老师对我的良苦用心，使我受益终身，我非常感谢老师。

老师!我想对您说：“没有您的慷慨奉献，哪有我收获的今天。十二万分的感谢您，敬爱的老师。”

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
