I know on your school English newspaper that the readers are expected to have a discussion on the topic of protecting Traditional Chinese Culture. The protection of national and folk culture is of great significance to Chinese cultural diversity and also to the harmonious social development. I have a strong desire to share my personal viewpoints on it.

In my opinion, some measures should be taken to protect traditional culture effectively. To begin with, we should make a law to regulate the society’s performance. What’s more, we should draw more people’s attention to it, for the more they know about the importance of culture protection, the stronger support we can get from the public.

In a word, it is high time for us to treasure and develop our own valuable culture.

In China, people treat the family as a very important union, families get

together now and then, even the kids get married, they still treat their parents

in the first place. So the family means so much to everyone, family has great

influence on them. When the family gets on well, people can focus their mind to

work, they don’t need to worry about other issues. It is reported that the

people live in a harmonious environment are more easy to get succeed, which

reflects the importance of the family. While people who live in a unharmonious

family are easily distracted from work, because besides the work issues, they

also have family annoyance. So the family is very important, we should keep in

touch with family members often, even though we are busy, we should go home

often, never let the work occupancies you.

or every student, meeting a good teacher is very important, it will change their lives. I am so lucky that I met a good teacher and she opened the new chapter of my life. I will never forget the things she taught me.

When I was in high school, I felt so bored about the English class, because I did not understand it. Miss Li was my English teacher, she found my attitude to her class. One day, when the class was over, she asked me to her office. She did not blame me for sleeping in her class, instead, she smiled and asked me the opinion about her class. I said her class was a little  boring and I thought she would be angry. Miss Li smiled and agreed with me. She asked me to give some opinion. I was so surprised that she was so kind. Miss Li improved her class and I became very active.

当我在高中的时候,对于英语课,我感到很无聊，因为我听不懂。李老师是我的英语老师,她发现我对她课的态度。有一天,在下课的时候,她叫我去她的办公室。她没有怪我在她的课上睡觉,相反,她笑了笑,问我对她课的意见。我说她的课有点无聊,我以为她会生气。李老师笑着赞同我。她叫我给一些意见。我很惊讶,她是如此的友善。李老师改善她的课,我变得非常活跃。

Though I enter  the college, I will never forget Miss Li’s class and the things she taught me. She respects me and makes me important. I am so thankful to her.

Now,I am a senior student in high school, who worked so hard in the past two years.As we all know, the study burden of high school students in China is heavy.

Therefore,we spend most of our time in study and we have little time to have fun.

However, I still consider the days in high school are the greatest, because I developmy strong will, improve my comprehensive abilities and make good friends inhigh school.

I’m looking forward to the coming of my winter holiday. In order to have a

good time in the vacation, I have made a plan for it. At first, my mother must

ask me to do homework. If I don’t follow her words, I wouldn’t have peace in the

following days until I finish my homework. So the first thing I will do in the

winter holiday is to finish my homework. And then I will take full use of my

time to go out play with my friends, because I will have to help my mother to

prepare for the Spring Festival when it’s in the corner. Three days before

Spring Festival, I will go to my grandmother’s home for a visit with my parents.

After the Spring Festival I am going to travel with my family. As for where to

[高中英语作文：我的未来计划

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

11岁那年，我上小学四年级。高高扎起的羊角辫随风飘扬，红领巾系在胸前被白衬衣映得鲜艳刺眼。课余时间，我和一群活泼好玩的孩子挥动橡皮筋跳绳，在古城墙上采摘牵牛花编制紫色的梦，拔野草编制阳光戒指，在夕阳把影子拉得长长的时候大声唱着童谣大摇大摆地走回家。母亲常爱慕着我柔软的头发，笑着说：“这是个总长不大的孩子。”仿若我的无忧纯真，是一条流淌着的河，没有休止没有尽头地向着不可知的远方。

8月1日，表哥生日，宴请了我们一家人。这个日子，我记得清楚。吃完饭，父亲开着大伯家的车送我与大姨、表姐们回家。途中经过一家超市，表界们下车买东西。上车时，便是大包小包的零食，花花绿绿，看得我眼花缭乱。大姨侧头看到我呆楞的表情，便对表姐们说：“拿一些给小表妹吧！”她的脸上，洋溢着善意与热心关切。话音不大，飘飘扬扬落进我的耳朵里时，却猛地击醒了发呆的我，我马上收回了贪婪的眼光。出于孩童的天性，我忍不住使目光流连在令人垂涎的零食上，然而父母的教育使我深知不可贪别人的东西。我既想要，又不敢要。

正当我不知如何是好时，直言快语的大表姐说：“东西都是我精挑细选的，每一样都是我想要的。为什么要给她？才不给呢！”温婉的小表姐吞吞吐吐地说：“里面有几样别动它。其余的你要就拿去吧。”大姨的脸上先是一阵惊愕之情，之后是难堪之色。“你说什么呢？长这么大了，还争这几包零食。别让外人看了见笑了。啊？！快拿一些来吧！”大姨转成玩笑语气，暗示表姐们别任性。然而大表姐却不依不挠：“不给就是不给！我的东西，凭什么要给她？！”尴尬、无奈、难过等许多滋味交杂在我心中，她们的对话使我难受。局促于这方寸之中，欲出不得，我不知如何是好。开口吧，她们仿佛已忘了我的存在，还会听我的么？不开口吧，默默地等待对话结束，又似乎是要得到零食的表态。我多么希望大姨别再说了，免得表姐的刺扎在我的心上。我多么希望大表姐的话温和一点，然而她一点也不在意我的感受。我扭头看窗外沉沉的夜色，鸟儿兀地腾飞，张开翅膀剪碎、割裂了天空。我假意什么也没听到，语音却越发清晰。“拿一些来。”“不给。说了不给就不会给。”“分一些给表妹嘛……拿来！别给我丢脸了！这岂不成笑话了？！拿来！”……虽然没有看见，但表姐执拗任性的嘴脸和大姨软硬兼施兼有的表情那么真实地映在我脑里，我仿若看了个真切。我把目光投在不知说什么好的父亲身上。爸爸，我多么希望你开口说一句话，为我解围。我的自尊正被一点点摧毁，我的感情不断受到伤害……可是父亲尴尬地陷入沉默。

大姨软硬兼施、好不容易从表姐手中抢来几包零食，笑盈盈对我说：“恩！给！”我脑里一片空白，早不知如何表态。本想机械地答一声“谢谢”，话到嘴边却成了“不，我不要”，把我自己也吓了一跳。大姨更是惊愕了，呆了一会，用更温和亲切的话说：“别客气哦！收下嘛！不都是你喜欢的么？”“不，我不要。”我的语气冰冷坚决，表情因生气伤心而变得僵硬。我再一次扭头看窗外，夜色苍茫，几点星光更搅得人心烦意乱。我听得表姐孤傲的一声“哼”，听得大姨把东西塞给父亲时说的话，之后车里沉默肆延。

后来我一直铭记8月1日这个日子，它标志着我成长的另一步――开始踏入思想的第一步，开始懂得自尊、羞耻、伤心、愤怒的一步。后来我总不明白，有潮汕人好客热情特点的大姨，为什么就不能用其它方式待我好，为什么要在我面前为给我的几包零食争吵，为什么大人们会为收下别人的一点东西而不好意思却不想我们也一样？后来我总不明白为什么大人们总喜欢把自己的意愿强加在孩童身上，以为我们是玩具、是公仔么，没有自主没有想法，就可以肆意地践踏我们本就少得可怜的尊严么？孰不知，年少的我们，更看重尊严，更追求自由平等。我们在他们玩弄似的操纵下当了太久的木偶，内心渴望自己为自己扯线已久。大人们总认为，我们的尊严只是“所谓的尊严”，我们根本不懂尊严的含义。可是他们不也是这样一路走过来的吗？我们不懂尊严太深沉的含义，但至少我们不想丢脸，我们想和他们一样平等地对待这些事情。如果换成别人要大人们拿这几包小零食，甚至为此而争吵，大人们难道会心安理得地收下零食吗？为什么就不能将心比心地看待我们呢？我们愿意牺牲一切来换取他们一份尊重，可他们怎么就不懂呢？
