我们宿舍里每个晚上都有蟑螂、飞虫之类小虫子飞进来，我们都又怕又不知怎么办，只好呆呆地坐着。幸好宿舍里有两个高二的姐姐保护我们，否则我们不知该如何是好。晚上虽然有点热，但是感觉很新鲜，很快便入睡。

我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友，同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

在这里十分辛苦，要自己洗衣服、晾衣服，还有许许多多的事情需要自己做主。晚上，洗完澡后，便要自己将衣服洗干净。洗衣服非常辛苦，有时怎么搓都搓不干净，直到搓得双手红通通的，才搓干净一小部分。好不容易搓干净了，接下来是扭干衣服。衣服很重，我费了很大的劲才扭干，此时我已经累得气喘吁吁了。但是还要将衣服晾上去，晾衣服的那根竹竿太高了，我又太矮了。所以我只好请宿舍里的两个高二的姐姐帮忙。

我们每天上午就上课，下午就搞活动。下午的活动丰富多彩，有时候看外教跳舞;有时候爬山;有时候到图书馆看书;有时候上网;女外教们跳舞都很厉害，有时候还玩杂技，非常精彩!晚上，我们不是上课就是看电影——小鬼当家。小鬼当家这部电影很好看，是一部教育片。在场的同学常常看的哈哈大笑，现场也常常发出热烈的掌声。

时间过得飞快，转眼间12天已经过去了。舍不得同老师分离;舍不得同朋友分离;舍不得离开美丽的中山大学;但是，舍不得也要舍得。每当想到快乐的夏令营时，我会觉得很开心，那里是我和朋友们第一次认识的地方，在那里，藏着我们多少欢声笑语……

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

As soon as everyone steps into junior middle schools, English plays an important role in our daily life. Whats more, with China entering the WTO, English has become the most popular foreign language in China. As a student, I think everyone should have a good knowledge of English. However, nowadays the majority of students have great difficulty in learning English. How does the problem come about? For me, I am into English. one day on my way home from school, i saw an old woman standing by the roadside①, with a heavy bag on her back. she seemed very worried. i went up to ask her what the matter was. the granny② told me that she had just come from the countryside to see her son, who worked in the steel works. as she had never been here before, she did not know the way to the factory. so i took her there. there was really a lot of difficulty in finding her son＇s place. the granny and her son were very thankful to me.

从来没有想过这么快就高三了；从来没有想过要怎么样去面对高三；从来没有想过高三是什么样的日子；但是如火如茶的8月，我高三了。

高一时的纯真年华，却已经成了最唯美的记忆了。回想起高一那段岁月，觉得高中最唯美的记忆非高一莫属了，没有频繁的考试，没有如山高的练习题。整天嘻嘻哈哈的过日子，没有太多的烦恼和忧愁，有空还可以和好同学好朋友结伴去玩。去看海，去爬山，去放松心情……

高二时的暑假，我和好友A君说，“放假了，我们去看海吧”！我以为A君肯定同意，不料他却说：“不去了，都快准备高三了，哪还有心思玩啊！”我被他的回答惊愕了。是啊！我们高三了，哪里有这么多时间去疯去玩了。

昨晚的思绪还在脑海里萦绕，甜酒巧克力纸飞机麦芽糖小时候的种种再次浮现眼前。不知我是怎么了？那样的想翻开那些泛黄的相片。睫毛在不停的闪烁，往事却像是云雾后的晴天，慢慢的掀开遮住的帘，带我回到那个记忆中的童年。我不能说每个人的童年都是在笑声中度过的，但我相信每个人都有那么耐人寻味的纯真年代。

回忆里想起模糊的小时候，云朵漂浮在蓝蓝的天空，那时的我们看天总是那样的蓝，水总是那样的透，鱼儿总是有眼睛有鼻子的在对我们微笑。依稀还记得，那年夏天，哥哥带着我和姐姐去那座老高老高的由红色砖堆砌而成的拱桥，每一次的见到它，我总会说那么一句话，好高丫。我们爬进桥洞，真不知当时哪里来的小勇气，能靠着桥柱这个仅有的依靠，爬进那个与水相邻的桥孔，那对当时的我来说是一次不小的挑战吧。我们在自己的小世界里吃着冰棍，看着河里依稀过往的船只，渔夫放鸟捕鱼，听着桥上参差不齐的脚步声，脚踏车的车轮声，还时不时的拿着手里的石子有技巧的扔向河里，迭起的罗汉在水面泛起层层的涟漪。而我却总是那个被哥哥和姐姐说笨的孩子，泛起的不是水花，而是匑隆的巨响，溅起的河水打湿了我们的脸庞，淋湿了我们的发丝，我们就这样唇红齿白的笑了输了的我只好屁跌屁跌地听他们差使——当跑腿。那里算是我们的秘密基地，一个总有欢声笑语的天堂。

姐姐说，我小时候就很爱吃糖果，每次带我去小店，要是不给我买，我就会不走，原来我从小就这样的爱赖皮啊，难怪一直那么胖，搞不好就是爱吃甜食惹的祸吧。

小时候的东西好像总是那样的好吃。

一角一个的甜酒巧克力，一口气买个一把，坐在闭跟廊慢慢撕开一层五颜六色的包装纸，总是先闻一闻，巧克力的幽香伴着酒精的作祟，一口一个，脸角微微泛着红晕，笑容在我们的脸上荡漾；小的时候，差不多每天我们都要睡午睡，梦中却总有一个声音在牵绊我们——麦芽糖的老伯。红的，黄的，绿的，我好像最爱吃红的了，一边吃一边搅，吃的越快，搅的也就越快，因为有人说会越搅越多，我想多的不是糖，多半是我们的口水吧，口水和糖的混合物，如此廉价，我们却是如此的幸福。我想那些年，即使，是黑白的电视、手做的弹弓、树枝的宝剑我们还是能玩出属于我们的色彩。

Hope Project is a Chinese public service project organized by official organization. It aims to help children go back to school, build Hope Primary School and improve rural conditions in poor regions.

In many poor areas in China, there are many school age children cant go to school because their families do not have enough money. As a result, they have to stay at home and help their families do the farm work. We often say that knowledge changes fate. On monday, i went bbq with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. our parents were invited to the party. everybody was excited about the holiday. i ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On tuesday, i went visiting my uncles family with my parents. we went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in shanghai. later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. we stayed for the night.

On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.

on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.

From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.

I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. 60% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee do not meet people’s expectations, for a park is considered to be a place where the public can have a good time when they are not busy either at home or at work. If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city will take on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.

With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

be enrolled② by a famous university.

That is my family. All the members in my family live in harmony③. We love
