In recent years ninny cities are faced with the problem of heavy traffic.

People have to waste more time on their way home or to work and even might be

involved in an acci dent. With the development of industry and population

expansion, this problem becomes more and more serious.

One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages.

For ex ample, it can efficiently decrease the number of buses and trucks in many

main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more

crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines

should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be

greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people

wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the

two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus

lines in downtown.

I study in XX middle school. My school is very big and beautiful.

I often get up atX.00 a.m. Ten minute later I have my breakfast. Our classes begin at X.00 a.m. we have eight lessons every day. I often have Chinese,English and Maths lessons in the morning. I go home for lunch at about X.00 p.m. From X.XX to X.XX p.m, we have other lessons like Geography, History, Biology, Political and PE.

I don’t like play basketball,football and pingpang. But I like run.

暑假的一个星期六上午，我想让房子变得更加干净明亮，给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜，所以就在家里做家务，扫扫地，拖拖地。

第一项工程是扫地。我拿出扫帚，眼睛在家里看来看去。呀!沙发下面好多灰啊!我就从这里开始吧!不过，这要把风扇关掉，不然扫出来的灰尘会“长了翅膀”的哦!如果还会有灰尘四处飞扬，那就洒点水应该可以了。

我拿着扫帚，趴在地上，一点一点把里面的灰尘向外扒着，灰褐色的灰尘就一点一点被我赶了出来。我真没想到，沙发下面居然藏了这么多不速之客。说实话，灰尘它们真像一群小魔鬼，一会儿在地上，一会儿在天上，一会儿飞起来，一会儿落下去，甚至空气中都还有肉眼看不到的灰尘。最后，这些灰尘“偷渡者”一起住进了它们的住所--垃圾桶。

第一项工程完成了，接着是第二项工程--拖地。我先把拖把放入卫生间的水池中，让它浸湿，再踩干一点，拖把似乎怕痒，每踩一下，都“咯吱”笑一声，等拖把不滴水了，我就将拖把拿出来，从客厅开始拖起。我从门口开始工作，我推磨一样，推一下，扯一下，一直拖到最后一个地方--副卧室的电脑桌那儿。在电脑桌下面，有一块黑黑的东西，不知道是什么，我得好好地拖一拖。不过，我用拖把在上面碾了好几下，发现处理它很困难，因为它粘在地面太紧了。不过，再难我也要试试，我可不想半途而废。我把拖把放在黑色东西上面，用脚踩在拖把上，死劲用脚蹭了蹭，终于把黑色的东西蹭掉了。我仔细一看，居然是一块口香糖!这是谁干的好事啊!我猛然记起，这不是我上周吐在地上的吗?我立刻脸红了。

干完这一切以后，我已经汗流浃背了，而且手臂酸痛不已。原来做清洁那么辛苦，我才做了一次清洁就累得像狗一样，可妈妈几乎每天都要做清洁，妈妈啊妈妈，您为了这个家付出了多少劳累啊!以后，我一定要多帮妈妈分担家务，让妈妈减轻负担。

爸爸妈妈回到家，眼前一亮，看到家里那么干净，给了我一个灿烂的微笑和大大的拥抱，我的心里也暖暖的!

如果你要问我暑假里最难忘的经历是什么，那么我一定会说：当然是“疯狂”的外语课了!

为什么会是“疯狂”的外语课呢?事情是这样的。我之前的外语课学的是“剑桥少儿英语”，妈妈听了老师的建议就又给我报了一个“新概念英语”班。可是剑桥班的课程还没有上完，怎么办呢?在妈妈的鼓励下，我开始了每天两班并行的学习经历。

一开始，我就感到了前所未有的学习压力。剑桥班的课是复习课，每天要复习50多个单词，背短语、句型，还要准备包括读写、听力、口语的级别测试;新概念的课是新课，每天有好多新单词、短语和句型，还要读课文、背课文。并且，新概念是美音，和我之前听的剑桥英语在发音上有很大不同，我常常弄混淆。

更糟糕的是有一天下了一场罕见的大雨。楼下的小路成了小河、广场成了湖泊。爸爸穿着拖鞋把我背到了教室。我感到很辛苦，就哭着请求妈妈放弃一个班。妈妈沉默了一会儿，把我抱在了怀里，对我说：“新概念的课是不能放弃的，而剑桥的课呢，你已经上了一年，难道你不希望通过最后的测试，为自己画一个圆满的句号么?”我说：“我想。”妈妈笑了，说：“那就要把勇气拿出来啊!”

学什么好呢？课外兴趣班中，我选择了自己喜欢的英语班和软陶班。英语班是上“美国小学”课程，教具是触摸式的白板（互动式的），我很好奇。课程结束后，有我热衷的夏令营活动。夏令营是五天四夜，你别看它时间短，但是让你增长知识，添加乐趣。夏令营的地点是河北著名的旅游风景区－鸵梁风景区。那里不但有我喜欢的青山绿水，更主要的是有我从未体验过的“悯农”活动，我特别期待。软陶班是捏“赛尔号”精灵。“赛尔号”是一款6-17岁人玩的游戏，我也是玩家之一。暑假以来，我已经捏了布鲁、巴多、吉娃、利牙鱼、利利、迪卢卡等14 个精灵了，我非常喜欢它们，没事的时候经常拿出来观赏，还向小朋友炫耀。

除了兴趣班之外，我每天要做2页口算题，预习四年级上的语文一课，然后利用大约20分钟的时间上网。上网的主要目的是去“学乐中国”做“同步课堂”，进一步巩固我预习完的课文，每次我还不忘照顾一下我的“后花园”，如果还有时间。，再欣赏一下别人的优秀作文。我打算在假期内把语文“同步课堂”做完，现在已经完成2个单元了，英语“同步课堂”打算完成一半。还有，每天半个小时的动画片是不能错过的。

这就是我的暑假生活，怎么样，很丰富多彩吧！

今年的暑假生活过得个性丰富多彩。学英语、跆拳道，还有小小主持人。虽然时光安排得有点紧迫，但我能学到更多的知识，也结识了更多的新同学和老师，心里感到挺欣慰的。 我最喜爱上的培训班要数小小主持人培训班了，因为我喜爱那里的灯光，那里的音乐，也喜爱那里的舞台，就是它让我变得爱说、爱笑，变得开朗、大方，也变得更加自信。那里就是尽情展示自我的地方。 记得一个星光灿烂的星期六晚上，小小主持人培训班要举行“庆奥运·贺佳绩”文艺汇演，很荣幸我被老师选中了，此时的我心里既紧张又兴奋。妈妈早就带我去影楼化了妆，一看自我，真就是帅呆了。我一登上舞台，只见台下人头攒动，三百个座位的大礼堂座无虚席。好多学校的校长、老师都坐在前排，连温岭电视台的东男阿姨也来捧场了。

当轮到我上场的时候，我迈着平稳的步伐，不慌不忙地走到舞台中央，然后清了清嗓子，用充满激情的声音说：“今夜礼花满天，仲夏的北京见证天国奇迹，铸造荣耀颠峰，今夜。”霎时，雷鸣般的掌声此起彼伏，我向台下深深地鞠了一躬，然后高兴地跑下台来。 “真就是台上一分钟，台下十年功啊，我的汗水总算没有白付。”我暗暗地对自我说。

The summer vacation had come round again。 I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while。 Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation， I made a plan as to how to spend it。 First， I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them。 Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise， such as walking， running rowing， to keep me physically strong。 It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time。 I did， because I lived up to what I had planned。

Nowadays, the environment has been polluted seriously. Take my hometown for

example, when I was very small, I could swim in the river and catch fish, but

now, the water is very dirty and there are full of trash. The government has

made many action to return the green and it is everybodys duty to bring the

world some green. March 12th is the tree planting day and students are called to

plant trees. I take part in this activity all the time and the trees I grew last

year have grown much taller. I am so proud of making the world green. Without

it, we could not live for long.

我拿着我的暑假课程表给爸爸妈妈看，他们都夸我很聪明，也对我的暑假计划很支持。我相信，这个暑假我肯定能完成我想要完成的事情的!

我在奶奶家发生了许多有趣的事，但是有一件事让我永生难忘，今天我就给你讲一讲。

去年的暑假，我回奶奶家的农村玩。早上起来，我就看到了爸爸给我的微信：你自家在家呆一天，爸爸和爷爷出去办一点事，晚上回来。然后我就起来吃了早上的饭菜。吃完了早饭我去了前院，看看有没有什么好玩的，我到了前院看到了猪，我想到了城市里的狗要溜达，猫也要出去透透气，鸡也要出去走几圈，我觉得猪也不例外。我就拿了三十几把钥匙，试了几把，不怎么好使，我就不试了，回房子里吃冰棍去了。吃了一会儿，我就听到了汽车发出的声音，我以为是狗在作妖，我就没过去，又过了几分钟，听到了房子的门“咣当”一声响，我赶忙跑了出来一看，十几头猪跑了出来，我看见一头小猪不知怎么跑到了桌子上，猪爸爸和猪妈妈在使劲地拱桌子，可是拱不下去，它们一家都在用力地拱，终于把桌子给拱翻了，可是小猪卡到暖气缝中，我给小猪抱了出来，还好，小猪的皮很厚，没摔坏它，我把它放在了地上，但是剩下的几头猪没消停，它们把碗打碎了两三个，把我的暑假作业也给弄坏了。

这次展览的主题是青海的变化。分为两大部分，一是变化前的青海;二是变化后的青海。走进展厅，我首先看到的照片是一座座破旧不堪的小土房和一条长长的街道，人烟稀少。原来那是现在非常繁华的西门。我看了后大吃一惊，想不到前前后后才过了十几年，竟然有这么大的变化，真是想不到。第二幅照片跟第一幅比相对繁华一些，有一片黑压压的老房子，许多小商贩在街上叫卖，几个老百姓凑在跟前看。一看旁边的字幕，原来是现在西宁市的中心，最繁华的地带大十子。真是变化惊人呀!接下来的几张都是西宁以前旧面貌的照片。突然有一张照片让我停下脚仔细观察起来，这是在青海的一个小县城的农村里，一个七八岁大的小男孩蹲在井边打水，从照片上可以看见水桶里的水还不到半桶，水上面漂浮着一些树一杂草。

于是我想：“水那么脏，他们还能喝么?井里面水已经干枯，他们以后怎么办呢?”想着想着，我心中顿时有了怜悯之心，不知不觉中眼泪一滴一滴掉了下来。接下来这一张是一个牧民坐在辽阔的草原上，手里拿着皮鞭，离他不远的地方有一群小羊在吃草。白白地小羊在加上绿绿的草地和蓝蓝的天空，真是风吹草地见牛羊。过了一会儿，第一部分参观完了，该参观第二部分了。走进二号展厅，感觉眼前一亮，完全变了一种感觉，跟刚才截然不同。首先映入眼帘的一幅照片是夜晚的一架高速公路，路旁边是用彩灯装饰的一条线，沿着公路一直向前延伸，就像一条巨龙，在空中起伏，壮观极了。接下来这幅是在白天，市区里高楼大厦到处都是，放远销汽车在立交桥上川流不息。一片繁荣昌盛的景象。这跟前面几幅图截然不同，可见青海在这几年里发展多么快呀!

生活是多么美好啊!自从改革春风吹进了家家户户，人们的生活都好了，让我一起热爱生活，共建美好未来吧!

I like to make friends a lot, because I like to share opinions with them.
