“知了！知了！”枝头的蝉儿飞来飞去，向人们通报着夏天的喜讯。池塘里的荷花一朵挨着一朵，好像准备一起开放。水中的鱼儿钻出水面，一会儿沉入水底无影无踪，像在玩儿。路边的蜻蜓飞到荷花上，不停飞舞。青蛙们有的在水中游泳，有的在唱歌，有的在荷叶上睡着了，有的跳来跳去捉虫子。

骄阳似火！路上的行人满头大汗，像呆在蒸笼里。家家户户开着空调，吃着水果。西瓜葱绿的皮，鲜红的瓤，凉凉的，甜甜的。紫红的杨梅，又酸又甜。拨了皮的桃子，露出米黄色的果肉。

夏天的地，金光灿灿。夏天的天，瓦蓝瓦拉。夏天的云，雪白雪白。夏天的树，郁郁葱葱。夏天的太阳，红红火火。
