信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

其中日期的写法，如1997年7月30日，英文为：july 30，1997(最为普遍);july 30th，1997;30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。

2、信内地址(inside address)

其中在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：

3、称呼(salutation)

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号(英国式)，也可以用冒号(美国式)。

(1)写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名(这里指名字，不是姓氏)。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。

(2)写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman(gentlemen)。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。

(3)写给收信人的信，也可用头衔、职位、职称、学位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如：dear prof. tim scales, dear dr.john smith。

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

我们有时可看到在称呼与正文之间有re：或subject：(事由)字样。一般在信纸的中间，也可与“称呼”对齐。还应在底下加横线，以引起读信人的注意，使收信人便于在读信之前就可了解信中的主要内容。事由一般在公务信函中使用，也可以省略。

For most university students, dormitory life is a new experience. Most students have never lived far away from their parents before coming to university. They have always had their parents to depend on for advice and guidance, and when they become university students, their lives begin to change.

There are striking difference between home life and dormitory life. Student must begin to be responsible for their own action. They must depend on themselves to get up in the morning on, time for class, to eat properly, to keep their clothes and themselves clean ,and to set aside an appropriate amount of time for study and relaxation. They must also learn to take care of their money, making sure to preserve enough for both necessities and for fun.

In general, there are both good and bad points about life in student dormitory. Often, dormitory?rooms are small and crowded. This lack of space can limit ones privacy and make it?difficult for students to concentrate on their studies. 大家好!

天是我们XX大学的开学典礼，很荣幸今天我可以在这里代表大一的新生发言。

时光似水，日月如梭。昨天我们还在考场为自己的理想拼搏，今天为了相同的梦想相聚在这里。还能记得，一年前满脸稚气的我们志存高远，憧憬着自己美好的未来;三个月前胸有成竹的我们为高考做最后的拼搏，穿过激情六月，体会这圆梦的瞬间。“十年寒窗终成就”，从今天起，我们背负着亲人的嘱托，肩负着祖国的期望，怀揣着美好的理想，兴奋地跨入了大学的殿堂，踏上了人生旅途的新征程，续写着人生奋斗的新篇章。

曾经的我们幼稚的以为大学会是一座避风港，认为只要跨进大学的门，我们的前途定会无限光明。可是当自己真正的走进了校园，我才明白大学的意义所在。大学生活是人生的重要阶段，特有的校园文化，将使我们从稚嫩走向成熟，从浮想走向理想。大学的生活对于我们来说定将是一次历练，我们迎来的也定将是一次蜕变。

如今的我们正值青春年少，“恰同学少年风华正茂”，处于人生最美阶段的我们要乐观开朗，张扬个性，不被旧俗束缚，富于创新，同时又要稳重内敛，慎思明辩，继承发扬先辈的传统。砥砺品格，博学笃志，发奋图强。新的学期就要开始了，让我们以先人为坐标，以学长为榜样，牢记领导、老师和父母的深切期望，在未来的大学生活中，我们定会：

1 尽快适应大学的新生活，尽快明确学习奋斗目标，并全心投入。踏踏实实的过好每一天，不要将理想仅仅挂在嘴边，最后将希望挥霍成绝望。理想和现实间隔着今朝勤奋刻苦的积累，虚度光阴等于慢性自杀。莫等闲，白了少年头，空悲切。

2、学会包容，共同营造团结友爱的氛围。我们都还是刚刚飞离家庭爱巢的小鸟。离开了家庭的庇护，我们更要学会尊重别人，同心同德，互爱互敬，同舟共济，共同铸就美好的明天。

3、 尊师肯学，持之以恒。学习是一个艰辛的过程，只要有恒心，才可以实现心中的梦想。古人云，天道酬勤。我们会一如既往的勤学善问，不为路途坎坷而放弃希望，不为志大才疏而暗自怅然。

4、丰富社会经验，努力提高自己的实践能力。大学生活是我们人生新的起点，也是我们踏入社会的跳板。涉世之初的我们，必须清楚的认识到还有很多知识要我们去学习，还有很多的经验要我们积累。荣辱已成过去，未来是一块新的画布，等待我们涂上美丽颜色展示我们新一代的风采。让我们深刻领会老师的教诲，努力提高实践能力和技能，做适应社会发展的复合型实用人才。

5、秉承“实事求是，经世致用”的校训和“兼容并包、自强不息、务实创新、与时偕行”的宁大精神。今天的我们以宁大为骄傲，经过我们的努力，明天宁大定会以我们为骄傲。

我们用青春写下诗行 ，我们让梦想舞动辉煌，用顽强拼搏打造理想，用无悔的汗水锻造我们明日的辉煌，举胸中豪情，倾热血满腔，年轻的我们站在新的起跑线上又怎能落后?我拼，我赢。我信，我行。让我们告别盛夏的流火，应承金秋的丰硕，用青春诠释我们曾经的誓言——不作懦弱无能的退缩，不作毫无意义的彷徨，我们将带着从容的微笑，让梦想张开翅膀，让雄心和智慧散发光芒!谢谢大家!

军训已经一周多了，在这一周里我们付出了汗水与辛苦，也收获了许多。

立正、稍息 听着这些已经熟悉的口令，我们都已经被融进了军营的那种氛围中了。小时候向往军营，向往那和平绿，总是梦想着长大后有一天自己也能穿上绿军装成为他们其中一员。

渐渐长大后，明白了一些事，也懂得了一些道理，不再像孩提时的幼稚，多了几分现实，没有理想的生活是空洞的，迷茫的，可是空有理想的生活也是浮浅的。

高中时的军训只是一周，那时的我们在花季雨季徘徊，无知，迷茫是我们脸上的表情，一周的军训收获甚少，只是知道军训苦，让人受不了，脸上晒的掉了一层皮，在也不想当军人，这时高中，青涩的季节，让我们匆匆走过了那段青涩的年龄。

而今，我们都已长大，成了人们所谓的成年人，从走进大学的那一天，大家期盼着，等待着军训，可是一年过去了，大家的热情消减了不少，军训的时间到了，可是因为自治区的大庆，给学校下达了政治任务，男生参加大庆表演训练，女生回家等待下一年军训，这是一个令人失望又高兴的消息。大家可以回家了，可是明年当大家的激情都退却的时候我们依然逃不过啊!

真正军训的时间到了，有人欢喜，有人悲啊!可是不管怎样总是逃不过去了。大家无一例外穿上了迷彩装。从教官来后一直反复着乏味训练。但军训也不是想象中那样痛苦，欢声笑语，歌声也在其中，大家还是都很积极的。这也许就是团结的力量吧!

军训中我学到了很多新的知识，端正了自己的站姿等。虽然，军训一眨眼就过去了，但它现在还让我记忆犹新，仿佛 切就发生在眼前，好像刚刚结束一样，因为这是我第一次军训。都说难忘的都是第一次，这句话说得一点都没错。还有一周的时间，我们相信，没有逃兵，大家一定都会坚持下去，将军训进行到底，取得一个好成绩。
