How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. Im in my third year now in Environmental Sciences. And what do I want to do with my B.S. once I graduate? Become a librarian. 记得在新生入学教育大会上，我就表达了对你们的期望：学会独立生活、独立学习、独立思考。我还以“厚—薄—厚”来浓缩王国维的三种治学境界。我是多么想把我所学的一切知识都和盘托出，我是多么地想把多年来积累的读书经验与你们分享。但是看到你们稚嫩的脸庞，我知道你们要走的路还很长。我为你们担心，在这个竞争愈发激烈的时代，你们将来要面对的生存压力也是巨大的。对你们而言，能否在未来的生存竞争中立于不败之地，关键在于你能否规划好四年的大学时光，充分利用大学这个舞台来完善自我、充实自我、提升自我。

军训是你们大学生活的第一课，它可以增强你们的组织性和纪律性，去掉你们身上的惰性。但是军训对于一直被娇宠的你们而言，确实是异常艰苦。当我看到你们被晒得通红的脸蛋时，我很心疼，但我还是吼着让大家坚持、坚持、再坚持;当我看到大家拖着疲惫不堪的身躯在坚持训练时，我却只能在一旁给大家鼓劲。然而当我看到大家的正步踢得由凌乱到整齐时，我的内心又是无比的欣慰;当我听到你们气壮山河的口号时，更是难以按捺心中的兴奋。学会忍耐、学会坚持是你们军训上的最宝贵的一课。而“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，应该是对你们军训生活的完美阐释。

正是军训中你们的表现打消了我此前的诸多忧虑。你们对环境适应的速度如此之快，你们的耐受能力如此之强，你们的团队合作如此之默契……这一切无不体现着当代大学生特有的青春与活力。不知不觉中，军训已快进入尾声，但这只是大学生活的起点。“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”愿你们朝着梦想的彼岸，扬帆起航，乘风破浪!

How to protect our environment

We all know it is becoming more and more important to protect our environment well.We should stop cutting down trees ,dropping litter everywhere and throwing waste before it is processed. It has caused lots of problems such as much rich land becomes desert;Rivers become dirty ;The air is becoming worse and worse ;The temperature is becoming hotter and hotter.So we must do something to change the situation.Wed better walk or ride bikes to work or go to school instead of driving a car,We mustnt use plastic bags.Our government must take some measures to prevent factories producing smoking etc.
