周二上午课间操的时间，我们班与五班展开了一场激烈的拔河大战。这是我们班的首场比赛，好多同学以前没有参加过拔河比赛，而我以前参加过，多少有些经验，便告知大家：一起喊“一二一”，喊“二”时一起用力。很快。两班同学各就各位了，大家摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，都有胜券在握的样子。

一声清脆的哨响，比赛开始了！同学们身体向后倾斜，大家都咬紧了牙关，无法将那“一二一”挤出牙缝。有的同学眼睛瞪得溜圆，脸颊红彤彤的；有的同学腮帮子鼓起，青筋都暴露出来；更有的同学龇牙咧嘴，仿佛很痛苦一般……

我也在他们之中，使出九牛二虎之力，心里只有一个念头：为了班级荣誉，一定要撑下去！可是红标记却慢慢向对方移去——我们输了！同学们皱起了眉，嘟起了嘴，对方却得意洋洋。

关键的第三局到了，拔河比赛吸引了许多初二初三的同学前来助阵。哨声一响，加油声铺天盖地袭来，有如排山倒海之势。操场上瞬间人声鼎沸，加油声回荡在校园內。震耳欲聋的声音使我们听不见啦啦队的“一二一”，大家只好不停地使劲，绳中间的红标记一左一右，像个迷路的孩子，东看看西瞧瞧，不知往哪去。双方僵持许久，“迷路的孩子”终究走入了对方的家门。同学们像霜打的茄子，垂头丧气地回到了教室。

这次的拔河使我明白了力量要用到点子上。人心齐，泰山移。我们虽然输了，但同学们在阳光下，操场上，肩并肩，脚靠脚，同心协力，永不放弃的画面却永远定格在我的脑海中。

It was pretty sunny last Monday , I , together with a few my alien friends and gusts cycled to your holley destination —— the Great Wall. To tell you the truth , we have been imagining visiting there for quite a long time , and eventually we fulfilled our dream .

After approximately one hour’s cycling , the grand splendid construction appeared in front of us . “our efforts count!” one of my foreign friends shouted stimulatedly. The Great Wall, which looks much likely a huge stationary dragon , lies silently on the beautiful , historical ground . “That’s regarded as the symbol of China ! ” I said proudly ,’It is one of the ten architecture miracles on the earth ! ’

With a delightful and modest sensation , we walked upwards the respectable construction , feeling the incredible intelligence of ancient Chinese architects and labours . In the process of climbing , I sincerely wish that China would become stronger and stronger.

We spent the whole afternoon on the wall , and no one felt like going back until too late in the evening . We do enjoy this significant journey !

在一个阳光明媚的中午，我漫不经心的背着背包，走在我熟悉的那条小路上，火辣的阳光照射着大地，燥热的天气使我感到郁闷。

在这条熟悉的小路上，树叶被微风吹的沙沙作响，演奏着一首美妙的交响曲。路边，几个小男孩正在路边的树荫下玩着皮球，不时发出银铃般的笑声。我也有点累了，看见这里正好有树荫，便找了个地方坐了下来，我从背包里拿出矿泉水，喝了一口，便仰着头看着头顶上随风摇曳的树叶。许久，我看见一个小皮球“砰——砰——”的从人行道上滚出来。我扭头一看，树荫下的小男孩们正乱成一团，个个急得像无头苍蝇。这时，小男孩中那个个子稍大的孩子向皮球奔去，我刚要伸出手拦住他，可是一切都迟了，他跑得太快了，此时他已经跑到路中央了。在此刻，他毫不知道在同样的时间里，一辆载满人的大客车正以飞快的速度向前奔来，大客车不停的发出鸣笛，车上的人们也发出一阵尖叫。小男孩被这突如其来的意外吓傻了，一动不动的呆在原地，眼看着大客车就要撞过来了，一条年幼的生命即将转瞬即逝。在这千钧一发之际，突然有一个阿姨纵身一跃，用力地将孩子一推，大客车猛的一刹车，终于在离孩子一米远处停下来了，孩子只是哭闹了一会就安然无恙地抱着皮球离开了，可是那位好心的阿姨却晕倒在了路上。司机立即拨打手机，叫来救护车。看着救护车远去的尾灯，我不禁佩服那位阿姨的正义与勇气，当看见孩子落难时，我的双脚却牢牢的粘在地上不肯移动，因为我实在没有勇气去那样做。

事后，我去医院看望了那位阿姨，我问她：“阿姨，你在救那个孩子的时候，有没有害怕呢？”她很从容地答道：“当然有啊！”我又继续问道：“那当时你的脑海里是否存有放弃救他的念头呢？”她坚定地答到：“我从一开始就没有想过放弃救他，虽然我害怕过，但我却战胜了它！”

这事过去了一年多了，当我再次想起时，心中难免一阵荡漾。这就是正义与勇气的力量，一句话说得好啊：最可怕的敌人，就是没有舍己为人的勇气。只有像阿姨一样，拥有舍己为人的精神，拥有一身正义与勇气，才能获得所有人的尊重。
