1、信头(heading)

信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

其中日期的写法，如1997年7月30日，英文为：july 30，1997(最为普遍);july 30th，1997;30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。

2、信内地址(inside address)

其中在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号(英国式)，也可以用冒号(美国式)。

(1)写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名(这里指名字，不是姓氏)。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。

(2)写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman(gentlemen)。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。

(3)写给收信人的信，也可用头衔、职位、职称、学位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如：dear prof. tim scales, dear dr.john smith。

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

我们有时可看到在称呼与正文之间有re：或subject：(事由)字样。一般在信纸的中间，也可与“称呼”对齐。还应在底下加横线，以引起读信人的注意，使收信人便于在读信之前就可了解信中的主要内容。事由一般在公务信函中使用，也可以省略。

再一个就是学生的安全，往往就是一些忽略到的安全问题造成的不好现象，这是需要及时的关注，实时的掌握孩子这些动态，保证孩子在园内的安全情况，相对来讲孩子的安全意识还是摆在前面在，毕竟有了这种安全的意识，不管是在什么方面的，我相信掌握一定的程度，相对而言孩子在日常中就会避免很多的危险，这不是现在的一个单纯的想法，对于我们__幼儿园的执行能力来讲，在接下来的工作当中一定会落实到实际。

二、家长工作

学生的在学校的情况，家长应该及时知道，同时学生在家里部分情况老师也应了解，这是相互的，在学学校跟在家里这是一样的，幼儿孩子很多心理，思想上或者某一个上面，家长跟老师是最直接的了解者，这个学期的主要工作需要跟家长方面交流好，也让家长在我们需要的信息方面，孩子的学习心态方面提供很多的帮组，我作为班主任在这个学期把孩子的情况反馈是一方面，还是需要向家长提示很多，比如在家里需要做什么，在日常学习要注意什么。

三、公平公正的对待学生

幼儿的心理是比较单纯的，所以一些偏见，跟奖励制度的偏心是不可取的，我们园讲究一个多夸奖少批评教学方式，学生需要这些东西，需要家长的一个肯定，不仅仅说的是在接下来的学习当中，更应该体现在每一天生活，对待学生一定公平公正，不让学生有什么心理上面的不平衡，都说这是很关键的，现在的我也是这般认为，毕竟这个时候学生是比较单纯的，接下来的一个管理当中不管是在什么方面，只要是关于孩子心理这些，还有一些奖惩方面，采取公平公正对待。

首先，上课的时候，要认真听讲，不做小动作，不和同学交头接耳，好好努力学习，在新的学期又应该给自己订一下目标才好。像电视里说的那样，“时光如水，生命如歌。”的确，初中3年的生活在忙碌中已经从们身边察过，现在开始的是高中的生活，又是一个新的学期，新的集体，新的生活。回想起去年的生活，是那么的糟糕。怕未来的天空是黑暗的，不希望的未来是黑暗的，想的未来是光明，有意义的，那么现在只有好好学习，努力去奋斗，初中3年的时间被错过了，现在要在高中职业学校好好学，希望能学到一技之长。

Until now I’m not sure if I really have interest in teaching, although I, as a free normal student, am supposed to be a teacher in the future. How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. 初3，是决定自己人生的关键时期，命运掌握在自己手中，如何抉择自己决定。成绩是自己升学的见证，成绩的好坏由字决定。时间由自己安排，我不想辜负家人，朋友对我的期望，更不能对不起自己。所以，我要在初3这个关键的时期努力，不论以前如何都要努力。

有位伟人说过：“态度决定一切”态度的好坏可以决定自己的人生，所以我要端正自己对学习的态度。首先要改变自己的缺点。

目标是我们通往成功的地图，想取得成功，首先要为自己树立一个目标，不同的目标驱动着我们相同的梦想，只有付出了行动，迈出我们坚实的步伐，才能让我们达到成功的彼岸，确定了目标，就要为它而努力拼搏，我们要立长志，不要常立志，我的目标是考上双峰一中，既然树立了目标，就要努力。

在这个崭新的学期里为自己而奋斗吧!

即将要开学了，我升入了小学。是全校最高年级，学校对我们各方面都严格要求，我也想以崭新的精神面貌，投入新学期的学习、生活当中，特定计划如下：

1、每天上课专心听讲，认真完成各科作业，做到书写工整、美观;

2、每天要有30分钟读书时间，看报纸、课外书籍、坚持摘录好词佳句，丰富语言;

3、针对数学计算马虎的问题，每天保证10分钟的练习时间，提高计算的准确性;

4、做到不懂就问，不会就学，对当天出现的问题及时解决，对当天出现的作业的错误及时改正，扎扎实实地学好文化知识。

5、写好单元总结，每学一单元后，要对所学的知识进行分类整理，查找漏洞，总结学习方法，提高学习成绩;

6、每个星期去一次新华书店，只有博览群书，才能开阔眼界、丰富知识;

以上是我新学期的学习计划。我一定按照计划去做，严格要求自己，朝着‘三好学生”的方向努力，做一名合格的小学毕业生。

「 好的开始就是成功的一半」，这句话点醒了还沉睡在漫长暑假中的我。日月如梭，暑假就像火箭一样，咻一下就过去了。在这个暑假中，我各方面都有些进步，这都 是我努力的结果，这让我了解「天下无难事，只怕有心人」的真谛。相信开学后，只要抱着同样的希望，新的学期必定能过的很充实。于是，我决定开始实施我的 「超级e计划」。

超级e计划的第一部份—记忆宝盒go!计划：从前我时常忘记带上课要用的东西，就打电话给外婆想办法，害她像热锅上的蚂蚁，紧张兮兮的为我张罗， 快马加鞭的送到学校给我，有时候也只好硬着头皮跟一些乐于助人的同学借来用。今后，我决定要在睡前有条有理的把应带物品，一一备妥，还要检查书包免的遗忘 东西，又要麻烦家人像陀螺似的，为我跑来跑去，我一定要养成在上学前的晚上把书宝和应带物品整理好的习惯，才不会等到了学校，才发觉又忘了，而因此着急。

第二计划是—英语一级棒：我要和英文老师多沟通，让我的英语步步高升，也增加我和老师的认识，会是一举两得。但是在写作方面，因为我认识的英文单 字不多，需要多多加强，因此，我决定每个礼拜至少要写一篇读书心得，增加实力，还要多看别人好的文章，多听音文CD，并加强文法的学习。相信我的英文作文 一定能大有进步。

新学期的新希望，需要身体力行才能实现。相信只要我有破釜沉舟的决心，就有成功的希望。一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴，我要好好把握这个新学期，奋发向上，一鼓作气，朝我的目标前进吧!

Ladies and gentlemen,From Chart 1, we can see high school students are from different family backgrounds.

Besides local students, who make up 91 percent, eight percent of the students are the children of non-local workers. Another 1 percent are foreigner students.

As is shown in chart 2, sixty percent of them intend to go to university, which is double the

number of those who will attend vocational schools. Besides, the other ten percent choose to go abroad for further study.

In conclusion, it seems clear that our city government has made more efforts to help the non-local workers, whose children can enjoy the equal right of a good education with the city

students. Also with the economic development of our city, more foreigners are attracted to set up businesses here and they are happy to send their children to local schools to learn more about China and Chinese culture. In addition, we have more freedom to choose what we would like to do after graduation. Going to college is no longer the only choice for most of us as it was years ago.

一个漫长的假期已过去,迎来的是一个美好的新学期。迎着早晨的第一缕阳光,我们又重新回到美丽的校园,开始了新一学期的征途。

在过去的旅途中,无论你是否拥有过欢笑,拥有个阳光,这都已成为永远的记忆,加上一把锁将它封闭起来吧!摆在我们面前的一切都是新的,你看见了吗?新的生命正在破土而出.由于现实的残酷,我们将化身为一个个骑士,抹掉胸口上的创伤,拿上我们的武器,整装待发,新学期的目标你确定了吗?

也许你的目标是考上自己理想的初中,也许你的目标是追赶上某位同学,目标可以不同,但是绝对不能没有,更重要的是有了目标后,我们一定要为此付诸行动,全力以赴,这些没有必要拿张纸唰唰大笔抹几下,但是在你的头脑中一定得有个奋斗目标,有个全套打算,没有目标就是没有终点,一个连自己终点,都不知在哪里的人,将如何完成这段旅程,当然这一路不会是一帆风顺,

所以首先，上课的时候，我要认真听讲，不做小动作，不和同学交头接耳，要力争把老师课堂上讲的知识全部消化;对于疑难问题，要不耻下问，虚心向老师和同学请教。

其次，要认真完成老师布置的所有作业，做到一丝不苟。课堂作业当堂完成;课后作业和家庭作业也要按时独立完成。

第三，要做好语文课的课前预。对于预习字词，成语，要先查字典把它认会，弄懂意思;还要学会给课文分段，用最简短的语言写出每段的段落大意，然后总结课文的中心思想;对于每篇课文的课后题，要先试着去做;对于课文和课后题不理解和不会做的地方，要先把它在书上划下来或记下来，第二天上课时带着问题去听讲，还可以在课堂上向老师请教。

第四，要利用星期天和节假日，继续参加奥数、英语，多读课外书，不断丰富自己的知识。要挤出时间，多干事。

总而言之，在新的学期里我要更加努力，争取每门功课都取得好成绩，当一个各方面都平衡发展的学生!
