期盼已久的寒假终于到来了，同学们一定都会有什么计划吧?当然，我也不例外，下面，就请听一下我的“趣味寒假”吧!

我的寒假主要分为2个大计划，第一个计划是这样的。首先要在过年之前把寒假作业统统写完!要怎么写呢?从1月15日开始到1月29日，才15天啊!没关系，看看我的小计划吧!

4天之内，把寒假作业本写完。每年假期不到5天我就写完作业本了，今年我要破纪录!

1天之内，把手抄报、画画、手工艺品做完。这个比较轻松。

5天之内，把作文写完。要知道，汉语和朝语总共14篇呢，虽然有点勉强，但我觉得还是可以完成的。

5天之内，把日记写完。日记嘛，总共才12篇，不多，不多!

这样，15天之内就完成作业了!

下面是第2大计划，请洗耳恭听!

我和我的好朋友小良(化名)要以老师教同学的方式互相交流文学，所以每个人必须准备教材。我负责音乐学，小良负责美术学。音乐学要交的是各种音乐家的身世、背景，还有作曲等。美术学要交的是画画、服装设计等。当然啦，课外阅读嘛，我们两个要准备几本好书，互相分解书主要写了什么，要强调什么。此外，我们还要在作文网内写一写作文，增强写作水平。

我的寒假计划不错吧?呵呵，这就是我的“趣味寒假”!

同志们：

按照省委和孝感市委的统一部署和要求，我市从去年开始启动实施了“年轻干部成长工程”，大家在众多选拔对象中脱颖而出，成为了后备干部。在此，我代表市委向大家表示热烈祝贺!本期培训班是“年轻干部成长工程”的一个重要组成部分，希望大家倍加珍惜这次学习机会，乐于学、勤于思、敏于行。下面，我就年轻干部的成长问题谈五点希望，与大家共勉。

一、坚定理想信念，做到知行合一

理想信念是一个人思想和行动的指南。年轻干部要志存高远，树立远大理想，同时又要脚踏实地，做到知行合一，在促进经济社会发展的实践中实现人生价值。

一是要树立远大理想。理想的滑坡是最致命的滑坡，信念的动摇是最危险的动摇。与老同志相比，年轻同志有许多优势，如学历高、文化水平高，视野宽、知识新、思想活，敢闯、敢试、有冲劲、富有激情。但部分年轻干部由于缺乏严格的党内生活锻炼，面对社会转型期的各种诱惑和腐蚀，容易误入歧途。因此，年轻干部要担当重任，坚定理想信念尤为重要。要认真学习马克思主义基本原理，始终坚持用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。始终坚定正确的政治方向，更加自觉地严守党的纪律，通过坚持不懈的理论学习和党性锻炼，以坚定忠诚的政治品格、奋发有为的精神状态、心系群众的为民情怀、创先争优的实际成效，充分展现年轻干部的良好形象。

二是要扩充知识储备。坚实的理论基础和广博的知识视野是年轻干部成长之本。大家要树立终身学习的理念，始终把学习作为一种政治责任、一种精神追求、一种思想境界、一种生活习惯。坚持加强政治理论学习，不断培育辩证思维和理性思维，时刻保持清醒头脑，努力提升运用马克思主义立场、观点、方法分析问题、解决问题的能力。自觉加强科学知识学习，注重提高统筹经济社会发展的能力。不但要系统学习经济、社会、法律、管理、科技、人文科学等专业知识，还要结合我市经济社会发展现状，系统学习“两型”社会建设、“三大板块”、“三大基地”、“三大目标”等市情知识，着力提高谋划发展、推动发展的能力，提高做好群众工作、公共服务、社会管理、维护稳定的本领。

三是要积极投身实践。认识只有在实践中才能得到检验和升华。年轻干部要牢固树立真抓实干、讲求实效的务实理念，真正做到既“仰望星空”、又“脚踏实地”，既登高远望、又知行合一。要把理想信念和实际工作紧密结合在一起，努力在实践中坚定理想、强化信念、提升能力。当前，应城正处在跨越发展的黄金期，改革发展的各项事业加快推进，为年轻干部锻炼成长提供了广阔的舞台。大家要勇于投身到条件艰苦、环境复杂、工作难度大、人民群众期盼高的基层岗位，努力争当推进科学发展、跨越式发展的排头兵，在加快建设“三大目标”的实践中施展抱负，实现人生理想。

二、加强自身修养，保持党性纯洁

保持党的先进性和纯洁性，是我们党经受住各种考验、战胜各种风险的重要法宝，也是对党员干部的基本要求。大家要不断加强党性锻炼和党性修养，时时处处以党性纯洁的基本要求对照自己、检查自己，用实际行动来体现先进性、保持纯洁性。

一是要保持政治纯洁。政治纯洁是党性纯洁的第一体现。保持政治纯洁，必须忠于信念，自觉维护党的纯洁性，做到不为困难风险所惧，不为杂音噪音所扰，不为传闻谣言所惑。必须忠于组织，在思想上、行动上与上级组织保持高度一致，切实做到个人服从组织、下级服从上级、全党服从中央，在大是大非、重大原则立场上绝不含糊。必须忠诚于党、忠诚于人民、忠诚于事业，始终保持公仆本色，践行党的宗旨，切实做到为民、敬民、爱民。

二是要保持思想纯洁。思想纯洁是立身之本、从政之基。年轻干部要保持思想纯洁，必须把社会主义核心价值体系融入自身学习和成长全过程，树立正确的权力观和事业观，始终保持高尚品德。要把奉献作为人生追求，正确处理好国家、人民和个人利益关系，切实做到立身不忘做人之本、为政不移公仆之心、用权不谋一己之私。

三是要保持作风纯洁。作风是党员干部政治素质、个人品德和精神境界的直观反映，是党性的具体体现。保持作风纯洁，务必把人民群众放在心中最高位置，尊重人民群众主体地位，尊重人民群众首创精神，拜人民群众为师，把政治智慧的增长、执政本领的增强深深扎根于人民群众的创造性实践中。保持作风纯洁，务必自觉弘扬勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗的优良传统，坚持厉行节约，坚决反对铺张浪费。保持作风纯洁，务必真抓实干，把干事创业、为民服务作为人生第一追求，深入实践，深入基层，深入群众，把实现个人理想抱负落实到具体工作中，讲实话、干实事、出实绩。

三、时刻牢记宗旨，服务人民群众

我们党在91年的奋斗历程中，始终与人民群众同甘苦、共患难，铸就了血肉联系。作为年轻干部，更要大力弘扬党的优良作风，把成长进步的根深深扎在人民群众之中，为群众谋利益，与群众有感情，向群众学本领，为群众干实事。

一是要站稳群众立场。群众立场体现了马克思主义的唯物史观，群众路线是我们党的生命线。站稳群众立场，核心是坚持以人为本、执政为民的理念，始终牢记人民利益高于一切，时时刻刻与人民群众同呼吸、共命运，始终保持与人民群众的血肉联系，以对群众高度负责的态度去引导群众，以满腔的热情去服务群众，始终把群众满意作为我们一切工作的根本出发点和落脚点，切实实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民群众的根本利益。

二是要增进群众感情。胡锦涛总书记指出，我们只有把群众放在心上，群众才会把我们放在心上，只有把群众当成亲人，群众才会把我们当成亲人。年轻干部要坚持多到群众中去，真心实意与基层群众交朋友，切身感受群众的勤劳、质朴和智慧，倾听群众心声，想群众之所想，急群众之所急，深入实际为群众排忧解难，用自己的实际行动赢得基层群众的认同和支持。

三是要坚持为民服务。坚持立党为公、执政为民，关键还需要落实到工作中。要坚持问政于民，广泛征求群众意见，推进工作依法、科学、民主实施。要坚持问需于民，认真了解群众所思所想，把群众的事当成自己的事办，帮助解决群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题。要坚持为民造福，在深入推进基层党组织“五个基本、七个体系”建设中强化服务意识，落实承诺事项，扎扎实实做出几件群众看得见、摸得着的实事来，让改革发展成果惠及人民群众。

四、强化责任意识，勇于担当使命

未来十年，是应城实现跨越式发展的“黄金十年”。立足新起点，明确新目标，实现新跨越，是时代赋予我们的历史使命。年轻干部要以更加宽广的视野、更加高远的目标、更加奋发有为的精神状态，投身到应城经济社会建设的热潮中，为促进应城跨越式发展奉献心智和力量。

一是要大胆开拓创新。改革创新是经济社会发展的根本动力。年轻干部要大胆开拓创新，彻底破除计划经济的思维定势，牢固树立市场经济理念，自觉运用市场机制和方法谋求发展、破解难题;坚决破除“官本位”意识，牢固树立服务理念，努力营造“发展第一、产业第一”的社会环境;坚决破除求稳守成意识，牢固树立开拓进取的创新理念。年轻干部不管身处哪个岗位，都应该以创新为己任，用心、上心、尽心地去思考工作中的热点难点问题，敢于和过去比，突破自己，敢于和先进比，超越他人，在不断创新实践中打开工作的新局面。

二是要勇于磨砺意志。玉不琢不成器。年轻干部要有经受磨炼的准备。胡锦涛总书记强调，年轻干部要自觉到艰苦地区、复杂环境、关键岗位砥砺品质，锤炼作风，增长才干。大家要克服浮躁心态，不能好高骛远，不能急功近利。要勇于接受组织分配的重任，勇于担责、担难，在克难攻坚中磨炼自己、提高自己，在实践锻炼中增长见识、增长才干。只有练就扎实的内功，出色地完成党组织交给的各项工作任务，才能成长为符合党和人民需要的优秀干部。

三是要始终振奋精神。毛主席曾告诫我们：“人总是要有点精神的。”良好的精神状态，是做好工作、成就事业的重要保证。年轻干部首先要把信心树立起来，把精神振奋起来，始终保持一股精气神。要热爱自己的本职工作，认真对待工作中的每一件事情，把心思集中在“想干事”上，把本领体现在“会干事”上，把目标锁定在“干成事”上。

五、常怀律己之心，严于修身励行

当前，在体制转轨、社会转型、思想多元、利益多样的环境下，要真正经受执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验、外部环境考验“四大考验”，应对精神懈怠、能力不足、脱离群众、消极腐败“四大危险”，要求我们每个党员干部特别是年轻干部，要时刻正确对待组织，正确对待责任，正确对待自己，保持健康的心理状态，提升定力、抵制诱惑。

一是要正确对待组织，保持感恩之心。正确对待组织，首先要相信组织，常怀感恩之心。每一名党员干部的成长，除了个人努力外，离不开组织培养，是组织为我们创造了锻炼磨砺、干事创业、成功成才的机会与平台。要正确对待组织的挑选，这次实施的“年轻干部成长工程”，应该来讲主要是一个“培养”工程，而不是一个“使用”工程，大家经过层层选拔进入到后备干部培养管理的行列中来，首要的任务是加强学习锻炼，提升综合素质。同时，要强化组织观念，自觉接受组织监督。严格监督、严格管理，是对干部最大的爱护。大家要自觉接受组织、群众、舆论、纪律监督，养成在严格监督下开展工作、健康生活的习惯。这次集中培训将采取“培训+测试+考察”三位一体培训模式，把培训过程作为培养干部、发现干部、考察识别干部的重要渠道，对各方面素质较好、表现突出的后备干部要重点培养;对表现不好的调整出后备干部队伍，实行动态管理。

二是要正确对待责任，保持敬畏之心。岗位和责任是辩证的关系，正确对待责任与岗位的关系，必须将责任放在首位。做为一名年轻干部，我们每个人都肩负着一定的岗位职责，所从事工作内容尽管不尽相同，但工作目标、工作要求、工作责任都是一致的，每个年轻干部只有始终常怀敬畏之心，忠于职守，热爱本职，把每一个岗位看作是一种责任，把每项工作看作是一种责任，恪尽职守，自觉奉献，才能在干事创业中提升能力素质，实现人生价值，才能在各自岗位上建功立业，得到组织和群众的认可。

三是要正确对待自己，保持自省之心。年轻干部往往容易自我感觉良好，志得意满。大家要明白，一个干部的成长进步快，不仅仅是个人努力，更重要的是组织信任，群众认可。正确对待自己，要时刻保持谦虚谨慎、不骄不躁、平实低调的作风。古人讲“见贤思齐焉，见不贤而内自省也”。自警自省，可以明是非、知得失。正确对待自己，还要时刻保持乐观积极、奋发向上的精神状态。年轻干部成长得越快，受到挫折就越容易意志消沉、一蹶不振。如果没有良好的心态，碰到问题就操之过急，处事不冷静，甚至自卑和压抑，就会损害身心，影响工作。要善于调整自己的心态，不为得失荣辱所羁绊，顺境处之淡然，逆境处之泰然。同志们，应城的美好愿景在召唤大家，市委和全市人民对年轻干部寄予厚望。希望大家牢记使命，忠诚敬业，勇于实践，奋发有为，为推进应城科学发展、跨越式发展，加快实现“三大目标”贡献自己的聪明才智。

新的一年，踏着脚步朝我们走来。愉快的寒假马上就要开始了，那么，怎样才能让这个寒假过的充实而有意义呢?我苦苦的思索了一天，终于，想好了该如何来度过这个寒假。

看些书，做些读书笔记;每天适当的做一些寒假作业;看看新闻，了解一下国家大事、社会新闻;每天运动一下，锻炼自己的身体;去图书馆、科技馆、新华书店等处，获取一些学习的机会，拓宽自己的视野;帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事……

看书。为了能让自己看一些有益的书，我早早的来到书店。书店里的书各种各样，我挑选了一些我爱看的书，把家里的书柜装得满满的。这样就不怕没书看了。我又跑到文具店里买了一本厚厚的、漂亮的笔记本，在寒假里，我一定要把它写得满满的。

运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事。帮妈妈洗洗碗、扫扫地，在妈妈感到劳累时，给妈妈泡一杯茶，让妈妈休息一会，代替妈妈做会儿。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，给爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……

这就是我的寒假计划，不错吧?

Everyone has dreams. Some want to be doctors. Some want to be scientists. Some want to be engineers. I want to be a teacher when I grow up. Because I’m good at talking to people. And I like the job. I would be nice to all my students. I would encourage them to be creative. I wouldn’t give them too much homework on weekends.Maybe I will be a manager. I would run a business and lead a team. I would work hard and make the company bigger and stronger. My teacher often says to us . “No matter what you will be ,you must work hard today”. The main thing is to know yourself and to choose the right path for you. Rich or poor, it doesn’t matter. Our biggest goal is to be happy. I think if we work hard ,our dreans will come true. We will have a good future.
