时间一天天的过去，终于，曾经年幼不听话的__班孩子们也逐渐变的懂事，有礼貌。那些顽皮的孩子，也都即将成为大班的小朋友了!作为__班的班主任，我在对这些孩子们的成长感到开心的同时也感到心中的不舍。

一、在身份上的变化

成为大班的孩子后，幼儿们也都长大了。因此，在教学上必须要让大家认识这一点!所以作为一名班主任，我必须要和其他老师们共同改变对学生们的态度和思想。在面对孩子的时候将孩子当做是一个大孩子来看待。在一些事情上让孩子自己去完成，并多多指正孩子的错误行为，让他们认识到自己的已经长大。

此外，也要加强在日常的鼓励，让大家认识到自己已经长大，要在一些生活的小事上要做到“自己的事情自己做”。如在午休穿衣和系鞋带方面的事情，我们应该在一旁教导，但不能总是去帮孩子做，要多多鼓励他们自己学会完成。

二、在教育方面

在大班的教育上，我们可以尝试多教导一些责任、纪律的自觉性方面的能力。让孩子们能保持良好的自我管理能力，这在今后适应小学生活的时候是非常重要的关键。

此外，我们也可以去参观小学的教室和课堂，提前熟悉小学的环境，并在幼儿园的课堂上多多模拟几次，帮助孩子们体会并熟悉这样的环境。

除了在对，环境和个人管理方面的教育，我们也可以适当增加一些简单的教学，提升学生的识字能力和数学能力。让学生能较好的更上小学课程。这也可用帮助孩子今后融入小学的集体。

三、家长方面

来到大班，不仅仅我们要做好改变，家长方面更要严格的去改变对孩子的要求。如在生活中多分出一些简单的家务让孩子完成，在上下学的时候将书包交给孩子自己背等。当然，也最好能适当的给予一些小奖励，鼓励孩子认识到自己的成长，并积极的向前进!

作为一名班主任，在大班的教育环节上我更要注意引导，这样才能让孩子们开开心心的走出幼儿园，并快快乐乐的走向未来!

life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

I’m pretty happy because my new term will come. I can try my best to learn English . I think I will use my heart to learn it..And I will try to be quite active at every class. 我要继续做到对班级的事情认真负责，老师派任务的时候，我要认真地倾听，认真地完成。积极督促组员完成每一项作业和任务，并且以身作则。

我要多阅读，多写赏析，多写作文，因为这些环节还有待提高，只有多看、多读、多写，才能提高自己的阅读能力和写作水平。

我要改正粗心的毛病，以前总会把简单的计算算错了，还会漏题，审题不清，每次总会很后悔。这学期我要下定决心，改掉这个坏毛病，免得又惹出笑话来。

我要改正发言不积极的毛病，每次上语文课都只举一两次手，甚至一次手都不举，这学期我决定要多多思考，多多动脑，勤发言。这样才能学到更多的知识。

我要每周进行体育运动，把身体练得好好的，不要再像上学期期末一样，生病请假，让爸爸妈妈担心。

这就是我新学期的计划，保持优点，改正缺点。在新的一学期里，各方面我都要更上一层楼，做一个优秀的好学生。

新学期又悄然来临了，就像一阵清风一样，今年的我似乎成熟了不少，因为我踏上了初一的征途，小学的历史已成为过去，空白的一页等着我尽情抒写，为此，我为自己拟定了一个新学年的计划，内容如下:

1、脚踏实地

上了初一，重点科目从小学的三科上升到了五科，而且科科是重点，作业量增多，考题难度会相应增加，学习负担明显加重。首先我要调整好自己的心态，应戒骄戒躁，然后一步一个脚印的学习，增加学习的时间，减少玩的时间，提前预习新课，激发自己对学习的兴趣。

2、注重细节

俗话说:“细节决定成败”，上了中学后，我要从细节做起，上课专心听讲，多做笔记，做到眼到、心到，耳到、口到、手到，作业认真完成，细心检查，争取一次做好，合理安排时间，不熬夜学习，保持精力和脑力，每天对所学的只是进行一个回忆，拒绝机械记忆法。

3、严于律己

在中学，我要学会独立，初中后，老师管得少了，更多的是我们自己去完成工作，为老师减轻负担。在和同学相处时我要真诚待人、同学遇到难题我应该伸出援助之手。随时严格要求自己，多为别人做事，锻炼自己的实践能力。

4、力拼到底

中学是人生的一个转折点，不论是在课堂上还是在考试时，我都应该发挥自己最大的实力，争取在年级名列前茅，为班级争光。高速学习，尽自己最大的努力进取，如果尽力了没学好不算什么，但如果没拼全力才会感到遗憾。因此，我要力拼到底!
