i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

随着冰冷的寒假离开，接踵而至的就是新学期了。新学期，新印象。进入这个学期，我就是一名初二的学生了，就不再是个还充满着天真和稚气的小女孩。老师说，初二是初中里最关键的一年，一定要把握好这年的学习，这关系到中考。这些话，总让我的心汹涌澎湃，让人期待，让人兴奋!

既然是新学期，我也要拿出新的计划来好好学习。以下是我主要的新学期的计划：

1. 关于课前，必须得好好预习，用查资料的方式来提前知道书本上讲的是什么，需要我们巩固的是什么，要牢记的是什么，要了解的是什么。

2. 关于上课的时候，要认真上课，思维要跟着老师的思维想问题，并且还要积极举手答问，做好笔记，不能开小差，更不许上课讨论一些跟课堂无关的事情。

3. 关于课后，时不时要温习一下所学过的知识。还可以再拓展课外的知识，所谓“读书百遍，其义自见”。温习时，若还是有不懂的问题，要与同学讨论，或直接请教老师。

4. 与同学们要和谐相处，不能因为一点小事就打“冷战”，对任何事情要用一颗宽容的心去包容他人。就算不是自己的错，也要好好地和同学解释清楚。初中的朋友是最纯结的，没有利益关系的存在，对友谊没有多大的影响。要珍惜现在的友谊，对朋友同学要真挚诚恳。

5. 对老师长辈要尊重，我要以微笑去对待所有长辈老师。在成长路上，是他们一路陪伴着我们，像一展照明灯一般，照亮我们的前方。

Have a good plan for the future that can remind us which direction and road shoud be towards in the next step. In this second to the end of 2014 six, I have a short-term plan that has appeared in my mind. It is clear and simple.The specific content of planare as follows.

In a short time, I must have accounting certificate. I have to learn the accountingfrom scratch before I don’t learn about accounting anything. Fortunately, I have an elective course that is accounting. It maybe can help me take the accounting certificate. I need to be patient and diligent efforts to complete the plan.

The second program is the English four levels of tests. The June next year is the English four levels of tests’ time. I think it was the only one chance to take the level Four exam in my life, so I must pass the exam! In the short term plan, I must study hard English even if I dont like it. In order to I can passed band six in college English testin the future as well.

Its not easy to finish the work during these days.But I will forget the pain while I am running on the study road. And finishing my plan for my future.

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

I will have a seven-day holiday next week. In these days, I have many things to do. First, I must finish the exercises left by teachers, Chinese, math and English. It may take me two days to finish. I plan finish them in the first and second day. And then, I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad. I miss them very much. So do they. I will stay there for three days. Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. At times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. He suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. Although I knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

What`s more, none of us could imagine how excellent his ancient Chinese literature was. What he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into English.  However, under the pressure of College Entrance Exam, the students didn`t seem to be so interested in his performance.  Therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of Times as prizes for answering questions. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. It’s very beautiful and the air was good, I bought my favorite toy : weapons. I like them very much. Shanghai’s food tasted good. Today we are very happy and tired, so we slept early in the night. The third day however, we didn’t go anywhere, we stayed in the hotel until late in the afternoon. In the evening, we came back to Tianjin by plane to. This travel was fantastic!

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal University life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal University life.

Those, however, are not what University life is all about. As we all know, University is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal University life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my University life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.

To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal University life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

At the end of the summer vacation, I cant help feeling excited and curious. How many times I have dreamed that my university life will be meaningful and beautiful.

At the beginning of university life, I think study and exercise are the most important thing. So I must improve my spoken English and written ability. Besides, I will make more friends and participate in other activities. Fortunately, I took part in two departments successfully. What a happy new for me! In my opinion, importantly, these departments can promote my comprehension and communication ability. At the same time, I will get many chances to exercise in new school life. I’m a student of Huayang No. 1 Middle School. In front of our school gate is a street, on both sides of which are many shops and restaurants. Every day during rush hour, especially at noon, stalls selling everyday goods and food appear on the street, which makes it terriblycrowded. First, cars and passersby have difficulty in passing through the street. Thus it makes it dangerous for the students to go in or out of school. Secondly, the street is made dirty with so many plastic bags and waste water everywhere.

A school, in my opinion, should be a place with clean and quiet surroundings. So I do hope some measures should be taken to improve the situation.

也许你的目标是考上自己理想的高中，也许你的目标是追赶上某位同学，目标可以不同，但是绝对不能没有，更重要的是有了目标后，我们一定要为此付诸行动，全力以赴，这些没有必要拿张纸唰唰大笔抹几下，但是在你的头脑中一定得有个奋斗目标，有个全套打算，没有目标就是没有终点，一个连自己终点，都不知在哪里的人，将如何完成这段旅程，当然这一路不会是一帆风顺，它总会有让你黯然流泪的时候，不过阴天之后总会是晴天的，因你是一个骑士，拥有骑士精神，勇敢的骑士，不会被任何困难打倒！

那么，我们需要一步一个脚印，踏踏实实地做学问，书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。让我们共同探索未知世界，向着自己的目标，奋力前进！

未满四岁，因为一份对黑白键的好奇与向往，我与电子琴结下不解之缘。勤学八载，顺利通过了中国音乐家协会的九级考试并获得最高等级——优秀。在评审意见书上，评委这样写到：“音乐感觉好，演奏自然生动，有极强的感染力与表现力，基本功扎实，能把握乐曲风格理解其内涵并淋漓表达出来，学到这个程度很不容易。”如果说学习音乐只教给我一件事，那就是要力图做一个完美的人，在勤奋与坚毅中让汗水与心灵成就饱满深情完美无瑕的乐章。现在看来，这与江南大学“精勤求学、敦笃励志、果毅力行、忠恕任事”的校训竟不谋而合。都说良好的开端是成功的一半，我的人生就是从大师们或激烈或悠远或深刻的乐章中开始的。

自幼贪恋读书，从儿童读本的《炎黄子孙四百轶事》到而今枕边的《世界史纲》、《西方哲学十四讲》;从配着插画的《唐诗三百首》到现在书橱中泰戈尔的《飞鸟集》、惠特曼的《草叶集》;从注音版的《十万个为什么》到案头《果壳里的宇宙》、《量子物理史话》……在文学与科学的海洋中畅游，在历史与文化的广袤长路中上下求索，我看到岁月涤尽铅华，沉淀下来的，满目风景美不胜收。正如高中班主任对我的评价——视野开阔、涉猎广泛，思想独到而深刻，富有创造性。我深知这个学科高度细化的时代不再会有黑格尔时代百科全书式的人物，但当今社会已进入对能够学贯中西博通古今、高屋建瓴统率全局的既专且博的优秀人才极度渴求的年代。只有放眼全球思贯中西的年轻人，才能在未来成为秩序的制定者而不是执行者。这是我一直以来孜孜以求的，也希望能在西安交大这所全国知名的综合性研究型大学得到更好的提升与发展。

古人有言：“纸上得来终觉浅，觉知此事要躬行。”志存高远固然重要，脚踏实地更是必不可少。从小到大，我的学习成绩都名列前茅，在中考中更是以全校第一的成绩考入本省最好的高中，为自己赢得了与更多优秀人才共同合作学习的机会。研究性学习、选修课、校园科技节、文艺节、体育节是我们自主创新的平台，从中科院院士、社会各届精英人物，到“嫦娥一号”的总设计师，南极科考队科学家，场场生动精彩的讲座实现了“言传身教”的影响力，也更加坚定了我成为一个优秀人才的信念。

在这所学风淳朴思想活跃的省级重点高中里，我收获的不仅是知识与学识，更是人与人的合作共赢，以及这个时代必不可少的领袖气质与领导才能。高一时就参加了化学竞赛辅导，向往揭开自然科学的神秘和美，于是怀着不带任何功利的心情快乐地学习着、发现着。不得不坦言与那些定位自己要靠竞赛保送的同学相比，我做的题实在太少，投入的精力也无法与之相较，结果自然是乏善可陈的，但我坚信生命是一个过程而非结局，在平日的自学、与同学们的交流中我培养了自己科学严谨的思维方式和对自然科学院更进一步的了解和热爱，更懂得了与他人的团结合作中求同存异共同进步。这是竞赛带给我的，注定会影响我今后人生的，比一纸证书重要许多的真正意义与价值所在。高二开学不久，在生物老师建议下报名参加生物学联赛，虽然刚刚开设生物课，自己也没有参加过一天竞赛辅导，但凭着平时科普知识的积累和赛前一周的突击，我看完了近500页的大学课本，并在最后取得了省三等奖的成绩，也更懂得了几分耕耘几分收获的要义。

由于有着初中时学生会学习部长的工作经验，在高中担任组织委员时，我能得心应手，组织了多次文艺、体育活动和各色班级活动。值得一提的是，除了一个合格的领导者，我还是一个主动、优秀的参与者。校园文化艺术节、班级诗朗诵、节目主持、《威尼斯商人》等英语话剧的排演中都有我忙碌的身影，在辩论会中作为反方主辩的我更是发挥自己知识与口才的优势，夺得了“最佳辩手”奖项。这些丰富多彩的活动是对我校“高抱负、高修养高能力、高学识”的人才培养目标的真正诠释，也是我提高自己综合能力的最佳途径。

这些成绩已成为过往，鼓励我以更大的热情投入到未来的学习与生活中。有篇文章中写中国的大学生用二十年的时间才懂得西方学生四年就明确的东西，那就是高中时期对自己未来明确而灵活的规划。“钱学森问题”随着钱老的离世被社会广泛关注——我们中国为什么总是培养不出拔尖人才?我认为除却体制等外部原因，还在于我们的很多同学只知道要考上好大学，这是随波逐流的表现。当我们将自己的人生交给某个“好大学”打理的时候，自己却成为了命运的牵线木偶，将成功的人生变成了一种概率事件。真正有头脑的人不在于其学习成绩的优良或社会地位的高低，而在于抓住机会实现自己的人生目标为自己所向往的生活奋斗。交大校园的安宁与优美，交大人的沉稳与卓越，正是我深深向往的未来——做一个优秀的人，以自己的才华、学识与能力影响世界。

文理兼容一直是我的一个理想，因而建筑学对我有无可替代的吸引力，科学与艺术的结合乃是人类的终极关怀。建筑是凝固的音乐，无论是解构主义、未来主义还是超现实派，大师们的大手笔总是让我为“天地有大美而不言”的境界心驰神往。作为一名理科生，自动化专业所具有的强大综合性和应用性也深深吸引着我，交大的基础课高标准严要求，专业课独具创新、探索精神，可谓是学习本专业的优良选择。此外性格开朗擅长与人交往的我对交大的工商管理的强势早有耳闻并心向往之。工商管理同样是一门综合性学科，带给我们的会是能力与学识并重、专才与通才并举的广阔未来。于我而言，是挑战，更是机遇。

“美哉吾校，真理之花，青年之楷模，邦国之荣华，科学之奥府，艺术之林园。英俊济跄，经营四方，宇土茫茫，山高水长，为世界之光。”听着这首校歌，不禁心潮暗涌，激荡回流。

新的学期开始了，为了争取获得更好的成绩，我制定了一份新学期学习计划。

1、课前要按照要求做好预习。语文要把每课的课文熟读，会认读所有生字，每个字口头组两个词；数学所有的知识点要熟悉；英语课前要把每课的单词熟读，要听和读所有内容。

2、上课认真听讲，认真思考，积极举手回答问题。不做小动作，不和同学讲话，上课做好笔记。

3、回家认真做作业，作业要做到写字工整、整齐整洁。做完后认真仔细检查，要把写作业当成考试一样认真对待，不懂的问题要及时解决。

4、课后要认真复习，把老师讲的重点内容要完全掌握。

5、重视每一次的测试和考试，考前认真复习，考后要总结，尤其是错题一定要弄懂弄会。

6、星期六和星期天在家多看课外书。

7、积极参加学校组织的各种文体活动，锻炼身体，争取好的成绩，在提高自己素质的同时，为班级争光。

新的学期新的开始，一定要在各个方面严格要求自己，争取做一个全面发展的好学生。
