5、吃午饭：12：00吃饭，吃饭的时候尽量不看电视，

五﹑要劳逸结合，这是我认为就好的方法，因为学习就想咀嚼食物，是要消化的，需要时间，如果单单只有老，恐怕要“消化不良”了，也不能单只有逸，所以有劳有逸才是最好的学习方法。
