1、保持平和的心态，真实认真的生活。不浮躁，遇到问题温和处理。

2、每天和孩子一起起床，在保证孩子的早读时间的前提下，陪孩子跳绳20分钟。

3、早饭时间不啰嗦，不让孩子带着情绪开始一天的学习。

4、每天按时上班，改开车为骑车或步行，做低碳环保的妈妈。给孩子做好榜样。

5、每天坚持看2小时的书。当天工作当天完成，并把自己的工作做的比过去更好。

6、尽可能的陪孩子出去玩，比如每周一次的登山。

7、每天晚饭后三小时坚持读书，练瑜珈。

8、每晚睡前与孩子交流。

9、尽量减少上网时间，别惦记别人的菜，种好自己的，别人的能不偷就不偷。

Firstly, keeping pets in dormitory will make dormitory smell bad and cause noise pollution. Pets couldn’t go to toilet and flush their waste as human does, so they just urine everywhere, which makes the place smelly. Besides, pets can make lots of noisy which is annoying especially at night. For other students who live with the owner, it is absolutely a disaster for they have to suffering from both the terrible smell and the disturbing noise.

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

总之，制定高三英语一轮复习计划一定要根据自己的学习情况根据自身的条件，抓住每一个时间点和时机，规划好自己的进度，全力做好一轮复习工作，让自己的基础知识地基打的牢固一点。一轮复习时间最长，是高考复习和高考能否取得高分的关键。所以同学们一定要高度重视一轮复习的重要性，一定要制定好高考一轮复习计划。

我准备把《数学寒假作业》和《语文寒假作业》各做3面。并在寒假里看一本好书，《好词好句大全》、《名侦探柯南》和那本《实用文摘上、下版》看完。大约一天看20分钟左右。上午做完寒假作业和课外阅读后剩下的时间自由活动。这可是我在妈妈的嘴里使用了我的“大舌头功”才争取来的。中午睡觉一个小时，下午去学金声。学完之后在电脑上学一个小时的电脑应用知识，读一篇《爱的教育》的一篇文章，并说说读完这篇文章有什么心得体会，有什么感受，今后应该怎么做等等。

睡觉前再钻研一道奥数题，读一篇英语作文，哈哈，这真是“语、数、英三不误”啊!

寒假结束了，重新回到学校开始校园生活了，如果说在家里没有学习的环境和气氛的话，那么现在我们是没有任何理由了。将要在xx年6月参加四级考试的同学应当为自己制定确实可行的复习计划，并坚决实施。说“坚决”看似夸张，实则丝毫不为过，保证每天一个小时的学英语的时间，真的需要“坚决”一些呢，相信大家都有同感吧。对于复习计划，课上和其他文章已经反复在谈了，不放心，再说说吧，我还是重点讲阅读部分。

单词要背，要结合单词书和单词小本本和历年的真题(也就是发的四本教材)来背，把历年考过的真题里所有不认识的单词都要背，顺序是先背听力与作文的教材，然后是完型与词汇结构的所有选项，然后是完型与阅读的文章，背吧!

阅读教材中分20个单元，可以分成三个阶段。1-5单元是熟悉方法阶段，这5个单元是02年以前比较老的真题，篇幅比较短，但是题都比较难，选项的迷惑性比较大。在这个阶段，不要求做题时间，要求整体性和方法性，整体性是要求每个单元的四篇文章要一次做完，方华考|zk168法性是要求贯彻方法精确答案，耐下心一步步用方法来甄选出正确答案。6-16单元是提高阶段，随着单词的积累方法的熟练速度和正确率都会明显提升，找到自己的最佳时间不要过于压缩时间，我们追求的是正确率。16-20单元以及08年6月和12月的真题用来做模考，每月保证两次模考，保证考试状态。考前1个月每星期都应该模考1-2次，这时已经没有没做过的真题了，可以用模拟题，记住只使用模拟题来保持考试状态，严格按照时间来，但是不用去对答案，没有这个必要，有时反而会有困扰。切记一点：每篇文章的总结时间不应少于1小时，具体内容见大学英语四级考前必读--大干、苦干、巧干50天中的第二大点“咋做真题”。

不要寄希望于任何的预测试题与任何的投机取巧地方法。

现在就开始复习，到6月份时会很有成就感，考个理想的分数是理所应当的;现在先不急复习，到6月份会很有紧迫感，抓心挠肺的感觉体会过吗，到时就知道了，不好受，还是不要尝试了。
